Perfect layover hotel, so close to terminal A, only about 8 minutes in the free shuttle they provided the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Dinner was really good, especially the springbok carpaccio! I’d recommend it to anyone needing to be near the airport.

The staff is amazing ❤️, the hotel is very clean and as well, the location is absolutely convenient, no need for uber to the airport, just 10 minutes walk inside the airport, however , there were no sleepers😩😩had to wear my sneakers after leaving a shower 🤣🤣 … no bottled water to drink as well😩was so thirsty at night… but i will definitely come back again ,it’s a beautiful hotel and safe as well.. I give it an 8/10 …. I highly recommend

El hotel es excelente, dentro del interior del diseño. Hay un estacionamiento protegido para el coche. Hay un spa, una piscina y una piscina, etc.. Usted puede utilizar la infraestructura. Si tomas una habitación con desayuno y cena, asegúrese de que la cena sea de 800 ZAR, el desayuno de 450 ZAR. Si tomas más de este valor, tendrás que pagar! Wi-Fi funciona bien, no hay problemas.En la habitación sólo teníamos pantalones.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. To get to the hotel from the airport, go to the arrival hall, follow the sign to Bus Terminal and walk past the car rental offices to reach the bus terminal. The shuttle to the hotel comes every 15 minutes. My room is clean and quiet. Hot water is quite fast from the hot water tap. WiFi is easily accessible in the room and is stable. The breakfast (6-10am) is excellent with English breakfast items (egg, bacon, sausages, beans, toast), continental breakfast items (cold cuts, cheese, bread), salad, fruits, cereals, yoghurt, juices, etc. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

It was great to stay! Very comfortable, clean and spacious than I expected. Especially, the breakfast was amazing. Had many options to take than I thought. Hot and cold foods and different kinds of cheese, breads, jams and even smoked salmon sashimi! Also, they have upgraded my room into king bed room. The room was clean and big enough. Amenities were soap, body lotion and 3 in 1 bodywash(+shampoo and conditioner). If you want to stay quiet room, I would recommend the 1st floor. The parking in the basement made me feel more safe. Definitely I'll recommend to others and will come back!

We had an amazing stay at Menlyn Maine. Although our stay was short, the staff were professional. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The location is secure and is very close to Menlyn Mall and other malls and cute restaurants nearby. Our only complaint would be that we could not use the laundry service because it takes long for the clothes to be returned. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Would recommended to both non picky travelers and the boujie girls.

We made use of the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The drivers were helpful and friendly. This is a great value-added service. We were welcomed at reception by friendly staff. We were helped to our rooms. The rooms are modern, functional, and comfortable. We went to the 6th floor for dinner. The restaurant and bar there is called Level Seven. The staff there told us it was a privately owned restaurant and bar. We sat in the bar and ordered food and drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The only good thing about the food that night was that the fries were awesome and seasoned well. Breakfast the next morning in the main restaurant on the ground floor was exceptional—friendly staff and really good food. Overall, a great stay, let down unfortunately by the food at Level Seven.

En primer lugar, el personal fue excepcionalmente amable, profesional y me hizo sentir muy bien recibida. Es sorprendente la rapidez con la que el personal resuelve cualquier problema que surja. Esta fue mi primera visita a Sudáfrica y realmente disfruté de mi estadía en Airport Inn and Suites. Sí, si vuelvo a Sudáfrica, este será mi primer lugar y mi lugar preferido para hospedarme. El único problema fue que la alfombra del dormitorio y la sala de estar necesitaba urgentemente una limpieza con vapor o un reemplazo. Sí, el personal de limpieza barrió la alfombra cuando limpiaron, pero barrer la alfombra con una escoba en realidad no limpia la alfombra. La alfombra estaba muy desgastada y me picaban los pies cuando caminaba sobre ella descalza. Pero lo resolví rápidamente al tener siempre puestas mis pantuflas. En general, este lugar está muy limpio, bien cuidado y el personal conoce el verdadero significado de la atención al cliente. Las acciones siempre hablan más que las palabras. Mi experiencia no fue la mejor. Primero, reservé una habitación tamaño queen. Me registré, fui a la habitación y alguien más se estaba quedando exactamente en esa misma habitación. Obtuve una nueva tarjeta para una nueva habitación y esa tarjeta de acceso no funcionó. Regresé a la recepción y dijeron que había un problema y que el personal de mantenimiento estaba tratando de solucionarlo. Dijeron que no hay habitaciones disponibles. Sólo puedo conseguir dos camas individuales, así que le dije que pagué por una habitación tamaño queen. Necesitan hacer un plan... finalmente, después de un tiempo, volvieron a mí, me dieron una tarjeta de habitación, fueron a la habitación y, literalmente, simplemente juntaron las dos camas, sacaron la mesita de noche y tuvimos que dormir así. No había hervidor para hacer café y la habitación olía mal.
