The place is serene and peaceful. There was no form of entertainment. No TV in rooms . The only place with a TV was the bar. No music of any kind. The beach was nice and clean. Unfortunately couldn't swim because of the brownish color of the sea. The food was good but very expensive. The drinks were very expensive too. The complementary service was terrible. We got only two small bottles of water and two satchels of milo for the entire three days stay there. There was no coffee, tea , sugar or milk. When we requested for something else ,and more provisions the next day we were told that was the only complementary welcome drinks they offered guests. The only good aspect was probably the breakfast but they had no coffee for the entire time we were there. So I will suggest thar anyone visiting there should have their own little stock of provisions and snacks. If u are driving then u can go to the next village Asanda or Axim which are only a few kilometers from the resort to get some stuff. The staff were courteous and helpful and the rooms were pretty clean but Overall I will give the place a 4/10.

From the moment I arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and well-organized. The location is perfect — very convenient and situated in a great area that made moving around easy and stress-free. The environment is calm and beautifully maintained, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The food was exceptional! Every meal was fresh, delicious, and well-presented. You can truly tell that quality and taste are a top priority here. I was also impressed by the amenities. Everything was modern, clean, and thoughtfully provided to ensure comfort and luxury. It’s clear that the hotel pays attention to detail and values guest satisfaction. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great food, and an excellent location. I can’t wait to visit again!

The hotel's sea-facing location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views that'll make you feel like you're on top of the world. The rooms are neat and clean, which is a top priority for me. Although the breakfast could use a bit of improvement, it was still satisfactory. However, what really made my stay stand out was the exceptional service I received. I was pleasantly surprised to be offered a free upgrade to a better room than what I paid for, which was a lovely touch. Overall, I'd highly recommend Joy Beach Lodge to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was calm and peaceful, and the views were simply spectacular. Can't wait to come back! Would I stay again? Absolutely!

Traje a mi esposa a Tadi después de años en el extranjero y el Best Western Atlantic Hotel nos dio una gran mezcla de hospitalidad internacional y tradicional. Good low budget hotel perfect for a short stay. Not too far from mall and restaurants. Great internet once they got it working and great staff and service.

Wonderful rooms and beach view. I love the food and the customer service. Its a great place to hideout and enjoy the sea breeze as well as chill with a love or just unwind
