Great stay! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. The location was convenient, and I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay again.

La cocina es una habitación con un coche, un coche individual con muebles, un parking, un alojamiento extra agradable. ¡Muy limpio! ¡Qué bonito decoración y cerca de la calle de comida. ¡Qué buenas vistas. Recomendación 100%

We had a lovely stay at this resort. The staff were excellent, very polite and efficient. The facilities, including the golf club over the road, hot pools, gym and sports court were great. There was a real family atmosphere and early mornings and late nights were nice and quiet, so we could truly rest up. The dinner at the restaurant was eclectic and delicious, though we needed to book due to its popularity. Our only criticism would be the buffet breakfast that was overpriced with not much to choose from, so we only ate there once. Other that that, we will definitely return and recommend this place to others, particularly as a spring or winter resort location due to its hotpools.

酒店位置安靜，設施簡陋點，沒有電視和私人廚房，衹有公共廚房，我們覺得不夠衞生沒有用。好處是旁邊就有兩個早餐和晚餐的餐廳,COFFEE早餐廳的飯非常好，服務也很好，介個也不高值得去品嚐； 但是Tomo Bar這家餐廳亞裔去吃飯要多注意，我們去了一個多小時沒給我們上菜，比我們晚去的三桌洋人都早於我們上菜了，在我確定了他們是按照到店時間先後順序上菜後，我是非常不滿意的去找了他們，他們看到我有些生氣的樣子，不到兩分鐘就給上齊了菜，主要把我點的賣你報甩到了地上，既沒有道歉也沒有給我補新的，我一去就給他們在谷歌上點了五星好評，這時候會啊，而且前邊他們衹給洋人桌各種撤餐具，對於我們喝的空酒杯一律裝看不見，最後去撤餐具時禮貌用語也沒有，我覺得他完全可以協商不歡迎什麼樣的客人不要收我們的錢，我們也很厭惡在他們這樣的地方用餐，拉低了我們的情緒價值

El paisaje es único! El hermano mayor también es muy entusiasta ～ Todo es genial! ¡Se puede llevar a los niños para jugar ～ Piscina, el verano será muy cómodo ～ tranquilo alrededor, si vayas, sugiere que traigas más comida a la montaña para ～ mejor sentido de la experiencia.

El hotel tiene un pequeño hotel con instalaciones básicas y no sabía que había cocina hasta que nos fuimos. Es un buen punto de parada, pero la mayoría de la ciudad se cierra temprano o tiene largos fines de semana, así que asegúrese de que tiene suministros antes. Cuando llegamos allí no había recepción, tenía un número y una persona a llamar, la entrada es un poco complicada ”en torno a la espalda” ...yep eso es exactamente lo que es.

A 15-20 minutos del viaje de Hamilton, el aislamiento de la habitación es un poco malo, además de esto, el gusto está bien en línea, especialmente la señora de la recepción es muy entusiasta y amable.

We loved the room which came with a balcony overlooking the beautiful lake Taupo. The grotto and the heated pool were amazing and provided us with a very relaxing stay.

온천 무료 이용이 가능한 호텔, 24시간 자연온천 개방 중입니다. 밤에 별보면서 하는 온천은 이색적이에요 인적이 드문 곳에 있어서 차량 필수입니다. 객실은 오래된 느낌이 나지만 청결한 편입니다 냉장고는 따로 없었어요. 물도 직접 사서 가야합니다. 조식 결제 안했는데 공짜로 먹을 수 있었어요 조식 식당이 고급스럽고 다양한 종류의 빵과 시리얼이 있습니다. 처음엔 너무 오래되보여서 실패했나 생각했는데 크게 불편한 점 없었고 온천 이틀 즐기고 조식 먹으니 괜찮은 경험이었던 것 같습니다. 추천합니다.

I reserved an apartment with a sofa bed, and the room was far brighter and more spacious than the photos suggested. It was clean and roomy, with a pleasant balcony furnished with chairs, and parking was readily available. The location was convenient, near shops and a short walk or drive from the beach and supermarket. The only drawback was that noisy neighbors arriving late at night in large groups disturbed our sleep with their shouting. Despite this, it was the best accommodation we encountered during our trip.
