«Firstly, the staff we encountered were lovely, very accommodating and helpful. The reception entrance was promising, being bright and modern with a very pleasant receptionist and smooth check in. However, our room lacked appeal, comfort or anything that made one wish to stay in it for longer than a night. To be fair, we were asked twice on check in, if we would like to move to a different floor. I jokingly asked if there was a problem with the room we'd been allocated but was told no. We were allocated Room 7. Whilst it appeared clean to the best the facilities allowed, it was unpleasant. The bottom of the bathroom door appeared water damaged and rotten. The sink was cracked. The radiator was rusted by urine splashes as situated beside the toilet and the shower was situated in a recess with no curtain or screen, so quickly spilled on to the floor making the bath mat soaked. The lock on the bathroom door didn't work. There was no hair dryer. Only one USB point within the very small TV which only charged if it was on. Being on the ground floor, our window opened out on to the narrow walk way and one poor man walked into it on his way to reception. SatNav instructions take you to a dead end further down the road and several attempts at finding our way around the God awful roundabout eventually led us to a very small parking area at the front of the hotel. Breakfast at 9.00 pm was initially disappointing. One plate was available, no bread for the toaster, no milk for the cereals. One sausage, no beans, no bacon. More food did eventually appear, as did plates, and it was very nice. The croissants and pastries were lovely too. The coffee machine was good. As mentioned, the staff were very good and we requested an iron which was bought to us quickly with a board by a lovely young man. The bed was awful. Rock hard and not much comfort from a meagre duvet that was so thin that initially we thought it had been forgotten. Anyway, one night, cheap and basic. Served its purpose but would look elsewhere and pay more. Think we were just unlucky.»

«Buena ubicación en el Barrio Chino y a pocos pasos de Bull Ring, Grand Central y la estación Birmingham New St. No tener hervidor es un poco fastidioso, pero aparte de eso, no tengo quejas considerando el precio.»

«This hotel has seen better days unfortunately.. Maybe it was once a main hotel chain but the current owners are struggling to keep on top of issues. .The first room offered to me had a mouldy damp smell. The second option was better . But overall I couldn't recommend a stay here.»

PERO fue mi decimotercera estadía en 9 meses y todavía tengo que proporcionar todos los datos de la dirección desde cero, aunque me alojo allí cada dos semanas y los proporciono también a través del check-in en línea 🤦♂️»

«Hotel visualmente atractivo con enormes rollos de alfombra en el vestíbulo, perforación en la planta baja y construcción en curso. El abastecimiento es un estándar para las habitaciones de hotel. En lugar de aspirar las alfombras, hay marcas de rozaduras y manchas de café por todas las paredes. Es una reacción sucia. Desde el exterior, el hotel parece bien mantenido.»

«Wow the room that I had booked was absolutely lovely, it was spacious, clean and the bed was so comfortable, I had a really good nights sleep.  The hotel is only a walk away from the airport terminal so i was able to have breakfast without having to be stressed for time.  I will be returning in the near future for my next trip.  The hotel is great value for money.»

«Pool and changing rooms were a little bit ‘tired’ looking. Rusty lockers. Tiles in the pool slippery and a bit dirty. Staff at pool was lovely and friendly. Very helpful and welcoming.  Breakfast and bar food were delicious. Breakfast staff very helpful, polite and attentive. We loved the air conditioning in the room. Thank you for a lovely stay.»
