Really great place. Dorm beds were huge, multiple public areas, good toilets and showers. They even have a piano and an accordeon, hopefully the staff didn't get too annoyed with my playing. It's about a 15 minute walk to the nearest subway station, but the location otherwise is great, right next to the famous night market and within a 10 minute walk of countless restaurants and bars.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel reception, we knew we’d made the right choice. The brand-new property, adorned with lovely pastel tones, exuded a contemporary and fresh vibe that instantly lifted our spirits. Our room was spotlessly clean and wonderfully comfortable. The efficient layout maximized the space so well that it felt much larger than expected—a clever design that left us truly impressed. Despite the hotel’s prime location in the heart of the city, the room was blissfully quiet. One thoughtful feature we especially appreciated was the self-service laundry facility. The machines were top-notch, making it incredibly easy to freshen up our clothes mid-trip. The hotel location is what truly sets this hotel apart. Situated right on Zhongjie Pedestrian Street, we were steps away from all the action, with iconic attractions like Mukden Palace and Zhang Mansion just a short walk away. Evenings were a highlight for us—taking the escalator down from the hotel and immediately stepping into the vibrant street atmosphere was such a treat. This hotel offers incredible value for money, seamlessly combining comfort, convenience, and a prime location. It’s a gem we’d highly recommend to anyone visiting the area—we couldn’t have asked for more!

This place feels more like an Airbnb-style stay in a serviced condominium rather than a traditional hotel. The receptionist was very helpful and proactive. She contacted us before our stay and sent videos showing how to get to the place, which made everything much easier. She even came down to the lobby to meet us. She didn’t smile much that day, possibly because she was tired, but she was still attentive and professional. There’s a very famous night market right below the building, where you can try all kinds of local Sheyang snacks and, honestly, food from all over China thanks to the variety of vendors. In the morning, there’s also a morning market on the same street where you can get simple Chinese breakfasts. During our stay, the four of us washed quite a few clothes, and the hangers and drying rack in the room weren’t enough. After contacting reception, he came very quickly and brought us a much larger drying rack, which was extremely helpful. On our last day, our train was at 10 p.m., and we didn’t want to carry our luggage around all day. We checked out early at around 10 a.m., and the reception kindly told us to leave our luggage in the room. We just needed to message them when we returned, and they would bring the bags down to us. It was a very sweet and thoughtful arrangement.

A clean and nice room in a high rise building. The owner was friendly, checking out was a breeze as you only needed to leave your elevator access key in the room. Outside the building was the morning and night market. The first night after returning from my outing I was stuck for quite some time at the night market not able to find a way to enter the building compound as the food stalls that started from the beginning of the street till the end lined the street which had totally blocked the entrance that I used and knew. After asking for a few food stalls, one finally gave a correct answer where to find the small path in between two food stalls. Another two young couples were lost like me too. Until the next day, only I knew that the end of the street was where we could enter the apartment compound too.

En primer lugar, la ubicación era maravillosa, no bromeaba. La tienda estaba conectada al condo. Y la tienda también estaba conectada a la línea de metro. El AQ era horrible en el segundo piso. En primer lugar, pedimos al propietario a través de la chat. El propietario vio que estaba abriendo a 16 grados y el propietario vio que estaba abriendo a 16 grados y como dijo rudamente, no abriendo demasiado bajo, sólo ponlo a 21, me confundió por ngl. Entonces, nos contactamos otra vez, y una persona vino a nuestra unidad para tratar de arreglarlo. Aunque no creo que haya arreglado nada. Era un duplex, el primer piso tenía ac funcional normal, pero el segundo piso no podía sentir una sola cosa. No me pongas en marcha cuando después de la ducha, la ventilación era ****. El baño estaba bien, sólo un lilo aconsejaba poner un gancho o algo, cuz no podíamos colgar ninguna de nuestra toalla, ropa interior del baño. En el hotel, el hotel se encuentra en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los guardias de la ciudad.

The room is big, new and clean and very comfortable lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, we love the views from our room window. What is most outstanding is the amount of helps the owner has provided to us during our stay:- 1. On the first day, we misplaced our international plug which means we cannot charge our phone, the owner helped to make purchases on our behalf and the plugs was delivered within an hour. 2. On the last day when we checked out, we dropped a watch when we boarded a taxi, however we only realised after 30 minutes, although we all knew it's very unlikely it will still be near the boarding area, we texted the owner again for help, and albeit skeptical that the watch will still be laying around, he helped to go personally to confirm that no watch is there. The service we received from this hotel is outstanding, we will definitely come back if we visit Shenyang again!!!

El hotel está en una calle cerca de la Plaza Oeste de la estación de Shenyang. El frente es muy obvio y fácil de encontrar. Aunque está sobre la calle, la habitación da a la comunidad, por lo que no es nada ruidosa. La habitación está muy cálida. El servicio de habitación y recepción es muy atento.

Good location, near to Shenyang Imperial palace and other attractions. Easy to reach by subway🚇, Huaiyuanmen station is the nearest station but you need to navigate to get to this hotel. It is located on the inner road next to other apartments. Once you come out of Huaiyuanmen station, Exit B, U-turn and you will see the main gate to Imperial Palace.Walk across the street into the main gate, keeping to your left. This is the inner road...walk along the road for 200m or so, you'll see a BBQ restaurant in your right and a gated parking area next to it. The hotel is just beside this restaurant. It's easy to travel around using public buses too. The young pretty lady reception at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. We stayed here for three nights. But our key card was deactivated on the second day which I don't understand why. The bearded guy, probably the boss activated the card for us after we came downstairs again. Then the next issue was when we opened our room door we were shocked to see that the room was not made up at all, although we had hung the signage at the door before we left in the morning.We came back in the evening, tired after one whole day of touring around Shenyang to find a room not made up and no replenishment of water and basic amenities. We had to go downstairs again to lodge the complaint and he was rather defensive, saying that I should have requested for making up the room at the front desk, in which I asked him what's the use of the signage card for. Thereafter, he took some time to replace the towels, bottled water and other basic toiletries. In another review by another guest, this bearded guy was mentioned as a humorous man. However, I was taken aback by his comments including mentioning that we drink so much water when we requested for two extra bottles of water. FYI, we have been given lots of drinking water all the while when we stayed in China hotels. This is the 10th hotel that we are staying at during our 20-days trip to North Eastern China. The only negative remark is the cleaning service in this hotel is unsatisfactory. Although, the next day the room was supposed to be cleaned, I had to pick up the hair and rubbish that was blocking the water outlet and also some food droppings on the carpet. We're grateful that the hotel management upgraded the room for us. It would have been perfect if they looked into improving their cleaning services and responses to hotel guests.
