Amazing place! Magnificent view from the balcony!

The stay was great, the hotel is in a good location. Burgas is very walkable. The wellness centre is great and the gym is one of the better gyms I have experienced in a hotel. Only negative is the rooms are not very sound proof, could hear a lot of noise from the corridor from other guests which woke me up a few mornings.

En los años,Lits incómodos, desayuno para un supuesto 5*(3* sería adecuado) Hotel estrellas indignante, comida caliente(huevos, cacahuete, salsa, etc.) todo frío, 1x de pan,etc. Para obtener un jugo de este fresco o un café bueno, hay que buscar el bar a precios excesivamente caros. Una vez y nunca más en este hotel.

Great location, hotel is right on the beach & is a short walking distance to Nessebar old town! The staff is excellent and the food selection at the buffet is varied, flavourful and plentiful!  The facilities are very old, furniture in the rooms is dated and in dire need for an upgrade. Rooms are very basic they lack proper lighting and electrical plugs especially by the night tables.  Sun loungers are very uncomfortable and the umbrellas are small so they barely protect you from the sun.  Our stay was enjoyable overall, mainly thanks to the staff and the excellent location of the hotel

Las habitaciones son limpias y el servicio de escritorio delantero es amigable.

El hotel es un hotel de calidad, con una gran variedad de bebidas y comida de calidad. La playa cercana es grande, con muchos salones del hotel, lo que hace que sea el lugar perfecto para relajarse. También nos disfrutamos de la piscina y de las demás instalaciones. Seguramente volveremos y recomendaríamos este hotel a cualquiera que busque unas maravillosas vacaciones familiares.

Although I found this hotel receptionists were not professional at all (indeed not amicable to guests), this was a genuine 3-star hotel. With 24-hour receptionist and lift. Room was spacious and comfortable. You would find everything what you needed. Nice bathroom with adequate lighting. Bath towel quality was also fine. Breakfast quality was acceptable.

Otel biraz şehir merkezine uzaktı, fakat doğa ile iç içe olmak çok keyifliydi. Odaların temizliği ve otel mükemmeldi. Kahvaltı ***et yeterliydi. Bir daha gidecek olursam kesinlikle aynı otelde konaklama yapacağım. Kışın da deneyimlemek istiyorum. Odanın manzarası, yürüyüş yolu çok güzeldi. Çocuklu aileler için de oyun odası düşünülmüş çok güzel bir yer. İyiki utopia forest. çalışanlar pek güler yüzlü değil… fakat her türlü isteğimizde yardımcı oldular. Teşekkürler..

Excellent little hotel. You can't fault anything. You get what you pay for. Sunbeds are cleaned daily, and the pool is cleaned every day. Would recommend you bring a kettle or you can hire one from reception. You are close to shops, bus stop and the beach. I can't wait to return.
