Fue una estancia muy agradable y todos, desde la recepcionista hasta el guardia, fueron muy amables. El ambiente fue sin duda algo que disfruté mucho: muy tranquilo, muy cerca de la playa, y nos encantó. Sin duda volveremos aquí, si Dios quiere.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days, from 18 June to 21 June 2026. The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient with easy access to many nearby attractions, restaurants and amenities. One area for improvement is the parking facilities. The parking instructions could be made clearer as some guests may accidentally park in the residents’ designated parking area. Additional signage or clearer guidance during check-in would be helpful. The breakfast offers a good variety of choices, and the food tastes good. I would recommend including and promoting more local food selections to enhance the dining experience for guests. During peak breakfast hours, there seemed to be a shortage of staff to clear used plates and tables. On a few occasions, my family had to help move the plates ourselves. Increasing manpower during busy periods would improve the overall dining experience. Overall, the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Their hospitality made us feel welcome and contributed positively to our experience. Despite the minor areas for improvement, we had a pleasant stay and would consider returning in the future.

This is our first time staying at this hotel and dare I say, it was one of the best 5-star hotels I’ve been in. Will definitely, definitely come again. Everything and everyone were wonderful. The room was so squeaky clean and no speck of dusts anywhere. The bathroom’s design was top notch I love every inch of it. And the room had carpet-floor which made it easier and less painful for my baby to crawl around. The view was to die for. Very secluded and private and calm. Okay now the breakfast, heads off to the chef, the foods were amazing. I think this hotel has been here for quite a while now but they had managed to maintain and made it look like brand new. Two things I wanna suggest a bit, maybe can provide a prayer mat for the muslims or the front desk maybe should ask first whether we need any prayer mats, that would’ve been nice. One other thing, during breakfast, maybe can make sure the utensils are more accessible rather than upon request cause each table was provided with limited number of spoons and forks. But yeah other than that, everything was perfect from the beginning till the end. Huge thanks to Mark as well cause he did a wonderful job assisting us to our room and everything. Kudos to every staffs here, they were so nice and helpful. Oh yeah almost forgot about the welcome drinks, they were absolute perfect thank you so much. Will come again and again. Best hotel here.

We arrived at the hotel around 8:00 PM and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and greeted us with a smile. The hotel itself looked pleasant, and the room was in good condition upon arrival. We also requested extra towels, which were delivered promptly without any issues. However, there are several areas that need improvement. The toilet appeared to have a leakage issue, and the air-conditioning was not cold enough despite the temperature being set low. During breakfast, food items were not replenished quickly, and tables were not cleaned promptly, making it difficult to find a clean table. Guests also had to look for their own cutlery, including spoons, forks, and tissues. The breakfast selection was quite limited, although the food served was tasty. On a positive note, the check-out process was quick and hassle-free. The hotel’s location is also convenient, being close to East Mall Kuantan. As a hotel rated 5 stars, I expected a higher level of maintenance and service, especially in terms of room facilities and breakfast operations. While the stay was comfortable overall, there is definitely room for improvement to meet 5-star expectations.

TFantastic Family Escape – Kids Loved the Pool & Beach! Rating: 4.5/5 We had an absolute blast at Swiss-Garden Kuantan! If you’re looking for a family getaway that keeps the kids entertained, this is the spot. The Highlights: Kid-Approved: The pool area with the slide was a massive hit—my kids (3, 9, & 11) couldn't get enough of it. Beachside Bliss: The location is perfect, with easy access to a beautiful, clean beach that we really enjoyed. Nightly Entertainment: The fire show for hotel guests was a fantastic surprise and a great way to end the day. Top-Tier Service: A huge shoutout to the staff—they were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. Breakfast Win: The breakfast spread was seriously good! Pro-Tip for Guests: The breakfast buffet gets very busy during peak hours, and you might have to wait for a table. My advice: plan your timing to head down a bit earlier to beat the rush and secure your spot comfortably.

La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero la habitación era muy buena. Pídese a la dirección que limpie la unidad pero la dirección cambió mi habitación, después de la sala de cambio, ocurre el mismo problema, el baño todavía sucio, FLUSH BROKEN, no puede flush. Sólo los errores desaparecen en la segunda unidad. Por favor, compruebe cuidadosamente antes de entrar. No entiendo que abran activamente esta unidad para alquiler. mejor que se eche cuidado. Aminities todos A+ bajo el Timurbay, sólo esta gestión fue el problema principal.

¡La mejor reserva inmediata que haya! La habitación fue reservada el segundo día que vi el jacuzzi en el balcón con vistas a la montaña y eso fue sinceramente el principio. Mi único decepción es reservar sólo por una noche. Antara tiene tanto que ofrecer, y a pocos minutos del parque de parques de temas y de resortes más comerciales, lo suficientemente cerca de todo, pero sin las multitudes. Los tapices y cortinas solos dan a luz vibraciones de lujo graves. No hay desayuno incluido, pero hay un hermoso lugar de desayuno llamado The Lemon Tree just downstairs. No teníamos que ir a Skyworld Avenue, pero mi hija tenía su corazón en el parque de temas, así que lo apretábamos antes de la entrada. El personal es muy amable y fácil de llegar a través de WhatsApp.  ¡Reservaría 100% de nuevo, y definitivamente por más de una noche la próxima!

Antara Hotel is relatively new, and we were genuinely impressed with our stay. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. As both my husband and I are light sleepers, we always hope for a quiet environment when traveling, and the room we booked exceeded our expectations in that regard. One of our favorite features was the balcony with a lovely view. We spent the evening enjoying some beer and snacks while taking in the cool breeze, which was a wonderful way to unwind. The bed was comfortable, and I especially liked the bedroom layout. Having a separate bedroom with a door helped reduce noise and made the stay even more restful. The bathroom was another highlight. It was spacious, clean, and the bathtub was perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. At a room rate of around RM400+ per night, it would be nice if hand towels or face towels were provided in addition to bath towels. Also, bottled drinking water is not provided. Instead, the hotel uses a water filtration machine that dispenses purified water directly from the tap. The location is connected to Genting via a link bridge, but be prepared for about a 15-minute walk. Younger guests will likely find it manageable, but I would not recommend the walk for elderly visitors. Fortunately, the hotel provides buggy rides to the escalator area, which helps save energy and is probably one of the most convenient services offered. Overall, the rooms are cozy, comfortable, and offer good value for the price. If you prefer being just a few minutes away from your room while exploring Genting, you may want to stay at Genting Grand or First World Hotel instead. However, if you don’t mind a short stroll and prefer a quieter, more relaxing environment, Antara Hotel is definitely a good choice.

2. Satisfactory With Room for Improvement The overall stay was decent, with the hotel offering a pleasant décor and a generally comfortable environment. Cleanliness met basic expectations, though certain areas could benefit from more consistent upkeep. Hospitality was polite but occasionally lacked promptness and attention to detail. With some improvements in service quality and housekeeping standards, the hotel could deliver a much better experience.
