JJANILINE OBEDOZAThe hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, which makes it very accessible. The front desk attendant was approachable and accommodating. I was especially glad that our reservation was honored despite it being a peak day on Valentine’s Day.
The room facilities are generally good. However, upon entry, we noticed some stains and smudges on the bed covers. We immediately informed the attendant, and to their credit, the beddings were promptly replaced. The towels were very good, and the toiletries provided were also satisfactory.
I do hope the management can improve the quality of the bed linens, as some appear worn out and would benefit from deep cleaning to maintain a crisp, white, and presentable look. Additionally, torn pillowcases should ideally no longer be used, or at least properly stitched before being issued to guests.
Overall, with some improvements in linen maintenance, the guest experience could be even better....✌️❤️❤️❤️

I stayed at Casa Rafael Inn for a short trip, and while it has its comforts, there are a few drawbacks to consider. The accommodations are decent if you're only staying for a night or two, but I wouldn't recommend it for longer stays.
One major issue was the air conditioning – it simply wasn't cold enough, which was especially uncomfortable during the summer heat. If you plan to visit during warmer months, I suggest looking at other options or ensuring you have a room with better cooling.
Overall, the inn has a cozy vibe, but the lack of sufficient cooling and some other minor inconveniences make it hard to give a higher rating. Consider your needs carefully before booking.

BBarneysVery affordable price and decent cleanliness. The location is a bit off since it’s on an inner street and the road going there is a bit bumpy, but the stay itself was comfortable. D
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bed was super cozy! The mattress, pillows, and comforter were all good quality, so I slept really well. The room and bathroom were spacious, and I liked that the room had a balcony. The aircon worked well for a good night’s sleep. There’s also a small gym on second floor, but don’t expect much as this a budget hotel.
Breakfast was simple but good, the chicken tocino was especially good for me. Overall, definitely worth it for the price you pay.

UUsuario invitadoThere are many good things about casa mia but also some room for improvement. The goos things are… Location is very close to Gensan Airport which waa perfect for our early morning flights. Both Grab taxi and food delivery are available in this area which we made good use of. Very clean room and bedding. Excellent internet connected television. The disadvantages are that the amenities are very basic and in some rooms it can take a while to get the hot water for a reliable shower. The shower design means that a lot of water gets onto the floor area outside which makes the toilet room messy. But still good value and good staff so I will stay here again.

ZZdorThe hotel is neat and appears quite new, which made the stay comfortable and pleasant. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the check-in process was swift and hassle-free. Breakfast choices were somewhat limited, but the servings were generous and satisfying.
On the downside, the door to my room was already defective and had to be opened manually using the physical key. The toilet bowl was also initially not functioning upon arrival. In addition, the Wi-Fi connection was quite slow during the stay. The air conditioner could also not be adjusted using the remote control, which made it inconvenient to regulate the room temperature.

I ca by recommend this hotel enough..Wirth every penny..I'll be staying there every time back in gensan...tha k you so much for your help service and lovely manners impeccable work...excellent 10 out of 10..from Davie a well traveled scotsman...

CcjohnjugsSuper good location it is near malls and hospitals and a lot of restaurants. The check in is smooth and the room is spacious and clean. Only downside at least during our stay is the ongoing renovations we can hear the drillings in our room but it stops during the night. The breakfast buffet was also relocated to a nearby resto so we had to walk a bit to get there but so close not really a hassle. The food selections in the breakfast buffet is a bit underwhelming though I think fair enough for the price. Over-all a recommended place to stay in GenSan!
