отличный, чистый, уютный отель, до моря 2минуты, до центральной улицы 2 минуты, машина к отелю не подъедет но дойти не проблема в 2х шагах, есть кафе не дорого, у нас был просторный номер с балконом вполне комфортный, не подошли розетки, попросили адаптер выдали без проблем, воду выдают по бутылке в день, все остальное как попросишь , в номере было мыло и шампунь. Комары вечером на балконе в номере есть фумигатор.

Отель понравился. В отеле есть бассейн на крыше (не плавали, но выглядит чисто). Располагается неочень близко к морю, но удобно, идти минут 10. Находится на улице, где нет шума.
В отеле чисто, приятно находится. Убираются каждый день. Мент полотенца. Брали несколько раз завтрак шведский стол. Но больше индийской еды. Но в целом хороший завтрак. Официанты молодцы. Быстро убирали, подносили напитки. Отель современный. Всегда была горячая вода. Хорошая техника. Был телевизор и youtube, приятно порадовали.
Из минусов только плохая звукоизоляция. Если у вас шумные соседи с детьми, очень слышно.
Однозначно рекомендую отель.

Прекрасное место, пляж с медким белым песочком, территоиия ухоженная. Номера лучше брать премьер, у делюкс может быть вид на сад, но и частично на забор, дома местных, парковку. Сначала дали номер делюкс рядом с ресепшн, потом с доплатрй переселились в премьер. Рядом на пляже кафе, можно пешком мин 20 по пляжу дойти до колвы - более оживленный район. Вцелом еще бы вернулись в этот отель

El hotel pasó una noche. Cuando el asentamiento era sólo un toalla para los pies. Explica lo que necesitas para las manos no funcionaba ) La noche misma incluyó un ventilador, olor a un hilo, no hay zapatos, ducha tropical en la pared. La cama era cómoda, el desayuno era bueno. Para las paradas económicas a corto plazo, se puede recomendar el hotel.

Отель понравился, но номер был грязный. Постельное, стены и потолок в пятнах, грязь на полу, нет одноразовых тапочек, зубной пасты, щёток, халатов. Фен сломан. На балконе очень грязная мебель. Отель отличный, но наполнение оставляет желать лучшего. Завтрак (шведский стол) мне понравился. Расположен отель в тихом месте, вокруг красивые виды. Пешком до пляжа 7 минут. Есть парковка.

Начну с лучшего: персонаж шикарный, начиная со входа и все с кем нам довелось взаимодействовать, вежливые, улыбчивые, искреннее настроены помочь и максимально удовлетворить все ваши адекватные потребности - это просто пушка, мегареспект. Приезжали всего на ночь с семьёй, это была вынужденная остановка, но к отелю это отношения не имеет, утром на завтраке нам приготовили лучший за все время омлет с молоком, потом мы спросили кашу, которой не было и какао, парнишка даже не знал что это такое, загуглил и нам все сделали! Территория красивая, дорога на пляж приятная, номера прекрасные! Песок на пляже мелкий, скрипучий как снег - просто рай!!
Ну и минусы которые требуют категорического внимания:
1. Пол в номере был ОЧЕНЬ грязным, мы приехали поздно вечером, уложили детей, приняли душ, ходили там по номеру, а утром посмотрели на свои ноги и офигели. Жена ради прикола взяла салфетку и провела по полу - лучше бы этого не видеть🤣
2. В бассейне очень чистая вода, сам бассейн с разной глубиной, очень комфортно - НО, в детской, более мелкой, зоне бассейна просто невозможно находиться, очень сильно тянет мочой из туалетов, прям воняет именно на уровне воды и метр выше. Если отплыть в противоположный конец, там все хорошо, проветривает.
3. Мы с проблемой не столкнулись, но мне кажется маловато лежаков на бассейне и пляже(8 шт), возможно пляжные лежаки больше актуальны для европейцев, тогда должно хватить.

В номере нет возможности нормально сушить вещи , только в другом здание на крыше есть сушилка
2. В номере вообще нет москитных сеток, было бы неплохо сделать полог из сетки над кроватью , чтоб полностью оправдать уровень отеля 4*
3. В ванной вентилятор дребезжит очень громко
4. Наш номер 112 был прям рядом с технической зоной ресторана и постоянно был шум от вентиляции
При прочих равных, если руководство отеля все же сделает москитные сетки на окна или сделают хотя бы пологи над кроватью, то я бы вернулась в отель.

UUsuario invitadoЗдравствуйте! Персонал по- русски не говорит, раннее заселение за дополнительную плату невозможно. Персонал медленный, номерной фонд ооочень старый и дряхлый. К сожалению, на сайте фотографии нн соответствуют номерам отеля. Отель полностью вегетарианский, единственное что радует это самое близкое к пляжу месторасположение из всех отелей которые рядом. Не уверен, что ещё раз поеду в этот отель и уж тем более не буду советовать друзьям.

We were shown to our room and things explained.
The balcony was small but ample.
The room should have contained robe and slippers but these were missing, although didn't affect our stay so not a real issue.
The pool is small but was very quiet and provided a nice cool off. Towels are available at the counter.
The hotel is located directly on the beach with beech shacks and restaurants on the beach very nearby.
The hotel does not provide beach loungers BUT if you head to a beach shack and buy a drink or two, they will allow the use of a bed for free. Directly out of the hotel gate on the beach there was a lady with beds trying to charge 500 rupees for a bed for the day. This is not necessary when you can get a drink for less with a free bed. We nearly learned the hard way.
The bed was far too hard for me, resulting in reduced sleep, but some people may prefer a firmer bed. My partner slept better than me so this was a personal experience. The bedding was nice quality though.
The whole place was clean and tidy. Rooms made up every day in the afternoon so not disturbed early morning which is nice.
The rooms are not soundproof so a lot of noise can be heard from outside when people start moving around in the morning.
Staff were friendly - everyone had a smile, and nothing too much trouble.
We only experienced breakfast once, and I would say it is ok as long as you don't expect a full English fry up (which in my opinion you shouldn't as you're in India). The food was hot, tasty, and fresh. There was plenty to choose from for a breakfast selection.
If I was to fault the breakfast, to provide a suggestion, providing tea and coffee black so that customers can add their own milk would make it more accessible to all. I can't drink too much dairy so had to give this a miss.
Then the only real downside to this hotel we found is when checking out, you are made to wait until the room has been checked, in case you steal anything. I completely understand this, but this should be made clear when checking in. We had booked a taxi to arrive at check out time, which could have resulted in additional costs for waiting time. Just to be mindful if staying here and arranging onward travel. Or maybe the hotel could make this policy clearer upon checking in.
All in all a very nice stay in Candolim and this hotel was a good choice.

AAimz13I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at Orchard Passaros.
Upon arrival at approximately 12:30, we were informed that our booking could not be located. After waiting around 20 minutes, the reservation was eventually found. Unfortunately, the gentleman at reception during this time was unfriendly and appeared quite miserable, which did not create a welcoming first impression.
We were offered a complimentary drink while the issue was being resolved, which was appreciated. The gentleman who served us was polite, professional, and very pleasant. We were then shown to our room, which initially appeared to be very nice.
However, later that evening we experienced significant issues. The room was unbearably hot, as the air conditioning did not seem to cool the space effectively. Additionally, there was a sensor system whereby any movement in the bed activated the bathroom light and extractor fan. This repeatedly disturbed our sleep.
We reported these problems to reception. A maintenance staff member attended and resolved the sensor issue in the bathroom. He also stated that he had lowered the room temperature; however, the room remained extremely hot and uncomfortable. Despite further attempts to fix the issue, there was no improvement. After approximately an hour of ongoing disruption, at 2:00am we felt we had no option but to leave the hotel.
The manager’s response at this time was extremely disappointing. He was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly laughed during the conversation, which we found highly unprofessional.
Furthermore, the pool area was not as advertised. There were only two sunbeds available, and on one occasion a guest reserved one all day by leaving belongings on it, even when not present. Overall, the facilities and restaurant did not meet the standards described on your website.
We are extremely disappointed that our experience did not reflect the expectations set by your online description. I would appreciate your response to these concerns.

VVG travellerLa habitación de la habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. Aquí están algunos destacamentos de mi estancia:
1. **Excepcional personal**: El personal de Courtyard por Marriott fue realmente superior y más allá para hacer que mi estancia sea cómoda y memorable.
2. **Excelente limpieza**: El hotel mantiene un nivel excepcionalmente alto de limpieza.Mi habitación era sin escena, y las áreas comunes, incluido el lobby, el restaurante y la piscina, eran inmaculadas. Es evidente que el equipo de mantenimiento de la casa se enorgullece mucho de su trabajo, garantizando un entorno higiénico y agradable para los huéspedes.
3. **Proximidad a la playa**: Una de las mejores características de este hotel es su proximidad a la playa de Colva. Sólo a pocos pasos, la playa es fácilmente accesible, lo que lo hace perfecto para un paseo por la mañana o una vista al sol. La conveniencia de estar tan cerca de la playa añadió un toque especial a mi estancia.
4. **Comfortables habitaciones**: Las habitaciones son espaciosas, bien diseñadas y equipadas con modernas instalaciones. La cama fue increíblemente cómoda, y el balcón ofrece una hermosa vista al entorno. Fue un perfecto retrato después de un día de exploración.
El restaurante en el lugar sirvió una variedad de platos deliciosos, tanto locales como internacionales.
En general, mi estancia en Courtyard por Marriott, Colva, no fue nada menos que fantástico. ¡Recomiendo muy bien este hotel a los viajeros de ocio y negocios y espero quedarse aquí de nuevo en el futuro!

DDoufutravelsFor our India trip, it’ll be Little India Beach Cottages that’ll be our special haven! Goa is a beautiful stretch of India already, but this hotel has gone above and beyond to make it shine all the more! We’d originally booked a standard room, but we wanted something bigger so we asked at reception for some options. They jumped at the chance to help us, suggesting one of the larger spaces which had separate kitchen, living room and bedroom. It became our little home for three nights—and we loved it! That night, we tried to hotel bar and restaurant, and from then, we ate there daily. The food is divine and easily some of my favourite Indian food! As typical Brits, we loved the sweet and spicy potato! We also tried Cabo (coconut liquor) for the first time because of the wonderful recommendation from Sonu! Sonu made sure we were looked after whenever we wandered into the restaurant, hungry and in need of some delicious curry! He was so warm and really helpful with my dietary requirements! He’s such a sweetie!!
We also booked our excursions through the hotel. Kapil was not only our driver but also our tour guide! He’s super knowledgeable about Goa to an almost superhuman level! He was such a laugh on the trip and made sure we had the best time possible. He really taught us a lot about life in Goa and how the history shaped the people and life the there. He was also the one to drop us off at the airport so we got to leave on a high note!
Generally, all the staff were fantastic. We were sad to leave our haven by the end.

¡No hay nada más que un club! ¡No te preocupes por las fiestas! ¡Seguramente es tu lugar! Me sentí dormido en el club.
Reservamos desayuno y era totalmente indio, sólo se sirvieron huevos y tostadas excepto los platos indios. El restaurante ofrece almuerzo y cena en su restaurante, hemos probado la cocina india y algunos otros platos, pero todos no nos satisfacen en absoluto.
