La cama era grande y cómoda, y las almohadas, las más cómodas en las que he dormido en un hotel (soy muy exigente con las almohadas). La habitación también incluía la entrada al balneario de aguas termales y el desayuno, ¡una excelente relación calidad-precio! ¡Había café blanco de Ipoh y té con leche en la habitación! Si prefieres no salir, también hay servicio de habitaciones con comidas típicas de Ipoh, un detalle muy considerado.

Overall, the stay was okay. The hotel provides free parking, which is a plus. However, our first impression wasn’t great. When we arrived, the place was quite crowded and we waited around 10 minutes in the check-in line, only to be told that a RM50 deposit was required in cash. Since we didn’t have any cash on us, we couldn’t check in and had to go find an ATM first. This wasn’t communicated beforehand and made the check-in process unnecessarily inconvenient. Aside from that, the rest of the stay was generally fine. The room was clean, though not spotless. Hot water and water pressure were both acceptable. The room came with basic amenities such as a kettle, iron, hairdryer, TV, and water heater, which was convenient. Our room included breakfast, and that was actually a highlight. The food quality was good with a decent variety of options, and there was nothing to complain about on that front. Soundproofing could be improved, as noise from outside could be heard through the door, but it didn’t really bother us at night. Overall, despite the rough start during check-in, the hotel was mostly good and met basic expectations.

1 night stay at Weil hotel. Connected to the shopping mall next door. Very convenient. Room is spacious and comfortable. Well equipped with amenities and toiletries. Breakfast spread is also good with a good variety of western and asian. Highly recommend.

La elección de comida para el desayuno es muy mala. El precio no vale la pena. Es mejor tomar la comida en lugar de pagar el desayuno buffet, pero la comida es muy pequeña. nasi lemak es imprescindible durante el desayuno en cualquier hotel. La ensalada tampoco tiene sosej n baker bean baratos. Café y pan baratos también. Los niños cobran en la habitación 18, pero no hay mucha comida disponible para ellos. Platos, tazas y cubiertos tan caros y sucios. Recarga lenta de comida, incluso muy poca opción de comida. piscina no segura.

Just a beautiful hotel. We absolutely loved staying there. The room is super comfortable the beds like clouds… The staff very friendly and a delicious breakfast. We had a great stay. Thank you!

The guard are very friendly and prepare well for the guests who check in.

Facilities in this hotel not bad, they have rooftop golf, pickleball, game room, swimming pool, table tennis, co-working area, meeting room, gym room, etc. Their breakfast restaurant is spacious but breakfast choice is surprisingly quite limited and slow in refill. The parking area is the worst ever, the parking space very narrow, really don't understand how their architect design the parking space. If you are not driving to this hotel, I highly recommend you stay in this hotel.

It was our favorite destination hotel. Our third visit and longest stay this time. But unfortunately, no more hot Onsen water....😭 Facility is good. The view is amazing. But what made us return to this place was because of Onsen. Onsen water should be hot. It was just like a heated pool this time. I don't know whatever the reason is. If they can't keep Onsen hot, that's not Onsen anymore. It's so disappointing 😞 残念😭

not bad at all but not very good. simple nice hotel with basic things for ur stay. bed OK, aircond OK, toilet OK, water pressure GREAT, tv channels SUPER BASIC, no lift so better ask for down to earh room. staff was helpful n friendly. location.? if wanna go to lost world of tambun, this hotel is a great choice. overall, with this price, the location, u really cant ask for more.
