This is pet-friendly hotel in Hua hin with extra charge 1500THB per pet/ per night. The service is exceptional. Only one comment is I booked standard room which is located Building A or B only on 1st floor. Building A has steps and no ramps then if you have dog stroller, Building A is really not convenient while Building B has ramp to your room - no steps. Hotel should consider that if guess has pet, then you should assign Building B for more convenient - not Building A. For this trip, I had been assigned to Building A, then I need to hold and carry my dog to the steps everyday - really not convenient

Great service with a wide variety of activities for kids. However, during school holidays there are too many children, making the kids’ club and game room extremely crowded and difficult to use. The game room should open at 9:00 AM, and the kids’ club should stay open until 7:00 PM.

We had an incredible stay at the Hyatt Regency Hua Hin. The hotel grounds are stunning—lush, green, and very well-maintained, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. One of the absolute highlights was The Barai Spa. While it comes at an additional cost, it is worth every penny for the world-class service and unique architecture. We also loved the variety of activities available; there's always something to do, whether you want to stay active or just chill. The breakfasts were excellent with a great selection for every taste. Overall, this is a high-level vacation experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quality and comfort in Hua Hin.

Having stayed at a number of hotels in Hua Hin, we've found the Marriott to be the best. It's next to the beach, but less than a 10-minute walk to the Market Village shopping center with its shops, restaurants, and supermarket. There's also a cinema if you need something to do if it rains. Everywhere in the hotel is spotless. The reception is modern and airy, the rooms are well furnished and all have good views, and the changing rooms for the gym even have a sauna and a chaise longue. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff work very hard to attend to guests while keeping smiling. This was also seen throughout the hotel-every member of staff seemed genuinely happy. Although it's more expensive than a lot of the other hotels we've tried, we feel it's definitely worth paying the extra.

Este hotel ha llamado la atención desde hace mucho tiempo su arquitectura de estilo colonial y su hermosa vegetación son muy atractivos. Si trae a un niño mayor de 12 años, le costará más de 2100 baht por persona por día y el precio con descuento es de 1800 baht por día. El desayuno es muy normalito, no hay mucha variedad y hay muchos bichos en las frutas sin cáscara. La única ventaja es que está abierto hasta las 11. La playa es bastante mala y se puede ver estiércol de caballo por todas partes, lo que hace que la gente esté menos interesada en jugar. Si quieres llevar a tus hijos a jugar en la arena, no necesitas considerar este hotel. Un taxi desde el hotel hasta la estación de autobuses cuesta 250 baht.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación y la piscina tiene acceso directo a la playa de Hua Hin. La habitación es grande y muy cómoda. El pequeño balcón es conveniente para secarse y la vista nocturna también es buena. ¡Es conveniente salir! ¡Hay todo tipo de comidas, bebidas y masajes en el hotel! Si no quieres salir, ¡el restaurante en el séptimo piso del hotel también es delicioso! El servicio del antiguo hotel es tan bueno como siempre. El único inconveniente es que puede que sea viejo y las sábanas tengan algunos agujeros, pero la habitación en general todavía está muy limpia. Continuaré quedándome en este hotel la próxima vez que venga. Básicamente, puedes registrarte después de la 1 pm. ¡Muy recomendable!

Staff were very hospitable and the rooms were extremely comfortable to stay/sleep in. They have Netflix and other streaming apps on their smart TVs as well. However, when it rained heavily one morning, it sounded very loud while we were sleeping and some water leaked through the door/bathroom ceiling. Staff were quick to mop it up and help with the issue though and it was just a minor inconvenience. In terms of location, it was pretty central and there was direct beach access, but there still wasn’t very much to do in the area. Ordering a Grab car to go slightly further is quick and easy so there was no fuss. They had two pools open during our stay and an open beach volleyball/badminton court. They also had some complimentary hand craft courses. I wish there were maybe a few more amenities, but it was fun regardless.

This hotel has its merits, but it's not good enough. Firstly, the rooms are modernly designed. Secondly, the location is excellent, very convenient to the beach. Finally, the Page restaurant, while very slow to serve, has very good food. I think the main drawback of the hotel is the service. The staff is inefficient and frequently makes mistakes. I experienced extremely long wait times during check-in and check-out. I stayed for three days, and only one day did room service replenish the drinking water adequately; note that I tipped room service every single day without fail. Breakfast management was terrible. I believe there was a shortage of breakfast staff. On one occasion, food and clean cups were not replenished, and the table was not cleared. On another occasion, the breakfast server gave my order to another guest, causing me to wait an extra 15 minutes. Overall, this hotel could be considered a four-star boutique hotel, but it definitely doesn't reach five-star status.

La habitación era muy espaciosa! La familia lo amaba y las vibes fueron sorprendentes, sentían que estabas en una isla tropical. Sólo a la baja es que no hay playas reales que sea accesible desde el hotel, pero sólo lo sabes antes de visitar! Para el Navidad especial, incluso nos dieron mini tratamiento de chocolates en zapatos de Santa’a! 10/10 para servicio
