¡Este es un hostal fantástico, lo recomiendo encarecidamente! ✅Colchón: Ni demasiado blando ni demasiado duro, y lo más importante es que no hace ruido al moverse; cerca de la cabecera hay un enchufe y un pequeño estante para dejar gafas y el móvil, además de una pequeña luz de noche. ✅Espacio de almacenamiento: Debajo de la cama hay un armario grande. Además, esta sucursal de Sevilla (la de Madrid no lo tiene) también incluye un pequeño armario individual para cada cama (cabe una maleta de cabina) para colgar ropa. Hay que traer candado propio para ambos. ✅Baño: En esta sucursal de Sevilla, me alojé en una habitación para seis personas, que tenía una ducha, un inodoro y dos lavabos. (También me he alojado en la sucursal de Madrid, donde había un baño grande compartido por todo el piso, por supuesto, separado por género). ✅Cocina: Hay microondas, horno, cubiertos, etc. ✅Comedor: Un poco pequeño. ✅Recepción: Debido al diseño, no es un lugar ideal para sentarse a conversar. Muchos hostales se esfuerzan en organizar actividades sociales para que los viajeros se conozcan, pero este tiene que mejorar en ese aspecto. Por ejemplo, las actividades grupales programadas para las ocho de la noche, no las vi en ninguna de las cuatro noches que me quedé. En la sucursal de Madrid, participé en una actividad de sangría por la noche y me lo pasé muy bien. Si quieres conocer gente nueva, aquí es un poco más difícil. Recuerda etiquetar tu comida con tu nombre y fecha, y es mejor guardarla en una bolsa, de lo contrario, como mi vino que puse en la nevera, desapareció en solo una noche.

La habitación que me dieron estaba a pie de calle y no tenía persiana, si ponía la TV me veían desde fuera. Tampoco había nadie en recepción ya que la recepción está en otro edificio. La localización es muy buena ya que está muy céntrico.

La ubicación de este hotel es excelente, justo enfrente del casco antiguo de Córdoba, a menos de 100 metros. El servicio del hotel es amable, las instalaciones están limpias y son buenas. El mayor problema del hotel es el desayuno; está muy lejos de los estándares de un hotel de cinco estrellas. Nunca he comido un desayuno de tan mala calidad. Cada categoría de alimentos era de la peor calidad dentro de su tipo, por ejemplo, la fruta era de muy mala calidad, las naranjas estaban completamente secas y sin zumo, el pan y los pasteles eran incomibles, y el jamón era el más básico... Llamé a un gerente de nivel medio del hotel para quejarme de la mala calidad del desayuno y pedí que transmitiera mi queja a la dirección del hotel. Aproximadamente una hora después, la dirección del hotel me llamó para disculparse y me eximió del pago de un día de estacionamiento en el garaje subterráneo del hotel y otros gastos adicionales. Un aplauso especial para la gerente de recepción, Anna, que fue muy paciente y manejó con gran profesionalidad mi descontento, y ya durante el check-in se mostró proactiva y amable. ¡Mis felicitaciones y una excelente crítica para ella!

El hotel y la habitación genial, el cuarto de baño es un poco obsoleto pero en general, muy correcto

What a fantastic place - we'll be back! We stayed for one night in a superior room with breathtaking views over the reservoir, it was super-clean and actually inside the castle itself. The bed was incredibly comfortable with aircon in every room, although there was a beautiful cool breeze flowing through the large picture window. We had a salon, with a TV but, oddly, just one armchair, a mezzanine floor with a couch and nothing else at all - also odd and a separate bedroom, I had to ask at reception for another chair to be brought in, as only one of us could sit down to admire the view and have a drink, but that was done immediately, without any fuss or delay. The two staff members were extremely courteous and helpful, really nice guys for whom nothing was too much trouble, the barman was also the waiter at the restaurant, located 30m out of the entrance in another building, but very close. Breakfast was served on-site and was very decent, only hot selection was a very good Spanish omelette (tortilla de patatas) and some pleasant mini cocktail sausages, the rest was fresh hams, bread, butter, toast, spreads & jams, cereals, yoghurts plus a lot of very fresh fruit - with the usual coffee and fresh orange juice,, so very good all-in-all. The downsides: 1. There is little or no Wifi coverage in the room (our one at least), plus almost zero cellphone coverage in the rooms; 2. The parking is down the steep hill that leads up to the castle, so a hard trip with luggage up to the reception. 3. The El Ajibe restaurant, which is part of the Hotel, even though it's just along the lane was extremely average to poor, I couldn't really eat what I ordered as it was burnt and very dry, but there are other places to eat in the village; Other than these inconveniences, I would highly recommend this spectacular hotel, maybe not the restaurant, but the castle itself is beautiful with much of the original features being built into the modern feel of the place, overall, it was an awesome stay and we will be back again, without a doubt!

호텔 위치는 너무 좋았습니다 도보로 이동하기 참 편리했어요 객실은 402호로 배정 받았는데 1.2호는 로비에서 가장 안쪽에 위치한 별도 엘리베이터로 3층에 올라가 다시 1층을 가파른 계단으로 올라가야만 했습니다 ㅠㅠ 로비 직원과 원활한 소통이 되지 않아 로비에서 캐리어 이고 지고 반층을 내려가고 난리도 아녔네요.. 로비에서 불과 열걸음 남짓인데 직접 알려주시지 ㅠㅠ 안내가 미흡했다고 생각해요 그리고 2박 머무는 동안 너무 추웠습니다.. 실내와 실외 온도차로 창문에 물이 계속 고였고 웃공기가 너무 차서 잠을 설쳤어요 화장실도 너무 추워서 새벽에 화장실 갈때면 오들오들 떨었습니다 반면 수압은 강해서 뜨신물 잘 나옵니다 알함브라 뷰는 아니었지만 객실 밖 중정? 테라스 흡연 구역 잠깐 나가서 성당 뷰 정도는 볼수 있었어요

La ubicación es muy cómoda, especialmente si consideramos el tamaño de la ciudad. Se encuentra alejado del bullicioso casco antiguo, pero a una distancia razonable a pie de la mayoría de las atracciones turísticas y servicios locales. Está cerca de la estación de tren principal y de supermercados como Mercadona. Todo el lugar está muy limpio y ordenado, con un fuerte aroma a naranja. El personal es amable. Lo único que sugeriría para mejorar es instalar un minibar en cada habitación, teniendo en cuenta el calor del verano, para que los huéspedes puedan guardar fácilmente frutas y bebidas en la nevera pequeña. Aparte de eso, ha sido una experiencia perfecta y lo más probable es que volvamos a alojarnos aquí la próxima vez que visitemos Sevilla.

From the moment you walk into the hotel, it feels as though you've entered the Alhambra itself. The architecture of this Iberostar is truly stunning: Arabic-inspired, colorful, with high-quality materials. The reception area is nothing short of majestic, with marble tiles, flowing fountains, wooden ceilings, and other details that leave a lasting impression. I booked a side sea view room for my parents, and they were given probably the best possible one: located on the 5th floor at the far end of the hotel. The view was far beyond “partial”: they could admire the sea, lush gardens, outdoor pool, and all the hotel terraces all at once. As for me, I made two separate bookings for a three-night stay. Since the same room wasn’t available for all nights, I was upgraded to a superior apartment, an unexpected and much-appreciated gesture. We opted for half-board, and the food was outstanding in both quality and variety. From fresh seafood to superfoods like chia seeds, the buffet offered something for every taste. This hotel truly stands out among the 4* properties we've been to across Europe and the world. The outdoor pool is impressively large, with plenty of sunbeds available. The entire property was immaculately clean, and the green spaces were greatly maintained. Parking was hassle-free, with numerous free spots available both in front and along the sides of the hotel. Another plus: water fountains are placed throughout the hotel, allowing guests to enjoy cold water at any time. Just across the street, you'll find a variety of shops, making it easy to pick up anything you need. Lastly, a mention to the entire hotel staff - from reception to restaurant service - who were consistently professional and kind.

Mi habitación era muy espaciosa, limpia y la ventana que se puede abrir daba la vista directamente a las setas. Queda en el centro de la acción. El personal en recepción es muy amable. Todo bien con este hotel, moderno, amplio, con una terraza que ve 360 de Sevilla, parece 5 estrellas. Si lo recomiendo y eso que soy muy pesada con los detalles de confort.
