My partner asked if there was a bathroom she could use. They told us they dont have a public bathroom and wouldn't let her go up to the floor with the bathrooms...after we just spent a lot of money at their hotel. It was pretty shocking after staying at many hotels much more friendly. -the location wasn't terrible but there were no sidewalks and lots of barriers up so it was hard to get our luggage to the hotel. Overall, we would not stay at this hotel again.

The staff was friendly and helpful when approached with requests etc. It is quite convenient that there is a coffeeshop located in the lobby with wifi, power sockets etc, ideal for a chill work break in between traveling.
