⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at White Palace Hotel! I had a wonderful experience staying at White Palace Hotel. The service was truly excellent from the moment we arrived. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was delicious and well-prepared. A special appreciation to the F&B team — their service was outstanding! They were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Honestly, every staff member we met provided great service. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well managed. You can really see that they work hard and achieve their KPIs — everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommended! Everyone should come and stay at this hotel. It is definitely trusted and worth it!

Me gustaba el hotel, la mejor ubicación, el tratamiento con otras instalaciones/servicios, y el desayuno (como me quedé la noche y me dejé a las 12:00).

The hotel is decent for its price and location. If you have an early morning connecting flight, it’s a budget-friendly option to crash for the night, as it’s only about a 10-minute drive from the airport. However, be prepared for noise—the rooms have little to no sound insulation, and traffic noise from the road can make it feel like you’re sleeping right beside it. If you can use earplugs or noise-canceling headphones, it’s manageable given the price. The rooms are good for under $30, and the breakfast is modest but acceptable.

El hotel está situado en la carretera principal, lo que hace que sea fácil de mover, ya que no tienes que caminar a buscar una bicicleta incluso cuando reservas un Uber que te encuentra en tu puerta, el lugar es limpio y pueden hacer lavandería para ti, Las habitaciones están equipadas con refrescos A/C para viajeros que están visitando durante el verano y el personal realmente cuida y asiste a las necesidades del huésped y ayuda en cualquier forma posible.

A couple of times I stayed at other hotels in Dhaka and this is one of the hotel that is well recommended. The environment at the lobby is so classic and high end and the staff is so polite and so well spoken in English. They provide free shuttle service to pick up from the airport and location is near to airport too. The room is sooo spacious and super clean so as the toilet! The bed was comfortable too. That makes this place indeed well maintained. And never forget their food served at the cafe was good! The only problem are the honk noises from outside. But this is bearable for me. Just that the toilet door has loud cracky noise when trying to close it. But it’s ok. And the most important thing is their WiFi was so slow but ended up they resolved it with another set of router put into my room. Amazing job and I would give this place overall superb!

Good hotel however during my booking period, the hotel relocated me on 2nd night out of 3 nights due to no room availability but my booking already paid. So quite inconvenient to pack and go to other hotel but not with same price of my current booking. But they offer again to stay at 3rd night but it will be troublesome to again pack and repacking luggage.

Estoy un poco frustrado. Soy un no fumador, y me dio una habitación llena de huevos de fumar. Me pidió en la recepción que me diera una habitación que es para no fumadores. La habitación estaba muy fumando para que nadie podía tolerarlo. Es tan frustrante. El resto está bien.
