Wow! Very impressive! Our family stayed here with our friends from back home for one night. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Everything was top notch. From the decor down to the last details of cleanliness live up to the 5 star standards! The service was friendly and efficient. Most staff can speak some English to help us. Nice big windows with a great city view. The breakfast was probably one of the best in all the 5 star hotels I have tried in Asia! They had an awesome real expresso coffee machine and REAL Canadian bacon plus a very good variety of pastries and hot food! More than enough to get you through the morning and afternoon! Went to the pool on 5th floor and it had a panoramic view of the city and water was very clean. So yes! Well worth the money! Only regret was that we wish we had booked one more night of stay! Keep it up! We will be back!

凌晨落地瀋陽，剛下飛機就接到前台邢經理的來電，知道我飛了一路，提前幫我安排，把房間空調開好，達到後安排了泊車，太貼心了！到 12 號樓後，姓尹的小姐姐就已經在門口，到了以後一路把我引進房間，房間裏還貼心備了山楂水解乏，瞬間被戳中（有沒有接見首長的待遇？哈哈）！預訂前看到幾條差評，其實有點忐忑，因為很怕吵，於是留言想要安靜的房間，酒店完全沒讓人失望，寬敞乾淨，朝向也好，今早睡醒陽光灑進房間暖洋洋的，像回到了自己的家。就衝著這份細心周到的服務，我果斷取消了室內五星酒店的訂單，特意在這兒續住了一天！ 真心推薦給來瀋陽的朋友，邢小哥和尹小姐姐的服務必須誇，下次來還住這兒！

Incredible stay at this beautiful hotel! From the moment we checked in the service was impecable. Lena made us feel at home and took care of every detail to make our stay pleasant. Our children enjoyed the pool and play area. The suite was very comfortable and the staff left some sweets, toiletries and slippers for the kids. Lena helped us with our dinner options and even helped us with translation at the restaurant. She was there for our checkout as well and even accompanied us to our taxi. We were very impressed with the customer service and will certainly be back. Thank you!

The Renaissance Shenyang West Hotel is an outstanding choice for travelers seeking a modern and luxurious stay. Wellness and feel good oasis in Shenyang We combined it with a night in the hotel. Underground parking. The big building is the spa. It’s not easy to miss. The check-in is not in the big Spa Building. Overnighters have to go to the building next door, following the „check-in signs“. There they inform you that: - The day of check in you can use the Spa area until 10 pm. - Day of checkout a delicious breakfast with much variety of cooked and fresh dishes, fruits, juices and coffee and sweets is served from 7-10am. - If you check out before 10 am you can use the Spa area again until 6pm that day. - To enter the Spa area you need to go to the big building. You need to let them know your room number and they need your passport / ID card. - You will get a number for your individual locker. If you are a couple check the ticket with number for sign of female or male. - You take off your shoes, exchange them for slippers they offer and store your shoes in your locker. You get a key you take inside which is for free. - You will be led into gender separated changing areas. - You get a free towel, lounge shirt and shirt pants to change in and sign for it with your key. There is staff to show you how. - Your key shows your number and area in which your individual locker is located in. There is staff to show you how. - Inside you first pass a gender separated area. Here you can be naked. - Then you can leave that area and join the gender mixed area. - It has 4 levels with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. - Level 1 has outdoor pools, indoor pools, whirlpools, children’s water park and access to the wave park, which opens 4x a day for half an hour. - Level 2 is more quiet with healthier whirlpool options. - Level 3 has sauna houses for free open until 10pm, a movie theatre, KTV, food area and a children play area all open until 9:30pm. - Level 4 is for private treatments. In winter the outdoor waterpark/slides „the wave“ and terrace pools are closed due to the cold. We were surprised of how relaxing the stay at the Spa was. There is many people but the Spa building is amazingly huge and has many different areas to lay down and corners in which it was very peaceful. Our hotel room „Room Queensize-Bed“ was lovely and the staff very attentive. We ordered ice-cubes, extra water and had pizza delivered to the hotel. All in all, a wonderful experience, which we will repeat.

The hotel is really nice but didn’t match the service or facility level of the European branches of the chain. The room was HUGE! I’ve lived in smaller apartments. The breakfast was ok - mostly local selections. I asked for an omelette the first day and I think it was the first they had made one even though it was listed as a made to order option. It’s very close to a subway station but not close to the downtown area with the tourist attractions or the train station. I liked it but wouldn’t stay there again because of the location. I was in room 5116. Haha!

Hotel maravilloso en Shenyang, situado junto a la autopista cerca de la fábrica BMW, perfecto para aquellos que prefieren conducir o viajar por coche. Este hotel está junto a un interesante parque de diversión ant-themed, una calle China-Alemania, un parque BMX bicicleta y patinadores, así como un enorme parque ecológico con un río y islas viento que hace que una vista asombrosamente hermosa de la habitación. El hotel está decorado con excelentes instalaciones, incluyendo una gran piscina al aire libre, gimnasio y un delicioso desayuno buffet por la mañana. Gracias a Marie & Cici por hacer nuestra estadía tan memorable, nos alegramos de todo y recomendaría definitivamente este hotel.
