Family trip! The swimming pool(inside and outside )is amazing, and the kids had a great time! All facilities are kept clean. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. However, The lift is being fixed during our stay, so climbing the stairs was quite tiring. If you have any health issues or have heavy luggages, check in advance whether the elevator has been fixed. (Hotel staff will help you to move your luggages if you need) Also, the Wi-Fi signal was weak on the fourth floor. Everything else was excellent.

I had a nice stay with great amenities, beautiful grounds, a delicious breakfast, and a comfortable bed. However, the service upon arrival and check-in could be more welcoming, and the WiFi signal was weak.

Хороший курортный отель. Расположен вдали от шума и суеты. Хорошие завтраки. Есть отличный бассейн. Номера чистые и комфортные, но не во всех хороший вид. За дополнительную плату предлагают дегустацию вин (35 лари) и мастеркласс по приготовлению хачапури (30 лари)

Everything is good. The service, the location, and the amenities.But the rooms are small and basic. The bedding is excellent. The restaurant is superb.

Наше открытие в Грузии. Дважды на майские праздники заезжали. Жили в разны номерах. Двухкомнатный номер с видом на горы впечатлил особенно. Редко пишу положительные отзывы но это один из лучших парк-отелей в которых побывал. Единственный минус это часть молодого персонала, особенно ребята с пропускного пункта на въезде (помимо дурных манер, очень слабый английский и отсутствие знания русского). В остальном мои рекомендации.

La ropa de cama del hotel es la mejor en Georgia en la que me he alojado. Los otros lugares son de cinco estrellas, lo cual no es tan bueno como aquí. El ambiente es bueno, pero el tráfico es incómodo de alcanzar. No hay ningún cargo por tomar un taxi desde Tbilisi hasta la ciudad de Gurjaani, y lo mismo ocurre con el viaje de regreso. Comprar vino en la bodega no es caro y no se puede comprar en ningún otro lugar. El desayuno en Georgia casi no es muy bueno.
