Location is relatively central and is serviced by metro (~700m) and buses. Clean and well maintained. I would recommend others to stay here when visiting Shenyang.

Cons:
-We put up the Do Not Disturb sign (and tripled checked it) because we had done laundry, and the room was disorganized and had personal items hang drying. They came and cleaned our room and removed the sign.
-We had a packaged delivered to the hotel and showed them the tracking info on the Chinese receipt. They brought us the wrong package and then tried to tell us ours was delivered to the wrong hotel. Another guest helped translate and then they called the number on the tracking receipt. The receipt had the name of the employee at their hotel that signed for the package, which we tried to point out. After the phone call. They went and brought out my package. It had the tracking number clearly displayed so I'm really not sure why they couldn't originally find it.
-we checked out and were waiting in the lobby until we could go to the airport. My partner asked if there was a bathroom she could use. They told us they dont have a public bathroom and wouldn't let her go up to the floor with the bathrooms...after we just spent a lot of money at their hotel. It was pretty shocking after staying at many hotels much more friendly.
-the location wasn't terrible but there were no sidewalks and lots of barriers up so it was hard to get our luggage to the hotel.
Overall, we would not stay at this hotel again.

VVyyc94Ok, location is good, because all the luxury brands are directly downstairs, but hey if you're not there to splurge, no point~ because getting to other popular shopping malls or tourist attraction, there's just no advantage. You may think you get VIP or warm greeting service, but honestly... only if you're lucky AND SEEN and if it's like from 12pm to 3pm? Cause i think that's when their staffs are alert. Next on, check-in is normal, nothing special, remember to pay a deposit. Next on, going to your room, someone will help you with your luggage to your room, which is great, because the floor is so carpeted it is hard to drag the luggage if it's really huge and heavy. Next on, the room... I have so much to comment. First of all, furniture looks old. Toilet is great (+1 point) because it is indeed the biggest and most spacious one i have seen. The cleaning folks does a good job cleaning the toilet BUT! i just cannot understand why can't they just change the smelly damped pillows???????? it's already there when we first checked in. It smells horrible, like your teenage cousin's wet sock after soccer practise in a shoe that never dried after washing. Gross! The really funny part is, you would imagined for such a huge room, the TV would be reasonably sized considering the distance from the bed. HAHAHHAHA, it's so small. I finally understand what it means by 'when someone is speechless, they really would laugh'. 人在无语的时候真的会笑. Like, you are a 5 star luxurious hotel but you can't give a bigger TV that has more modern functions???? Am i still living in the 2000s? Ok fine, maybe they have no budgets for upgrade, fine... It's not like we travel halfway across the globe to watch TV in bed. Next, TAKEAWAYS. Like this really made me so angry, they literally take no responsibility in helping you bring up the food. I mean I don't mind going down to take it myself but let me know i have to! They literally left my stuff there 30 mins until i called them. And the ridiculous part was the delivery guy actually took a photo to show me how he had already passed it to a staff and informed them to deliver it up! Next, their restaurant. Paid for a course meal, and instead of the dishes being served up one after another, they served everything up at one go... wow, ok fine no big deal. BUT dessert took 30 mins and not served. Do you know what is a coursed meal? Do you need to retrain your staffs? Do you think we could have finished the dishes so quickly? Aren't we supposed to savour the dishes and take our time because your head chef took time to design the menu and wine pairings? Like your service really defeats all purpose of us opting to have dinner there. So the irony is we were rushed through our food; we literally felt like we had to speed up because what if the dishes went cold. Then they took forever to serve dessert and we already told them we need had a movie coming up and we were running late. BAD SERVICE.
Overall, my review for this hotel is that, you're lucky you HAD GOOD REPUTATION & BRANDING in the past, but you are FRAILING. You do not deserve 5 star in almost all areas non-related to location. Yes, you may be considered luxurious because you're at the most prime area of Shenyang but so what? Your service and facilities are at most mid-range 4 star. Even 4 star hotels now have robots that would deliver takeaways and TV bigger than yours, and their pillows are clean, what an absolute joke. OK, maybe let's not get so negative, last redeeming factor: you do have a nice view of the city. For service, you may want to learn from your peers like Sofitel, Atour or Serendipidia. You're welcome.

UUsuario invitadoAunque la habitación es pequeña, está limpia y la ubicación es excelente. Es muy conveniente viajar en metro. Puede ir al Museo Provincial de Liaoning y al Museo Industrial. Es muy conveniente tomar el metro hasta el aeropuerto. Para el viaje de regreso final en el itinerario de 5 días en Shenyang, también tomé un día para visitar Dandong y visitar el puente del río Yalu, por lo que fue una buena elección reservar un hotel al lado de la estación de tren de alta velocidad. . Este hotel es el hotel más satisfactorio en este viaje a las tres capitales de las tres provincias del noreste. El servicio es bueno. Se ofrece almuerzo gratis tan pronto como se registra. Kitchen is equipped with the most necessary items, which is ideal when you have picky eaters so you can cook quick and easy meals. The hotel also have a restaurant that serves western food. The location is next to a lot of shopping centres, and underground malls. The train station is around 10 minutes walk, also it’s between two metro stops which both around 8-10 minutes walk. The gym is great, a lot of good quality equipment. The playgym for the kids also nice, maybe a few more toys would be good but overall it’s a good place to burn some energy for them. I highly recommend this hotel. My children enjoyed the Cinema too.

XXiaoqingtiaodulyEs muy adecuado para tres casas. El balcón tiene un calentador abierto que puede dormir. El cuarto está en el 5o piso de la cálida. Después de su estadía, puede cambiar directamente el billete al primer piso en el área de la cuna. Después de su estadía, hay un administrador de habitaciones especiales que recibe y sirve. Además, el administrador le envía un billete de prueba a nuestra pequeña piscina de pescado. El desayuno de autobús es completo, Los niños les gustan mucho. ¡Buen lugar para jugar, satisfacción!

The staff was friendly and helpful when approached with requests etc. It is quite convenient that there is a coffeeshop located in the lobby with wifi, power sockets etc, ideal for a chill work break in between traveling.

UUsuario invitadoThe location was excellent, being right beside the Financial Centre metro station and in walking distance to the ShenYang North railway station.
It is also easy to walk to the one of the biggest morning markets if you just follow the GaoDe Map.
I also walked to the nearest museum as the roads are easy to walk.
Highly recommend this place for the location and the affordable room rate.
There are a lot of restaurants, mini-marts, fruit shops right below the house. There’s also a mall within walking distance. There’s even a small gym nearby if you really can’t do without gym.
There are 3 halal restaurants within 5min walk distance from the apartment.
The room I got was spacious and well designed in my opinion. The pillars are made into a full body mirror which came as a surprise to me. The room got all that I needed for my week-long stay.
The Internet wasn’t stable enough for video calls.
Bring some ear plugs cos the quality of the walls are really thin.
Service from the owner was professional and really prompt. This is critical in this line of business.
This owner’s apartments appear to be much more in demand. (I gave up on another apartment by another owner and came here instead. The other owner in another block was a complete disappointment. That’s why I was happy to have found such a professional owner.)
Overall, can’t ask for more with this apartment at this rate. Definitely beyond my expectation. 👍

CChan JKI boarded a taxi from the railway station, the driver not really know where's this hotel. Upon reaching the hotel is rather late and when I stepped into the hotel around 11pm plus, there's no one at the counter. My stay was at the 4 floor whereby now is under renovation, surprisingly there's no notice from the hotel to inform that. Overall I happy satisfied with my one night stay. The room wall both lights was not secured By the way, I am happy with the breakfast and the service staff at the breakfast area. Still have room to improve, if you ask me would I recommend to friends, my answer is ”YES”
