Good location near to many food stall and duty free shop. The hotel also walking distance to beach. Very nice breakfast provided. Very recommended.

I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Weil Hotel Ipoh. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the highlights was the complimentary supper and the delicious breakfast served on both mornings, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is excellent as it is directly connected to Ipoh Parade Mall. It was very convenient to shop, dine, and even catch a movie without having to drive. Being located in the city centre also made it easy to get around Ipoh. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful throughout my stay. The only area that could be improved is the gym. It is clean, but the workout equipment is quite limited. Adding more machines and free weights would make it much better for guests who like to exercise. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay at Weil Hotel Ipoh again. Highly recommended!

My second stay in this excellent suite. A warm welcoming from the receptionist, five lifts for convenience. Very clean, spacious living/dining room, fully equipped with three air conditioners, three fans, a bathtub, L-shaped couch, a fridge, a washing machine, hairdryer, toiletries, iron, ironing board, kettle, drinking water and coffee/tea sachets. Nice city view from the balcony. Free and guarded parking lot at the basement. The bonus point was walking distance to Parkson, eateries, bars, reflexology, laundry shop, bank, city council and Greentown business centre. Therefore, I strongly recommend to all travellers in Ipoh.

El hotel está muy bien. La recepción está en el piso 12, en la azotea. El servicio de bienvenida en la entrada fue excelente, similar a las cadenas de hoteles de negocios en China como Hanting. Overall Rating: ★★★☆☆ The apartment's biggest advantage is its excellent location. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shopping options within walking distance, making it very convenient for families and larger groups. The host was responsive and replied promptly when we raised issues during our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property fell well below our expectations. We encountered ants throughout the apartment—including the living room, sofa, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms—which made it difficult to enjoy our stay. Although the host provided insect spray after we reported the issue, the infestation was so widespread that spraying the entire apartment was neither practical nor a comfortable solution. Several areas were dusty, the curtains had a noticeable layer of dust, and the bedsheets and toilet rolls appeared old. We were also charged RM60 for an extra bedsheet for two nights, but the condition of the bedding did not justify the additional fee. The sofa showed signs of wear, and one of the ceiling fans was noisy during operation. For larger groups, please note that when someone showers upstairs, the downstairs bathroom cannot be used properly due to water pressure issues. We were informed that this affects every unit in the building, suggesting it is a known issue rather than an isolated incident. The facilities were also disappointing. The jacuzzi was unavailable during our stay and appeared to be non-functional, making it more decorative than usable. The host initially agreed to compensate us for the cleaning fee due to the cleanliness issues, but we did not receive any further update after that. Overall, the apartment has great potential because of its strategic location, but significant improvements in cleanliness, pest control, maintenance, and facility upkeep are needed before I could recommend it to others. Dusty environment, including dusty curtains. Old bedsheets, worn furniture, and additional bedding charges that did not reflect the quality provided. Noisy ceiling fan. Water pressure issue prevents simultaneous use of upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Jacuzzi was not usable, just a decoration. Compensation for the cleaning issue was promised but never followed up.

¡Tuve una estancia absolutamente magnífica en este hotel! El lugar es increíblemente hermoso, está muy bien mantenido e impecablemente limpio desde el momento en que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos. Es un excelente punto de partida, sencillo y práctico, para explorar la ciudad. Si buscas un lugar cómodo y económico donde dormir mientras dedicas la mayor parte del tiempo a descubrir la famosa gastronomía y cultura de Ipoh, esta es una opción muy conveniente.
