Old hotel but I think it got refurbished because the room feels modern. Love the balcony as we can enjoy the view without feeling too exposed. Decent breakfast spread, the nasi lemak was good! Chose an outdoor seating and it was the best experience ever. The crews are all so friendly & helpful. Requested for a paid late checkout as we went to see Jeriau Waterfall after breakfast but upon checkout at 2pm they said the lateness fee was waived. Bless them!

Room was clean, amenities was good, but bathroom is too small, the entire layout of the room is not properly plan, feel like it could do better (There are parts where the space is too big and some are too small) The sound from the street just infront was also quite noisy due to cars and motorcycles flying by. Couldn’t really get a good sleep on the first night due to the noise (It was a Saturday night). Overall was not bad, breakfast was not bad.

Incluso me ofrecí a pagar más ya que viajo solo y me siento más seguro al estar en la habitación más cercana al vestíbulo. Entiendo que el complejo podría tener una mayor ocupación durante las vacaciones escolares, por lo que se hizo la oferta para aumentar el precio de la habitación. Sin embargo, me informaron que esas habitaciones están comunicadas y que solo se ubicarán allí aquellas que hayan reservado 2 habitaciones. Lo verifiqué durante mi estadía, no era cierto y la mayoría de las habitaciones estaban vacías. No sé por qué les resulta tan difícil cumplir con mi solicitud porque dejé claro agregar el precio (si es necesario) cuando lo soliciten.

Tuvimos una buena estancia en Tunamaya. Esta es una reseña larga pero le dirá todo lo que necesita saber sobre Tumamaya, especialmente si viaja en familia con niños pequeños. Intentaré cubrir todo lo que pueda. El servicio que recibimos fue excelente. El personal fue muy servicial y atendió todas nuestras necesidades durante nuestra estancia. La recepcionista tuvo la amabilidad de permitirnos llevar su barco al embarcadero de Genting de forma gratuita para que pudiéramos explorar esa parte de la isla. Desde la recepción hasta el servicio de limpieza, el personal nos brindó un servicio de primer nivel. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y cómodas. Nos alojamos en una villa semi playera y teníamos vistas tanto de la selva tropical en un extremo como de la playa en el otro. Solo asegúrate de barrer la habitación en busca de bichos e insectos. Hay monos en el área, así que asegúrese de mantener puertas y ventanas cerradas. El único problema menor que tuvimos fue que la habitación no tenía té ni crema normales. Sólo se proporcionó café, azúcar y té verde. Tuvimos que solicitarlo en recepción. Aunque finalmente recibimos té, no tenían cremas. Sin embargo, el personal del restaurante tuvo la amabilidad de darnos un poco de leche. Me gustaría solicitar al hotel que proporcione té y cremas normales, que deberían ser estándar en todos los hoteles. Para futuros huéspedes, recomendaría llevar té y leche o estar preparados para comprar leche y té en el hotel. La playa estaba bien. Esta no era la mejor playa para nadar ya que hay muchas rocas, pero encontrará algunos lugares despejados para nadar, que se parecen más a pozas de marea. Mi consejo sería llevar zapatos para arena o agua para usar mientras nadas. ¡¡Es un requisito!! A pesar de eso, tuvimos buen tiempo y las secciones sin rocas eran agradables para relajarse. Sin embargo, si esperas una bonita playa de arena sin rocas para nadar, esta no es la playa para ti. Aparte de la piscina y la ruta de senderismo, no hay mucho que hacer en el complejo. Hay una pequeña sala de actividades con canicas, libros para colorear y un par de juegos de mesa para los niños. Las actividades ofrecidas, como snorkel y paseos en barco, tienen un precio excesivo: 200 RM/250 RM por persona. Siento que el hotel debería ofrecer algunas actividades complementarias como yoga matutino, clases de zumba, aeróbic acuático y voleibol, que atraerán a más huéspedes. También bajar los precios de los paseos en barco podría generar más reservas. Nos ocupamos haciendo buen uso de la playa y la piscina todos los días. Entonces, aunque Tunamaya es un resort muy tranquilo y relajante para hospedarse con impresionantes vistas de la playa y la selva tropical, sugeriría una estadía máxima de 3 noches para familias o de lo contrario se aburriría. Por último, la comida. El desayuno estaba incluido y era muy bueno. Hay muchas opciones disponibles y cuando los niños no comieron, el restaurante empacó la comida para que la lleváramos. Sólo hay un restaurante en el complejo y el menú tiene algo para todos los gustos. Su pescado crujiente, patatas fritas y arroces estaban muy sabrosos y nos sirvieron una ración decente. Los precios de las comidas oscilaban entre 25 y 40 RM. Sin embargo, la pizza por RM 35 fue decepcionante ya que estaba hecha con una base ultradelgada. Los niños lo disfrutaron pero no valió la pena el precio. En general, el desayuno es bueno y suficiente, algunos elementos del menú estaban bien. Pero también llevábamos nuestra propia comida, que el personal nos calentaba cuando la necesitábamos. Esto se recomienda si no está dispuesto a pagar esos precios por la comida o si es quisquilloso con la comida. En general, fue un buen viaje y tuvimos una estancia agradable y relajante en Tunamaya.

My husband suggested this place for our 33rd marriage anniversary and I'm thankful that we came for our 4 nights stay here! We stayed at the Deluxe King Room. Firstly the immediate response with an official/personal email from the GM Mr Tony Teh acknowledging our booking and asking if we needed anything - this is exceptional and personal which gives us such warm feelings even before we started our stay! We forgot to notify in advance about our anniversary, yet upon check in, Mr Hykal who attended to us assured us that he would check about the matter. And just happened Ms Lynn who is the Public Relations in charge was at the Front Office received what I shared and she purposely made a special effort in making the special arrangements upon seeing my email reply to their GM. We chose the Sky Cafe to have our anniversary dinner - The special decorations done in the room (as a surprise to my husband) and the special table set-up for our dinner with a special discount for our anniversary dinner. On top of it the Chef Mr Phyo personally blessed us with his special-bake chocolate cake! The GM personally came up to the Sky Cafe to meet with us, such warmth and kindness! Upon arrival as we were lazy to go out, we ordered room service and the nasi goreng was super yummy! The daily breakfast is amazing - food is delicious (had the chance to chat with the Chef Shahrul), with different spreads throughout our four days. All the staff in the Breakfast place are exceptionally friendly, polite, helpful and always with smiles! These are the personnel that I managed to get their names - At the Front Office, Mr Hykal and Mr Sharul were the first who attended to us with the rest who were very helpful to our enquiries as well: Sofy, Najwa & Syirah. A special shout-out to the Housekeeping team under the leadership of Mr Hafis - who did such a great job in making such special decorations in the room! The Sky Cafe Team who served us during our anniversary dinner - Mr Azrael, Ms Fazlin and Chef Mr Phyo. And the Restaurant great team inside the kitchen and outside the restaurant area under the Manager (I can't recall his name) who were very attentive! Ohh, the night views of Genting Hilltop from the Rooftop Pool area - superb! Mr Tony Teh, you have a great asset - your Team is amazing! Thank you for making our 33rd anniversary a memorable one, and we are already considering coming back again!

Diez colegas nos alojamos allí una noche. Dejando de lado los problemas de congestión vehicular, el hotel está ubicado estratégicamente. Si planea visitar Mossy Forest, la plantación y centro de té BOH y algunas plantaciones de fresas, alojarse en este hotel es una ventaja. Tenga cuidado con el tráfico durante los días festivos y los fines de semana. A diferencia de Penang y Langkawi, muchos malayos viajan a Cameron Highlands en su propio vehículo para las vacaciones, lo que causa problemas de tráfico.

Overall good. I was told that our booked room is full. So we were given other ‘upgraded’ room, but  the distance is quite far from the amenities. We found the floor underneath the bed was dirty and dusty.

I had a wonderful stay at Zenith Hotel. The location is excellent, with convenient access to nearby attractions, shopping areas, and dining options, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, from the lobby to the guest rooms. The room was comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared, creating a pleasant and relaxing environment throughout my stay. The service provided by the staff was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out. Their warm hospitality truly made the stay more memorable. Overall, Zenith Hotel offers a great combination of strategic location, excellent cleanliness, and exceptional service. Antara Residents is absolutely amazing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The residence is beautiful, modern, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The facilities are excellent, and everything feels thoughtfully designed to make guests feel relaxed and at home. The location is also very convenient, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and enjoyable. What impressed us most was the excellent service and attention to detail. A truly fantastic place to stay, and we would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️🏡✨

Huge room more than enough for 4 people. Clean, also got huge GYM. Unfortunately it only operates from 8am to 9pm. The breakfast just so so. Need to take a grab to go to Genting highland. Not much to do in the hotel. But the scenery was beautiful. If you just want to enjoy the hotel this is a good option.
