Nice hotel, which was spotlessly clean, with good facilities.Good choice for breakfast. In general, the staff were helpful and efficient. The Hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the restaurants and bars.

My stay at Wutong Apartments was wonderful! The room was clean, spacious, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. There is bathtub is luxurious and spacious, the shower has great pressure and the the separate toilet room has a motion censored toilet seat and a bidet. The bed was comfy and the closet space begs you to unpack your suitcase. There were thoughtful amenities, including a loofah cloth and shoe shine cloths. Now...the breakfast. It was the best breakfast buffet I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Tinder and well seasoned steak, salmon, soups, desserts, breads, scrumptious pancakes and a salad bar that even included kale amongst the varied greens. Best of all, the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Li Ne, the dining staff and the housekeeper who attended to my room. I wish that every hotel stay I experience in the future is as amazing as my time at Wutong Apartment Hotel.

The hotel was well located. The room exactly like it was described online. We reserved two rooms without windows for one day it was cost efficient! Unfortunately I could not reserve directly 4 breakfast online only two (one per room), we have to pay directly at breakfast for the two others one. We stop at Datong to visited one of UNESCO site and see the all Datong city. We thought more foreigners will visit this beautiful small city. No one speaks English (and that’s ok) but for a 4 stars hotel the front desk lady looks a bit lost with the check in procedure for foreigners (and I work in a 5 stars hotel in beijing so I know the procedure as a French working in China). Also, the isolation is bad, the front desk already inform us upon check in but we did not thought we will heard even the other room bathrooms flush. Thank you for this night your hotel is beautiful

El hotel en general está muy bien. Se encuentra cerca de la Torre del Tambor en la ciudad antigua, y se puede llegar a pie a los lugares turísticos cercanos, especialmente al Templo Shanhua, que está a solo unos 5 minutos andando, lo cual es muy conveniente. Las instalaciones de la habitación son muy completas. Es la primera vez que veo un hotel que ofrece detergente para la ropa entre sus artículos de aseo, un detalle muy considerado. ¡Recomiendo mucho el restaurante chino del hotel, la comida está deliciosa!

Finalmente hice un viaje largo con mis colegas. Aunque fue espontáneo, investigué mucho en línea con antelación y, aprovechando la temporada baja, pude reservar este hotel. Como mis planes de viaje eran inciertos, aunque me quedé 3 noches, renové mi reserva cada día. La ubicación del hotel no está lejos del casco antiguo, y es fácil llegar en bicicleta, autobús o taxi. También hay muchos restaurantes en los alrededores. La habitación estaba muy limpia y cada día nos daban fruta y entradas para el balneario. El desayuno del hotel era muy abundante y se podía comprar en el lugar. Además de verduras, había especialidades locales como fideos cortados a cuchillo y sopa de cordero con casquería, así como pasteles de nuez y hamburguesas. ¡Era demasiado para comer! Todo el personal que conocí fue muy amable, y la señora del balneario también fue muy atenta. Si vuelvo, me gustaría quedarme aquí de nuevo, jajaja.

Súper cómodo, nos hicieron un upgrade de habitación porque era temporada baja. La cama de más de 3 metros es perfecta para rodar. El ambiente es muy agradable y tranquilo, y la habitación está impecable. Se pueden sacar fotos directamente en el hotel. Se puede contratar un taxi en el hotel para el pueblo antiguo, y el servicio de recogida y traslado al aeropuerto también es muy bueno.

Ubicado al lado del Templo de Confucio, es muy conveniente para visitar la ciudad antigua. La habitación tiene un diseño tradicional, es muy cálida por dentro y la zona del hotel es muy grande. Llegamos por la noche y, por adelantado, el hotel nos agregó en WeChat y reservó un coche de negocios para recogernos gratis en la estación de tren de alta velocidad, lo cual fue muy conveniente. Tienen una fuerte iniciativa de servicio. Fuera de temporada, nos ofrecieron una mejora gratuita a una habitación más grande, lo que hizo que la relación calidad-precio fuera excelente. Con sus tradicionales camas 'kang', cerraduras y patio, es ideal para los turistas que desean experimentar la cultura tradicional.

I can say this is the best hotel experience I’ve had so far in China. Truly unique luxury at a very reasonable price. Of course you get a top notch service as expected from a 5 star hotel. Our booking included activities such as afternoon tea, a private photography session and evening cocktails. If you are visiting Linfen/Shanxi and surroundings to visit real historic sites, you will appreciate the work put in the design of this hotel. This hotel is the perfect combination between new and old, combining modern hotel qualities such as sound proofing, smart lighting, air conditioning and bathroom amenities with historic Qing dynasty exterior. The building exteriors have been moved and rebuilt from nearby villages.

As previousky commented, great 5star service by the senior staff 😊 Just need to work on training of junior staff and the air-condition system.

The hotel is very clean and the room is fabulous. I was put on a smoking floor despite requesting non-smoking. The breakfast was not very good. After paying for breakfast and being told to enter the buffet, I was then immediately escorted out by another staff member who thought I hadn’t paid. After confirming I was allowed to re-enter. I was a little embarrassed. However, the staff were all friendly and patient with my poor language skills. The hotel is a little far away and there are not many shops or restaurants around. I would still stay here again. The room was quiet and bed was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.
