La estación de tren de Shijiazhuang me llevó a la estación de tren de Shijiazhuang, pero no podíamos ir cerca porque la calle estaba cerrada. Aproximadamente 500m nos caminamos y mi maestro me ayudó a traducir en el check-in, ya que estaba muy cansado después del largo vuelo de Australia que siguió directamente a la 7:00 viaje en tren. La habitación se ha enfermado un poco de fumadura de cigarrillos y la mala calidad del aire parecía estar en algún lugar. He estado corriendo mi limpiador de aire portátile toda la noche. La cama estaba muy cómoda y todo parecía estar en muy buenas condiciones de trabajo, aparte del termostat. A pesar de intentar reducir la temperatura de la habitación a 16-18°c, se quedó en 23-24°c, que es demasiado alto para mí. Tenía una habitación de la reina de la boutique que se quemó muy caliente al abrir las cortinas espesas. Es tranquilo y limpio.

We had an outstanding stay at this hotel. We stayed in a double room with Mountain View and the room was packed with lots of water and toiletries! They also gave us free fruit on the first day. All the staff from the house cleaners, front desk clerks, ski pass clerks, to the boys at the ski rental equipment desk were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a large assortment and an omelette station, yum! The gym was really nice and large but only had one yoga mat. The pool area was good but the small heated pool was rather luke warm. Best thing was this was a ski in and ski out hotel we didn’t have to leave it everything we needed to rent and do was right here! Also the Chinese restaurant on the top floor was SO delicious and staff again were so nice! Definitely coming back here for our yearly ski trips

The hotel is centrally located. It's only about 8 mins' walk to the Chengde summer palace resort. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, they even rushed out from the hotel to help us when we arrived. The breakfast is good.

La habitación es de calidad media, el servicio de habitaciones es muy bueno y el restaurante está bien. El desayuno buffet es un poco limitado, y el precio para niños es de 44 yuanes por persona. Es un poco caro. Si el desayuno no está incluido, es mejor girar a la izquierda e ir a la segunda cantina para que sea más económico.

這次帶着長者和孩子入住瀾也酒店，整體體驗格外舒心，酒店的服務細節滿滿，讓人倍感温暖，是一次超滿意的入住體驗！特別感謝管家李佳麗的全程照顧！ 入住當天我們抵達較早，還沒到正式辦理入住的時間，途中孩子不小心嘔吐，弄得衣物臟亂，一時手足無措。前台工作人員看到後特別貼心，沒有絲毫怠慢，主動贈送親子中心體驗券，讓我們先去親子中心清洗整理、更換衣物，完美解決了燃眉之急，服務特別人性化。 短暫休整準備入住時，我們隨口提及房間隱約有異味，工作人員立刻記在心上，第一時間安排人員上門，對房間進行全屋深度清潔通風，態度誠懇、響應迅速，全程高效又貼心，讓人十分認可。 驚喜的是房間內還放置了阪本龍一的專輯。安頓好家人之後，我們循環播放《聖誕快樂，勞倫斯先生》，悠揚沉靜的旋律在房間緩緩流淌，伴着音樂卸下旅途奔波的疲憊，安安靜靜聽了一整晚，這份藏在客房裡的文藝小心思，格外打動人心。 最讓我感動的是酒店的細節關懷，作為女生夜間難免有突**況，半夜臨時需要衞生巾，聯繫酒店後工作人員很快就送上門，貼心又周到，充分照顧到女顧客的私密需求，細節拉滿。 這次出行特意帶家中長輩體驗酒店水療，配套設施十分完善，位置便捷、使用方便，體驗感極佳。水療舒適度很高，長輩體驗過後連連稱讚，放鬆效果特別好，非常適合帶長者前來休閑放鬆。 整體來説，瀾也酒店的環境、設施和服務都無可挑剔，親子服務貼心、人文關懷到位、休閑設施優質，還有難得的文藝氛圍感，是親子出遊、家庭度假的優選。唯一小小的期許就是希望水療相關定價可以再親民一些，性價比會更高。後續出行還會優先選擇這裏，也真心推薦給各位出行的朋友！

**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures** Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us. The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests. Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night. On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area. However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight. In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

La habitación que me asignaron no solo es espaciosa y cómoda, sino que también está limpia y bien equipada. La vista desde la ventana da a la Torre Yuansi en Shanhaiguan. ¡Te hace sentir nostalgia!
