OMG the place was just amazing! We definitely will come back again! Although the hotel was located quite far from city Center, i.e., an hour from Oxford University, half an hour from Bicester, but 15 mins drive from Waitrose, which was good enough for us (chill but enjoy the world class racing cars around). The facilities were new. The staff was friendly ( strongly felt it in the breakfast session), there was own car park just next to the apartment too. Free 15 mins electricity charging outside the reception. Free access to gym and swimming pool… everything just fabulous!

The hotel is really good. The pool is clean and there is a small playing corner for kids. It is very near to the mall and takes around 5 mins drive.  Will revisit again!

Really lovely hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. The service received from check-in to checking-out was impeccable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

La habitación era buena, un poco más pequeña que lo esperaba por el costo, pero tenía todo lo que necesitaba. El hotel se ha ocupado con un matrimonio pero sólo 1 persona en el escritorio delantero, así que se llevó 25 minutos para entrar.

Lovely stay on a Monday night at Crazy Bear Beaconsfield. Only English restaurant was open so marked down the amenities as didn't really use others aside from the restaurant, bar and room. There is a lovely looking pool. Service was good. Mixup with our steak order was quite easily resolved however ended up with a cut of steak I didn't want. Would recommend booking restaurant time before 7pm as between 5-6.45 pm you get 25% off your total bill including alcoholic drinks. Would recommend offering prosecco on the menu. As cheapest champagne was around £100 so on the pricey side in general to eat and drink.

The staff was rather basic with directions to find my room it is a very big place and not very well signposted. The room had everything needed and was clean. The pool, jacuzzi , sauna & steam room are all included in your stay, just a bit of a walk to another building.

Really good location for shopping, theatre and cinema. parking was limited and expensive. Breakfast was really good. fresh fruit was very good, as was the cooked food elements.

La renovación del hotel está bien, con la gran mayoría del edificio que se ve muy inteligente con excelentes instalaciones. He tenido que señalar al hotel, como ocurre en muchos hoteles a nivel mundial, que los cambios en las instalaciones y las políticas dejan de existir toda la información textual (por ejemplo, el guía en línea, menús, anuncios, etc.). La habitación de la habitación es muy buena, pero no es muy buena. Mientras estaba allí, se contrataron nuevos agentes, por lo que se tratan todas estas cuestiones. Estoy endeudado por el comedor de trabajo Raj KC, que fue más arriba y más allá para ayudarme a hacer frente a mis problemas, como un hombre de edad con visión y oídos perdidos, y los desafíos médicos típicos de mi grupo de edad en Gran Bretaña, Enviando un 30 kg de objeto que compré al noroeste, aprecié su consejo y su ayuda y le deseo todo lo mejor en su carrera futura.

¡Es un hotel moderno y agradable, habitaciones y servicio. El spa es un poco básico, pero era bueno para lo que necesitamos para nuestra noche de viaje! Muy cerca del centro de Marlow, que es genial para explorar!

there is no service except the front desk service for checking in. there is no telephone that I can report the desk lamp is not working or you have to go down to the front desk to tell them. the window view is facing just next to the hotel. overall, it's only good for one night
