Dirty Bathroom. After an order Noone told me it arrived or used the robot to send it to the room. I won't use it again. Only good thing is the shuttle service to airport

It is very convenient if you need to take a plane, they provide free shuttle to the airport, which is only a 5 minute drive. The hotel is old and a bit dirty. They provide breakfast with some simple dishes. Overall is just OK, nothing special.

It’s about 2km from the airport. Got a drop off service at the airport. The room is big. I booked the non-smoking room, but it’s typical in China that you smell the smoke everywhere.

The location of the hotel was as specified and there was no trouble finding it.
The building is very old, and it actually shouldn’t have mattered if the amenties and interiors were maintained but as many of the other reviews about the hotel have mentioned, the carpet has taken such a beating! It is too hard not to notice .
The room assigned to me had a comfortable bed, and beddings. But the thermostat was broken. Peak winters and yet i had to leave the window a bit open so that there was a balance of temperature in the room.
The staff are very nice and friendly.
Overall, a decent stay if you’re looking for a place to crash at night before a flight the next day.

Staying at this airport hotel was a practical consideration for a fairly early morning flight the next day. Breakfast buffet was terrific but it would have also been nice if their restaurant had still been open at 8 pm - as there is NOTHING else nearby. Bed was hard, and both public area corridor and room carpet have seen heavy traffic - and need replacing.
Airport shuttle only goes once every 30 minutes even though the round trip is just 11. Surely something can be done to improve this service. Having access to a shuttle was a major reason I booked Shenyang's airport hotel.
