«El hotel está situado en la calle Qingnian. El hotel está estratégicamente ubicado cerca de Zhongjie, la Mansión del Mariscal, la Ciudad Prohibida y la ciudad de Vientiane. Es muy conveniente para viajar y está a solo 5 minutos de la entrada del metro. Las instalaciones y el equipamiento del hotel son muy nuevos. Hay una peonía roja que es muy fotogénica nada más entrar en el vestíbulo. El hotel tiene un fuerte sentido del diseño y es muy juvenil. El estilo de decoración es único. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y luminosas. El servicio del hotel es realmente muy bueno. La gerente de servicio Xiaoyue es atenta y cuidadosa. También ayudó con el check-out retrasado. En invierno, la habitación estaba seca y se proporcionó un humidificador. También me dieron algunos bocadillos cuando me iba. La hermana encargada de la limpieza nos dio unos dulces especiales llamados Bulaolin. El hotel cuenta con lavandería, secadora, gimnasio y estacionamiento. Hay algunas cosas que me sorprendieron mucho:
1. La ropa de cama es muy cómoda. El colchón ofrece un gran soporte. Te sientes como si estuvieras durmiendo en casa. Es muy cómodo. No siento cansancio en la cintura ni siquiera después de dormir una noche. La almohada también es muy cómoda.
2 El agua de la ducha es muy fuerte pero es muy suave para el cuerpo.
3. Hay un cable de carga con tres puertos en la mesilla de noche. Muy considerado.
4 El televisor es enorme. ¡Enorme! ! !

«The 2 nights of staying was great . However when we reached hotel around 4pm plus , the room that we reserved wasn’t ready . The staff gave us a temporary room to stay/rest before getting the family room ready . It was quite troublesome for us to move up and down with no staff helping us to move . Otherwise all is good , there was washer with dryer which suits our need.»

We combined it with a night in the hotel.
Underground parking.
The big building is the spa. It’s not easy to miss.
The check-in is not in the big Spa Building. Overnighters have to go to the building next door, following the „check-in signs“.
There they inform you that:
- The day of check in you can use the Spa area until 10 pm.
- Day of checkout a delicious breakfast with much variety of cooked and fresh dishes, fruits, juices and coffee and sweets is served from 7-10am.
- If you check out before 10 am you can use the Spa area again until 6pm that day.
- To enter the Spa area you need to go to the big building. You need to let them know your room number and they need your passport / ID card.
- You will get a number for your individual locker. If you are a couple check the ticket with number for sign of female or male.
- You take off your shoes, exchange them for slippers they offer and store your shoes in your locker. You get a key you take inside which is for free.
- You will be led into gender separated changing areas.
- You get a free towel, lounge shirt and shirt pants to change in and sign for it with your key. There is staff to show you how.
- Your key shows your number and area in which your individual locker is located in. There is staff to show you how.
- Inside you first pass a gender separated area. Here you can be naked.
- Then you can leave that area and join the gender mixed area.
- It has 4 levels with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs.
- Level 1 has outdoor pools, indoor pools, whirlpools, children’s water park and access to the wave park, which opens 4x a day for half an hour.
- Level 2 is more quiet with healthier whirlpool options.
- Level 3 has sauna houses for free open until 10pm, a movie theatre, KTV, food area and a children play area all open until 9:30pm.
- Level 4 is for private treatments.
In winter the outdoor waterpark/slides „the wave“ and terrace pools are closed due to the cold.
We were surprised of how relaxing the stay at the Spa was. There is many people but the Spa building is amazingly huge and has many different areas to lay down and corners in which it was very peaceful.
Our hotel room „Room Queensize-Bed“ was lovely and the staff very attentive. We ordered ice-cubes, extra water and had pizza delivered to the hotel.
All in all, a wonderful experience, which we will repeat.
