It was as fantastic as my trip before in May. Nice room and clean, Nice view, nice breakfast and lot of varities.

The hotel is at strategic location and the room is very spacious with comfortable bed. Breakfast also served varieties of Indonesian dishes. Our only complaint is we booked non smoking room but we are told it’s full and we have to stay at smoking room with strong tobacco smell. Hotel staff tried to spray room freshener but the strong smell still lingers. Overall the hotel is a good stay if you just want comfortable and safe place to sleep after a long day, but don’t expect luxurious facilities or services.

La primera sorpresa fue que el barco nos dejó en el mismísimo hotel por lo que solo tuvimos que subir y hacer el check in por la noche. Las vistas del bufet eran maravillosas aunque la calidad de la comida no era la mejor está en un sitio perfecto para salir a disfrutar de los hoteles cercanos. El personal no pudo ser más agradable, nos sentimos clientes vip en todo momento y por lo que pagamos por la habitación diría que todo el personal es de sobresaliente. No hot water in the shower, a little bit seems dirty/ broken in the bathroom and it doesn’t give the feeling of real luxury, but for this price I think it’s very good still. You have a restaurant which is open 24/7 with friendly servers. The pool is shared by hotel guests with people who pay for usage of the pool, looks clean enough. Staff helped to bring luggage to the room. The location of the hotel is good, it feels a little bit less developed around the hotel tho, but there is a nice mall nearby, maybe 5 minutes with the car.

I booked Hotel Aryaduta Medan through Trip.com and the whole process was smooth and hassle free. The booking was easy, the price offered was more competitive compared to other platforms, and the confirmation was instant. During check-in, there were no issues at all. Hotel Aryaduta Medan is conveniently located in the city center, very close to shopping malls and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of both local and international options. The swimming pool and other facilities were also great for families. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience using Trip.com and my stay at Hotel Aryaduta Medan. I would definitely use Trip.com again for future bookings.

El servicio del hotel es excelente y su ubicación, en pleno centro, es muy conveniente para viajar. El desayuno estaba muy completo y me alojaría aquí de nuevo la próxima vez que esté en Medan. El agua de la piscina estaba un poco turbia.

We stayed here just for one night before catching the train the next day. The room itself was nice, clean, and the bed was comfortable, which was perfect for a short stay. However, all the rooms open directly onto the main lobby, so it gets very noisy early in the morning. If you’re a light sleeper, this can definitely be disturbing. There’s also a very large dehumidifier in the corridor that makes a constant, unpleasant noise.

Un hotel de 4 estrellas del que se podría decir que es bastante satisfactorio. Es solo que no puedes conseguir una habitación según tu solicitud. Por un gran servicio El desayuno es delicioso y variado pero suele acab**** y las colas son largas por lo que el dim sum es el más solicitado
