Wow! Very impressive! Our family stayed here with our friends from back home for one night. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Everything was top notch. From the decor down to the last details of cleanliness live up to the 5 star standards! The service was friendly and efficient. Most staff can speak some English to help us. Nice big windows with a great city view. The breakfast was probably one of the best in all the 5 star hotels I have tried in Asia! They had an awesome real expresso coffee machine and REAL Canadian bacon plus a very good variety of pastries and hot food! More than enough to get you through the morning and afternoon! Went to the pool on 5th floor and it had a panoramic view of the city and water was very clean. So yes! Well worth the money! Only regret was that we wish we had booked one more night of stay! Keep it up! We will be back!

The hotel appears to be a little older but still quite nice. Room was large and comfortable. Location was convenient to work.

Clean and spacious room with a nice city view. Front desk and staff were friendly and courteous. The room was out of conditioner and I needed extra towel and they brought it right away. Breakfast had western and Chinese which were delicious. We also enjoyed the pool~

Esta fue mi primera estancia en un hotel Westin. Llegué un poco antes, pero agradezco a Ivy Li, de recepción, su atención y paciencia, y por organizar la limpieza de la habitación y el registro. Our stay in the Longemont hotel was very relaxing and felt like home. The staff was very friendly, kind and always helpful. We stayed in the 18th floor and the view was spectacular. Always felt secure during our stay. One of the duty managers Mr Damon exceeded our expectations. All the amenities provided were easily accessible. Overall my son and myself thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
