We had a fantastic stay at the standard. The villa was amazing as was the main beachfront pool area and restaurants. There were some minor points mostly down to slightly unpolished service when we found a blood stain on the sheets after the first night. It took some time but finally when the right people found out they helped us with late check out and bucket of beer to apologise. Big was the name of the friendliest and most wonderful housekeeper, he brightened up each day even more!

El Hua Hin Marriott Hotel es muy agradable. El personal es amable y educado, las habitaciones están limpias y las camas son súper cómodas. También es un placer sentarse en el balcón y observar la vida del hotel. El hotel tiene tres piscinas diferentes y fácil acceso a la playa. Además, es muy tranquilo y apacible. Hubo un pequeño inconveniente que arruinó un poco nuestra estancia. El día de nuestra llegada, al querer ducharnos, nos dimos cuenta de que solo nos habían proporcionado una toalla limpia. La otra toalla del baño estaba usada, mojada y sucia. Supongo que el personal simplemente olvidó cambiarla antes de nuestro check-in. Sin embargo, el problema se resolvió rápidamente y nos trajeron toallas limpias.

Me alojé en este hotel por primera vez cuando vine a Tailandia hace más de diez años. Más tarde, también estuve en varias sucursales en China. Por lo tanto, si vienes a Hua Hin por 200 extra, puedes elegir Hilton, Marriott, InterContinental, estos hoteles tienen mejores ubicaciones y playas más hermosas.

We had an incredible stay at the Hyatt Regency Hua Hin. The hotel grounds are stunning—lush, green, and very well-maintained, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. One of the absolute highlights was The Barai Spa. While it comes at an additional cost, it is worth every penny for the world-class service and unique architecture. We also loved the variety of activities available; there's always something to do, whether you want to stay active or just chill. The breakfasts were excellent with a great selection for every taste. Overall, this is a high-level vacation experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quality and comfort in Hua Hin.

Aunque el hotel centenario tiene equipos de estilo antiguo, se siente muy cronológico cuando se usa, pero también se puede sentir la grandeza de la familia real en el pasado. El hotel tiene acceso directo a la playa. El salón de masajes cercano es muy económico. y adecuado para viajes familiares Esta vez, me alojé en una habitación en el primer piso, que tiene acceso directo a la piscina. Me alojé aquí en 2018. Aunque el hotel es un poco antiguo, todavía me gusta la sensación de elegir este lugar porque desde cada balcón se puede ver el mar. Las habitaciones ejecutivas tienen acceso al salón ejecutivo para el desayuno, el té de la tarde y los cócteles por la noche. Recuerdo claramente que antes se podía fumar en el balcón, pero ahora las normas son más estrictas. Sólo hay un lugar abajo donde se puede fumar, que es incluso más estricto que en Singapur. El tutú en la puerta es un vehículo de 4 ruedas. El precio inicial es básicamente 100 Zhu, que es comparable al precio de alquiler en Shanghai. Quizás debido a varias influencias, había muy pocos chinos aquí cuando fui allí, y no había tantos extranjeros como antes. La tienda de masajes en la puerta tenía muy pocos negocios.

Excellent services! I would like to thanks to those who had served me during my stay. All I had contacted from Front Desk ,Restaurant were very kind and helpful. I specially thanked Kun Mind who had changed my room chair that I complained of uncomfortability immediately. Kun P..?(Sorry my memory is bad,I remember her —a female staff with some weight) was so delicate to changed my dishes twice after my breakfast dishes were contaminated by pigeons. Kun ? ( He),(sorry my bad memory) helped me to carry luggage to minibus station in front of hotel immediately for urgency to catch the minibus to Bangkok. Thanks for all the team of Intercontinetal hotel of Hua Hin who have done their best jobs. Highly recommended.

We loved the room's style and decoration, although we thought the big pool we could see from our room was the hotel's pool we could use. (It actually belongs to the building next door. 😆) The breakfast and room service food were really good and fresh.

This hotel has its merits, but it's not good enough. Firstly, the rooms are modernly designed. Secondly, the location is excellent, very convenient to the beach. Finally, the Page restaurant, while very slow to serve, has very good food. I think the main drawback of the hotel is the service. The staff is inefficient and frequently makes mistakes. I experienced extremely long wait times during check-in and check-out. I stayed for three days, and only one day did room service replenish the drinking water adequately; note that I tipped room service every single day without fail. Breakfast management was terrible. I believe there was a shortage of breakfast staff. On one occasion, food and clean cups were not replenished, and the table was not cleared. On another occasion, the breakfast server gave my order to another guest, causing me to wait an extra 15 minutes. Overall, this hotel could be considered a four-star boutique hotel, but it definitely doesn't reach five-star status.

Nice atmosphere but disappointing room experience. Stayed during Songkran (12–15 Apr 2026). The resort has a serene atmosphere and is not crowded, which we liked. Staff were polite and sincere in apologizing when issues occurred. However, the room experience was disappointing. Our shower had a temperature malfunction on the first night and could not be used properly until the next day. The hotel mentioned complimentary gestures (afternoon tea or a villa upgrade), but we didn’t receive them. Overall, the ambiance is nice but the room readiness and follow-through did not meet expectations for the price.
