La cama estaba muy cómoda. El hotel está cerca del aeropuerto, que es muy conveniente. El autobús de navegación toma menos de 10 minutos para llegar allí, perfecto para los vuelos tempranos de la mañana desde el aeropuerto de Dhaka.

Facilities totally spoiled, shower head, pipe hanger all broke, room small, smelly don’t matched with the price paid for at all. Not recommended

El hotel es un hotel muy bueno, pero en mi período de reserva, el hotel me relocó en la 2ª noche de 3 noches debido a la falta de disponibilidad de habitaciones pero mi reserva ya pagada. Pero ofrecen una vez más para permanecer en la tercera noche, pero será difícil volver a empacar y reempaquetar el equipaje.

Restaurant staff are great and very helpful Housekeeping staff are very shy to say the least Location is great 👍 Overall was a good stay only feedback was hotel should have a heating option available as winter nowadays is very challenging in Bangladesh

The hotel staff are very polite, patient and helpful. The hotel even provide free airport transfer for me on the day I checked out. I am very grateful and honor.

Всё было бы хорошо, если во бы во время выезда мне не выкатили счет за то, что я не брал в мини баре. Я в принципе никогда им не пользуюсь, так как там всегда вредная еда. Это было не приятно узнать, что я ел чипсы и прочую дрянь. Сумма была немаленькой, а самое ужасное, что на ресепшен мне сказали, что во время уборки номера в ведре была упаковка от съеденного. Я был настолько в шоке от голословных и дерзких обвинений, плюс нужно было срочно ехать в аэропорт, что пришлось заплатить. Я в шоке. П.C. Завтрак достаточно скудный в отеле

Me gustaba el hotel, la mejor ubicación, el tratamiento con otras instalaciones/servicios, y el desayuno (como me quedé la noche y me dejé a las 12:00).

The location is good. The rooms are spacious and the air conditioning works well. But the cleanliness isn't up to the mark,also there is no calling system for room service. And the locking system of the doors of the room should be updated.
