Además, cuenta con un aparcamiento subterráneo gratuito que se puede usar en cualquier momento sin coste adicional. El aire acondicionado con iones negativos en la habitación es un toque genial; el aire es fresco, como un bosque de oxígeno, lo que garantiza una noche de sueño reparador. La habitación es espaciosa, el servicio atento y la relación calidad-precio es inmejorable. Si vienes a Shenyang, ¡no dudes en elegir este hotel!

The indoor environment is clean and refreshing, the layout is reasonable and regular, and it will not be depressing to live in. It can be done in place, far away from the outside world, the service personnel behave appropriately, treat people sincerely and friendly, there are many shops downstairs, the daily needs are full, and they can all be satisfied. La habitación era agradable y limpia, la ubicación era muy conveniente. La recepción era increíblemente amable y acomodadora, estaba muy dispuesta a ayudar con mis preguntas sobre la zona y me ayudó en mis arreglamientos de taxis, ya que no conocí la zona en absoluto. Gracias!

Mi estancia fue un desastre. La temperatura de la habitación no bajó de 28 °C (82 °F) ni siquiera con el aire acondicionado a máxima potencia. Claramente, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba en absoluto, era falso (ver foto). Intenté abrir la ventana, pero las bisagras estaban rotas y era imposible. Así que, noches de insomnio y sudor no se pueden considerar una buena estancia. Por si acaso: el personal (al menos la recepcionista) no hablaba ni una palabra de inglés y ni siquiera lo intentaba (al menos usar un traductor en línea, como hacen en otros hoteles de China, habría sido un buen detalle). En resumen, no lo recomiendo en absoluto. Es un lugar pésimo. ¡Quién sabe cómo consiguen todas estas reseñas! Mejor vayan a otro sitio.

This marks my third visit to Conrad Shenyang, and each experience has been consistently outstanding. I would like to extend a special commendation to the entire staff for their professionalism and hospitality. The happy hour at the executive lounge and the breakfast were truly amazing and among the best I have ever experienced. Most importantly, I want to recognize three individuals who exemplify the highest standards of the hotel service industry: Lisa, Tracy, and Harvey. Their exceptional hospitality and dedication made a significant impact on my stay, and I am incredibly grateful for their service. They are a credit to your hotel. I look forward to returning to Conrad Shenyang in the future. Wellness and feel good oasis in Shenyang We combined it with a night in the hotel. Underground parking. The big building is the spa. It’s not easy to miss. The check-in is not in the big Spa Building. Overnighters have to go to the building next door, following the „check-in signs“. There they inform you that: - The day of check in you can use the Spa area until 10 pm. - Day of checkout a delicious breakfast with much variety of cooked and fresh dishes, fruits, juices and coffee and sweets is served from 7-10am. - If you check out before 10 am you can use the Spa area again until 6pm that day. - To enter the Spa area you need to go to the big building. You need to let them know your room number and they need your passport / ID card. - You will get a number for your individual locker. If you are a couple check the ticket with number for sign of female or male. - You take off your shoes, exchange them for slippers they offer and store your shoes in your locker. You get a key you take inside which is for free. - You will be led into gender separated changing areas. - You get a free towel, lounge shirt and shirt pants to change in and sign for it with your key. There is staff to show you how. - Your key shows your number and area in which your individual locker is located in. There is staff to show you how. - Inside you first pass a gender separated area. Here you can be naked. - Then you can leave that area and join the gender mixed area. - It has 4 levels with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. - Level 1 has outdoor pools, indoor pools, whirlpools, children’s water park and access to the wave park, which opens 4x a day for half an hour. - Level 2 is more quiet with healthier whirlpool options. - Level 3 has sauna houses for free open until 10pm, a movie theatre, KTV, food area and a children play area all open until 9:30pm. - Level 4 is for private treatments. In winter the outdoor waterpark/slides „the wave“ and terrace pools are closed due to the cold. We were surprised of how relaxing the stay at the Spa was. There is many people but the Spa building is amazingly huge and has many different areas to lay down and corners in which it was very peaceful. Our hotel room „Room Queensize-Bed“ was lovely and the staff very attentive. We ordered ice-cubes, extra water and had pizza delivered to the hotel. All in all, a wonderful experience, which we will repeat.

Literalmente construido dentro de los muros del palacio de Shenyang, a solo 5 minutos a pie por la calle principal del Palacio Imperial de Shenyang y la estación de Huaiyuanmen, justo fuera de los muros del palacio. La habitación estaba impecable, con muebles nuevos, ya que el hotel parece haber sido recientemente renovado con un toque art déco. Por el precio, no se puede pedir más. Fue un placer alojarme aquí. El personal de recepción fue sumamente servicial y me dio consejos, e incluso se ofreció a lavar y secar mi ropa si se lo pedía la primera noche. Good location, near to Shenyang Imperial palace and other attractions. Easy to reach by subway🚇, Huaiyuanmen station is the nearest station but you need to navigate to get to this hotel. It is located on the inner road next to other apartments. Once you come out of Huaiyuanmen station, Exit B, U-turn and you will see the main gate to Imperial Palace.Walk across the street into the main gate, keeping to your left. This is the inner road...walk along the road for 200m or so, you'll see a BBQ restaurant in your right and a gated parking area next to it. The hotel is just beside this restaurant. It's easy to travel around using public buses too. The young pretty lady reception at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. We stayed here for three nights. But our key card was deactivated on the second day which I don't understand why. The bearded guy, probably the boss activated the card for us after we came downstairs again. Then the next issue was when we opened our room door we were shocked to see that the room was not made up at all, although we had hung the signage at the door before we left in the morning.We came back in the evening, tired after one whole day of touring around Shenyang to find a room not made up and no replenishment of water and basic amenities. We had to go downstairs again to lodge the complaint and he was rather defensive, saying that I should have requested for making up the room at the front desk, in which I asked him what's the use of the signage card for. Thereafter, he took some time to replace the towels, bottled water and other basic toiletries. In another review by another guest, this bearded guy was mentioned as a humorous man. However, I was taken aback by his comments including mentioning that we drink so much water when we requested for two extra bottles of water. FYI, we have been given lots of drinking water all the while when we stayed in China hotels. This is the 10th hotel that we are staying at during our 20-days trip to North Eastern China. The only negative remark is the cleaning service in this hotel is unsatisfactory. Although, the next day the room was supposed to be cleaned, I had to pick up the hair and rubbish that was blocking the water outlet and also some food droppings on the carpet. We're grateful that the hotel management upgraded the room for us. It would have been perfect if they looked into improving their cleaning services and responses to hotel guests.
