From the moment we stepped into the hotel reception, we knew we’d made the right choice. The brand-new property, adorned with lovely pastel tones, exuded a contemporary and fresh vibe that instantly lifted our spirits. Our room was spotlessly clean and wonderfully comfortable. The efficient layout maximized the space so well that it felt much larger than expected—a clever design that left us truly impressed. Despite the hotel’s prime location in the heart of the city, the room was blissfully quiet. One thoughtful feature we especially appreciated was the self-service laundry facility. The machines were top-notch, making it incredibly easy to freshen up our clothes mid-trip. The hotel location is what truly sets this hotel apart. Situated right on Zhongjie Pedestrian Street, we were steps away from all the action, with iconic attractions like Mukden Palace and Zhang Mansion just a short walk away. Evenings were a highlight for us—taking the escalator down from the hotel and immediately stepping into the vibrant street atmosphere was such a treat. This hotel offers incredible value for money, seamlessly combining comfort, convenience, and a prime location. It’s a gem we’d highly recommend to anyone visiting the area—we couldn’t have asked for more!

We stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the decor was beautiful, and the location was convenient, close to the subway. We were very happy with our stay here.

El hotel está superando los estándares de higiene, el entorno tranquilo es adecuado para descansar, el servicio responde a tiempo, las instalaciones son perfectas, junto con la ventaja cercana al aeropuerto + servicio de recepción, perfecto para adaptarse a las necesidades de viajes comerciales, empuja fuerte!

La ubicación está frente a la estación de tren Norte, muy cerca, el transporte es conveniente y el precio es asequible. Me he alojado aquí muchas veces. El ambiente es muy bueno. La actitud de servicio de la señora de la recepción es muy buena. Yo, especialmente Xiao Chen, estoy muy impresionado. Me quedaré allí la próxima vez.

This marks my third visit to Conrad Shenyang, and each experience has been consistently outstanding. I would like to extend a special commendation to the entire staff for their professionalism and hospitality. The happy hour at the executive lounge and the breakfast were truly amazing and among the best I have ever experienced. Most importantly, I want to recognize three individuals who exemplify the highest standards of the hotel service industry: Lisa, Tracy, and Harvey. Their exceptional hospitality and dedication made a significant impact on my stay, and I am incredibly grateful for their service. They are a credit to your hotel. 第一次來瀋陽安排了五天的旅遊，這次選擇了艾美酒店，酒店地理位置很好 離太原街商圈近逛街買東西很方便 附近還有很多特色小館，房間乾淨 交通也便利；在登記入住時，很幸運受到前台Sunday接待，服務熱情 笑容親切！因為是第一次來到這個城市，Sunday也很熱心的為我們介紹地方特色，還給了很棒的城市旅遊建議！真的是金牌前台！！！另外在23樓酒廊的小食與酒水都很有水準呢！城市風景一覽無遺～心曠神怡。這次玩得很開心！很謝謝有Sunday接待的艾美，令人印象深刻！下次還要來！！也推薦大家旅遊出差下榻艾美

Lo que me gustó: • La ubicación es excelente. Está justo enfrente del metro y en pleno centro de Shenyang. • El personal fue muy atento, especialmente Eric, el gerente de conserjería, quien fue muy amable y me recomendó algunos de los principales atractivos turísticos el día de mi llegada. • El desayuno ofrecía una buena variedad de opciones internacionales. El pan ZOPF fue mi favorito. • El gimnasio estaba limpio y ordenado, y todo el equipo funcionaba correctamente. • Además, hay un mercado nocturno justo enfrente, lo cual fue muy práctico. Lo que no me gustó: • Tuve algunas dificultades para usar el rociador de la bañera. • La vista desde la habitación no era muy buena, ya que daba al patio trasero. En general, fue una estancia agradable con una excelente ubicación y un servicio amable.

Wellness and feel good oasis in Shenyang We combined it with a night in the hotel. Underground parking. The big building is the spa. It’s not easy to miss. The check-in is not in the big Spa Building. Overnighters have to go to the building next door, following the „check-in signs“. There they inform you that: - The day of check in you can use the Spa area until 10 pm. - Day of checkout a delicious breakfast with much variety of cooked and fresh dishes, fruits, juices and coffee and sweets is served from 7-10am. - If you check out before 10 am you can use the Spa area again until 6pm that day. - To enter the Spa area you need to go to the big building. You need to let them know your room number and they need your passport / ID card. - You will get a number for your individual locker. If you are a couple check the ticket with number for sign of female or male. - You take off your shoes, exchange them for slippers they offer and store your shoes in your locker. You get a key you take inside which is for free. - You will be led into gender separated changing areas. - You get a free towel, lounge shirt and shirt pants to change in and sign for it with your key. There is staff to show you how. - Your key shows your number and area in which your individual locker is located in. There is staff to show you how. - Inside you first pass a gender separated area. Here you can be naked. - Then you can leave that area and join the gender mixed area. - It has 4 levels with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. - Level 1 has outdoor pools, indoor pools, whirlpools, children’s water park and access to the wave park, which opens 4x a day for half an hour. - Level 2 is more quiet with healthier whirlpool options. - Level 3 has sauna houses for free open until 10pm, a movie theatre, KTV, food area and a children play area all open until 9:30pm. - Level 4 is for private treatments. In winter the outdoor waterpark/slides „the wave“ and terrace pools are closed due to the cold. We were surprised of how relaxing the stay at the Spa was. There is many people but the Spa building is amazingly huge and has many different areas to lay down and corners in which it was very peaceful. Our hotel room „Room Queensize-Bed“ was lovely and the staff very attentive. We ordered ice-cubes, extra water and had pizza delivered to the hotel. All in all, a wonderful experience, which we will repeat.

Good location, near to Shenyang Imperial palace and other attractions. Easy to reach by subway🚇, Huaiyuanmen station is the nearest station but you need to navigate to get to this hotel. It is located on the inner road next to other apartments. Once you come out of Huaiyuanmen station, Exit B, U-turn and you will see the main gate to Imperial Palace.Walk across the street into the main gate, keeping to your left. This is the inner road...walk along the road for 200m or so, you'll see a BBQ restaurant in your right and a gated parking area next to it. The hotel is just beside this restaurant. It's easy to travel around using public buses too. The young pretty lady reception at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. We stayed here for three nights. But our key card was deactivated on the second day which I don't understand why. The bearded guy, probably the boss activated the card for us after we came downstairs again. Then the next issue was when we opened our room door we were shocked to see that the room was not made up at all, although we had hung the signage at the door before we left in the morning.We came back in the evening, tired after one whole day of touring around Shenyang to find a room not made up and no replenishment of water and basic amenities. We had to go downstairs again to lodge the complaint and he was rather defensive, saying that I should have requested for making up the room at the front desk, in which I asked him what's the use of the signage card for. Thereafter, he took some time to replace the towels, bottled water and other basic toiletries. In another review by another guest, this bearded guy was mentioned as a humorous man. However, I was taken aback by his comments including mentioning that we drink so much water when we requested for two extra bottles of water. FYI, we have been given lots of drinking water all the while when we stayed in China hotels. This is the 10th hotel that we are staying at during our 20-days trip to North Eastern China. The only negative remark is the cleaning service in this hotel is unsatisfactory. Although, the next day the room was supposed to be cleaned, I had to pick up the hair and rubbish that was blocking the water outlet and also some food droppings on the carpet. We're grateful that the hotel management upgraded the room for us. It would have been perfect if they looked into improving their cleaning services and responses to hotel guests.
