La habitación estaba muy bien, la ventana estaba abierta y abierto, y ofrece una vista marina estupenda. Aunque el personal no hablaba inglés, se comunicaba fácilmente con una aplicación de traducción no era un problema en absoluto. Todo estaba limpio y la habitación tenía características inteligentes. La habitación está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable. Si planea un viaje al mar, este hotel tiene una vista muy lujosa y una ubicación perfecta. Fue a la vez acogedor y elegante. Estamos definitivamente listos para quedarse aquí otra vez. Gracias!

Nice apartment with a great washing machine and movie projector was huge...I wish I could have stayed longer because I was in my middle of a lot of wholesale markets

An attractive hotel in a former imperial complex (a library or something like that) offering large, clean rooms. It's up on the side of a hill but taxis/rideshare will take you to the front door. Also it's very close to the town center and is a short ride to the temples that are of interest in Chengde. They have a decent breakfast at the onsite restaurant, and a dinner service featuring local dishes that are supposed to be similar to what an emperor might have eaten. So you can dine like an emperor, for a fee. The large deer roaming the grounds stare at your with the big, sad eyes, obviously looking for a handout, but don't fall for it as there's plenty of grass. There was some construction going on, seems the buildings are being refurbished, but it did not really interfere with our stay. Signs in English and English-speaking staff at the front desk.

Great location! Less than 1km from West Station. Personnel were very profesional. Breakfast great and rooms very big with all the necessary things. Would definitely book again if have to stay at Cangzhou.

Hace poco me alojé en el Hotel Venice Waterworld en Shijiazhuang y, por desgracia, no cumplió mis expectativas. El hotel se siente bastante anticuado y necesita una renovación. Las habitaciones eran oscuras y viejas, con muebles desgastados y desgastados. Uno de los mayores problemas era el aire acondicionado: era viejo y carecía de un termostato adecuado, lo que dificultaba regular la temperatura. Además, se permite fumar en todo el hotel, lo cual fue una gran desventaja para mí, como no fumador. El olor a tabaco era omnipresente en los pasillos y las zonas comunes, lo que hizo la estancia menos cómoda. El desayuno carecía de comida para los huéspedes. Según los comensales del restaurante, no se les reponía. Si bien la ubicación puede ser conveniente para algunos, el estado general y las políticas del hotel lo convierten en una mala opción para los viajeros que prefieren un alojamiento limpio, moderno y libre de humo. This is currently one of my favorite hotels in Cangzhou, the rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, and the breakfast is excellent. A charming French bakery on one end of the hotel offers coffee and pastries with an English menu, perfect for foreign guests unfamiliar with local food apps. There isn’t much English-speaking staff, understandable given Cangzhou’s limited foreign tourism, the language barrier posed no issues at all. Would definitely come back to this hotel again !

酒店的位置十分優越，地處萬達廣場，周邊交通十分便利， 酒店的裝修風格我也非常喜歡，香氛味道高級，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。房間的裝修格調，色彩搭配都非常和諧，燈光設計温馨自然。傢俱和裝飾品的擺放也很合理，讓人感覺非常舒適。 酒店的設備設施也十分齊全。房間裏空調、電視、冰箱、洗衣機等一應俱全，而且都很新，使用起來非常方便。衞生間乾濕分離，熱水充足且水温穩定，洗漱用品的品質也很高。 前台服務更是無可挑剔。工作人員笑容甜美，辦理入住和退房手續都非常高效。 房間衞生也做得非常好，無論是地板、桌面還是衞生間，都打掃得一塵不染。床品乾淨整潔，還帶着淡淡的清香，讓人感覺非常安心。每天打掃房間的服務員也很細心，會主動整理我的物品，補充洗漱用品，真的讓我感受到了家的温暖。 總之，這次在智朵酒店的入住體驗非常完美，每一個方面都讓我非常滿意，下次來我還會選擇這裏，也會推薦給身邊的朋友。

We come from Malaysia, stayed for 2 nights, thumbs up to our guide 小宇 for her exellent service and knowledge when we joined the 9.9 trip to Chengde resort. Hotel is modern and clean, staffs are very helpful. Location is good as it is near to shopping mall and some restaurant. 我们来自马来西亚，住宿2晚，参加了9.9元的避暑山庄讲解，导游小宇知识渊博，讲解的非常到位，还帮我们照相，非常感谢。酒店装修风格新颖别致，干净整洁 ，员工非常热心，酒店旁边有商场，吃饭很方便。
