We stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the decor was beautiful, and the location was convenient, close to the subway. We were very happy with our stay here.

Pros: Clean, amenities, free breakfast was good Cons: -We put up the Do Not Disturb sign (and tripled checked it) because we had done laundry, and the room was disorganized and had personal items hang drying. They came and cleaned our room and removed the sign. -We had a packaged delivered to the hotel and showed them the tracking info on the Chinese receipt. They brought us the wrong package and then tried to tell us ours was delivered to the wrong hotel. Another guest helped translate and then they called the number on the tracking receipt. The receipt had the name of the employee at their hotel that signed for the package, which we tried to point out. After the phone call. They went and brought out my package. It had the tracking number clearly displayed so I'm really not sure why they couldn't originally find it. -we checked out and were waiting in the lobby until we could go to the airport. My partner asked if there was a bathroom she could use. They told us they dont have a public bathroom and wouldn't let her go up to the floor with the bathrooms...after we just spent a lot of money at their hotel. It was pretty shocking after staying at many hotels much more friendly. -the location wasn't terrible but there were no sidewalks and lots of barriers up so it was hard to get our luggage to the hotel. Overall, we would not stay at this hotel again.

Room service and front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and nice! Location is very convenient and it’s right above the subway and also at the middle of the Zhongjie walkway street.

El hotel es muy agradable, el estilo de apartamento lo hace cómodo con los niños. El hotel también cuenta con un restaurante que sirve comida occidental. La ubicación está cerca de muchos centros comerciales y tiendas subterráneas. La estación de tren está a 10 minutos a pie, también es entre dos paradas de metro que ambos alrededor 8-10 minutos a pie. El gimnasio es grande, un montón de equipo de buena calidad. El gimnasio para los niños también es agradable, quizás un par de juguetes más sería bueno, pero en general es un buen lugar para quemar algo de energía para ellos. Recomiendo muy este hotel. Mis hijos también disfrutaron del cine.

La limpieza de este hotel superó nuestras expectativas. ¡La meticulosa atención al detalle nos dio una sensación de seguridad! En cuanto entramos en la habitación, nos impresionó de inmediato su impecable limpieza. No había ni una mota de polvo en el suelo, ni siquiera descalzos, y la alfombra estaba libre de olores y pelos. Se notaba que habían sido limpiadas meticulosamente. La ropa de cama era aún más reconfortante. Las sábanas, la funda nórdica y las fundas de almohada eran de un blanco inmaculado, secas y suaves al tacto, sin arrugas ni manchas. Allí tumbado, me relajé al instante, sin preocuparme por la higiene. El baño era el punto más destacado de los estándares de limpieza del hotel, y estaba impecable. La encimera del lavabo, el grifo y el espejo estaban impecables, sin manchas de agua ni residuos de cal. 非常推薦的一款入住，服務很人性，我們三個人，但衹有兩份早餐，前台給贈送一份，衞生也很乾凈，早餐也豐富，關鍵價格也親民，而且樓下就是大型的商場，還有一個我個人最喜歡去的宜家家居商場，在樓上看那個藍色和黃色相間的房子就是宜家家居商場，非常推薦。

This is an update to a recent review i did. My wife and I stayed for a week then went to Shanghai for 4 days. When we left the hotel I handed the power adapter they let me use and told them I would need it when we returned. We we arrived at the hotel after our Shanghai trip, I didn’t even make it to the check in desk and the young lady was handing me the power adapter. That is customer service at its finest. Thank you to the wonderful staff. We will be back.

Great location is close to metro station, eateries, and imperial museum. Hotel personnel are friendly. Hotel is an older building, and need to be renovated. There is sewer odor in elevator, and hall. Lighting in hall is dim. Breakfast offers a variety of food and fruits. Room is clean and average size.
