El personal es amigable y útil. Las habitaciones son limpias y espaciosas. Variedades de comida para el desayuno. Situación muy central - Menos de 10 minutos a pie del Delipark Mall y Tjong A Fie Mansion. También hay una estación de autobuses cercana, pero utilizamos la mayor parte del tiempo. Pls observa que en Indonesia no se mantienen en general pavimentos - por lo tanto, cuidado con los agujeros, las rodillas de metal, la superficie desigual, etc. Altamente recomendado.

The Hotel is super good .. Everything are amazing..
But we face a scamming that we opened our safe to arrange some documents and cash then the housekeeping team arrived to cleanup … So i let them enter the room for cleaning but I didn’t close the safe since we are in the room in that time. The safe located inside the closet the one you can walk in ..
After they finished the cleaning We find 200 USD from our cash in the safe .. The cleaning team put the new laundry bag right on the top of the safe (in that time it was open) and now body noticed us that the safe is open …!!! I submitted a complaint to the front office of the hotel …!!! And i I described the cleaning staff to them exactly, and who was the person who entered the wardrobe containing the safe...!!! They said they would investigate the incident, and after two days they contacted me again saying they had questioned the cleaning staff, who denied taking anything from our safe...!!! And of course, we didn't find anything... which is obvious because no one would confess in this way without being pressured. And here's the question: why didn't the cleaning staff warn us that the safe was open when they went in to put the new laundry bag on top of it?

El jacuzzi, el cuarto de vapor y la piscina están un poco ahogados, pero el gimnasio es enorme y el spa es agradable. La habitación en sí era realmente cómoda y bien mantenida. Además, el hotel es sólo a 5-minute a pie de DeliPark Mall Medan, que es un enorme centro comercial. En conjunto, me quedaría aquí de nuevo si visitara a Medan de nuevo en el futuro.

Nos quedamos en Medan como trámite y elegimos este hotel porque apareció una buena oferta, recibimos un trato de 5 estrellas por un precio más que competente.
Es un hotel familiar donde se celebran eventos continuamente o por lo menos la experiencia que tuvimos el tiempo que pasamos ahí.
No es el tipo de establecimiento que íbamos buscando pero dejarse mimar de vez en cuando es necesario. Llovió muchísimo los dos días que estuvimos así que tanto el bufet cómo su cercanía al centro comercial y la disponibilidad de transporte nos vino muy bien.
Estas son las vistas increíbles desde la habitación donde disfrutamos de la lluvia bien secos y calentitos

No hot water in the shower, a little bit seems dirty/ broken in the bathroom and it doesn’t give the feeling of real luxury, but for this price I think it’s very good still. You have a restaurant which is open 24/7 with friendly servers.
The pool is shared by hotel guests with people who pay for usage of the pool, looks clean enough.
Staff helped to bring luggage to the room.
The location of the hotel is good, it feels a little bit less developed around the hotel tho, but there is a nice mall nearby, maybe 5 minutes with the car.

Ubicado desde la estación de tren (aunque usamos Grab).
El hotel, que amaba la disponibilidad de WatsApp, respondió rápidamente.
A pesar de un conjunto de tocador para 2 huéspedes, parecía un poco tonta.
El cuidador siempre es muy amable para proporcionar más cuando se le solicita.
Excelente masaje en el Spa en L2.
El desayuno buffet es sumptuoso, aunque la ”top-up” es lenta después de las 9:00.
Centre point Centre Centre shopping mall está justo detrás del hotel.. con una variedad de f&b, tiendas y supermercado coreano.

* Prime Location. It is right next to the Medan Train Station and literally side-by-side with Centre Point Mall, making shopping and transport incredibly convenient.
* Outstanding Staff: The reception team was professional! I truly appreciated them granting me a late check-out until 1:00 PM.
While the room was on the smaller side, it was clean and well-maintained.
However I noticed the pillow sheets were quite old and had turned a dark, faded color. They definitely weren't white anymore! Housekeeping should retire these linens and ensure only fresh, bright whites are used for guests.
I spotted some small ants near the desk/phone area. A quick treatment from maintenance would help keep the workspace clean.

- The check-in process is smooth, good and requests are fulfilled.
- clean and tidy rooms, amenities available.
- TV channels are very bad, TV broadcasts are difficult to watch.
- the swimming pool was very busy and full, there were no officers on duty, the pool floor was very dirty with food and water waste, there were no officers to clean the area. There are not enough changing rooms for crowded conditions.
- The corridor floor is muddy and watery due to visitors.
- In the breakfast restaurant, many of the menus are out of stock, there are no seats because it is full of visitors, many people fight over food like village people who never eat well.
- the checkout process was good and there were no problems.
Hopefully in the future it will be more organized and improved for the better.

Masha Allah.. tan hermoso.. evento que nos quedamos en la habitación estándar, también podemos tener la vista beatriz de Danau Toba.. el desayuno fue delicioso.. Esta es la primera vez que voy a Indonesia y puedo comer todo el alimento.. excelente.. también me gusta el paquete de viaje gratis...mantenerlo.. la próxima vez que voy a Danau Toba otra vez, me quedaré en la cascada dentro del Taman Simalem Resort.. en Shaa Allah

We had a very pleasant stay at Emerald Garden Stay. The place is clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The environment is quiet and relaxing, perfect for resting after a long day. The room was comfortable, with good air-conditioning and strong Wi-Fi.
The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication very smooth. Location is convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants.
Overall, a great experience and good value for money. I would definitely recommend Emerald Garden Stay to friends and family, and would be happy to stay here again.

Leider lässt die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig und an Details & Austattung mangelt es.
Für Instagram Posts eignet sich die Unterkunft mit ihrem schönen Ausblick allerdings grandios.
Lage ist ruhig und ziemlich abgelegen.
Service ist sehr lieb und bemüht, obwohl die Kommunikation auf Englisch manchmal etwas holprig war.
Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt, allerdings ist der Preis zu hoch.

The air conditioning made a lot of noise. Non smoking rooms are indeed available but many guests flout the rules and if you’re unlucky like I was assigned a room next to a very heavy smoker the smoke from his room was entering mine through the gaps in the partition door.
