El Imperial Mountain Resort está situado justo al lado del Imperial Gardens Park, y es excelente para visitar los jardines y la zona de la ciudad justo al sur de los jardines. Es interesante quedarse en un hotel que una vez formaba parte del complejo del gobierno de la Dynasty Qing y el decoro exterior era hermoso. El hotel está situado en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los más pequeños y los más pequeños. El desayuno buffet era bueno y la cuerda que roamó los terrenos daba lugar más de una sensación de bosque.

La casa está limpia y elegante desde el interior.
Muy cortés y útiles miembros del personal desde el concierge a los guardianes de la casa, no hablar de los angels del frente de escritorio .

房間雖然小，但是服務太棒了，值夜的小姐姐還出來幫忙找停車位，房間衹有一個插座，還給了一拖三使用。雖然枕芯略微發黃，但是明顯就是清洗過的，抹塵也很到位，不錯不錯，可圈可點，雖然入住時間有點晚了，早餐不一定會去吃，也提了能否免費贈送一份早餐，還是沒有權限沒法贈送，但也無可厚非，整體來説還是不錯的，值得推薦！

We ordered two different rooms in two days and it was the second room. On first day we had pretty good impression. It was clean and there was all amenities. We booked different rooms because of the sea-view. But this room has no sea view. Also there was opened half bottle of water in our room from previous people and there was only 2 bath towel for 4 of us. They don't communicate in english, so we didn't complain. That was the second day experience. Location is convenient if you plan to spend your day near Bohai sea.

Aspectos Positivos:
1. Prácticamente un cinco estrellas, con todo lo que se puede esperar.
2. El servicio es excelente, las entregas son muy rápidas.
3. El aire acondicionado enfría bien, aunque hace un ruido extraño.
4. Permiten y te suben el pedido de comida a domicilio a la habitación.
5. La habitación está muy bien insonorizada.
Aspectos Negativos:
1. Para ir del sótano a la habitación hay que cambiar de ascensor tres veces, lo cual es muy incómodo. Similar al hotel Niccolo Suzhou.
2. Es muy difícil aparcar. Si estacionas en la superficie, hay que caminar una distancia considerable. La entrada al parking subterráneo es muy estrecha, y el propio parking subterráneo es bastante caótico.
3. El agua caliente va y viene.

El hotel es muy bueno! El diseño de la habitación es muy atmosférico, limpio, el baño está seco separado, la cama está muy cómoda, la cama es blanda y dura, y la velocidad de la red es rápida. El área de descanso del primer piso, con zona de agua potable gratuita y uso gratuito de la computadora, es realmente muy cuidadoso! Hay muchos tipos de desayuno, muy rico, el servicio de recepción también es muy bueno, ¡5 estrellas!

Bad check in service at front counter lady. Seems more occupied with her task than guest service. I have to call and request for our sofa bed to be open. Given we book and indicated a family of 4, unlike other hotels whom immediately arrange all additional required items such as toothbrushs, slippers, towels, water, etc. Here I have to call to request for each items.
The wifi doesn't work. I have to physically bring my laptop to the front desk for assistance.. and even that was not able to connect.
Breakfast, average as the food are abit hard - hard noodles, hotdogs, breads..
Only cons is location near to ski and restaurants but so are a few hotels nearby.
Free scheduled public bus shuttle to/fro train station, have to walk about 7 mins to the bus stop.
As a Hyatt member, this is the worse Hyatt Place hotels I stayed. I believe surrounding hotels will have better guest services and competitive price too.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Dry Cleaning/laundry is the best I have experienced in my frequent travel. Breakfast is excellent with a good variety of dishes. Special recognition to Miss Yun. Excellent spoken English and communication. Extremely helpful.

MMichael Exploring China and BeyondWe visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often.
This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate.
Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period.
This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well.
The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel.
I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success.
The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel.
His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer.
Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful.
Especially, in the current highly competitive market.
As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses.
Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service.
The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication.
True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff.
As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor.
The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor.
Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels.
Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay.
Lydia is always courteous and professional.
As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality.
We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you.
Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant.
It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise.
As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay.

The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that.

Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”.
As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard.
The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard.
We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay.
The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of.
They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable.
We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”.
This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas.
We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.

UUsuario invitadoRoom & Cleanliness: I booked a double room but was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a 6-person family suite! The room was spread over two floors and was incredibly spacious and modern. It was very clean and well-equipped, though it lacked a refrigerator. One minor issue was the lack of a heater on the lower floor, which stayed quite cold, so I spent most of my time on the upper floor where it was warmer.
Service & Perks: The staff provided decent service, and although their English was limited, they were very helpful. Check-in was a bit slow despite there being few customers. A huge plus of staying here is the 30% discount on ski passes and complimentary access to the Ski Lounge. Having access to the lounge meant I didn't need to rent a locker for my belongings, which was very convenient.
Transportation & Getting There: After arriving at Taizicheng High-Speed Railway Station, walk to the far left towards the bus parking area. You’ll pass ski rental shops and staff holding signs for various hotels. Take the shuttle bus (runs every 15-20 minutes) and stay on until the very last stop right in front of the hotel. Don't make the mistake I did by getting off one stop early at Thaiwoo Ski Resort, or you’ll have a long walk!
Ski Access & Facilities: For snowboarding, just take the elevator to the 1st floor, which leads directly to the ski slopes. You can buy passes and rent all your gear and outfits right there. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor. I stayed in Building C, which is a separate building from the lobby but only a very short walk away.
Noise & Atmosphere: The room was extremely quiet and offered great privacy. At night, the atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful, though it gets incredibly cold (I visited in late December).
Surroundings & Dining: At the ski area, you’ll find a McDonald’s, and inside the main building, there are noodle shops, milk tea stands, and restaurants serving Xiao Long Bao, wontons, and hotpot. I highly recommend walking over to the Thaiwoo Ski Resort area in the evening. There are plenty of restaurants, clothing shops, live music, and beautiful light decorations—it’s a great spot for photos. Note that Thaiwoo has its own separate ski entrance from the hotel's.

UUsuario invitadoIt was a very pleasant experience in this hotel. Then service was really great, Xiao Wang and Xiao Fan did a really great job and made us feel very welcome.
The breakfast was also really good with western and Chinese choices. The cook was such a lovely and friendly guy. The room was perfect and we could see the while mountain resort and hammer rock in the distance.
We would definitely stay again here.

La habitación que me asignaron no solo es espaciosa y cómoda, sino que también está limpia y bien equipada. La vista desde la ventana da a la Torre Yuansi en Shanhaiguan. ¡Te hace sentir nostalgia! It is extremely modern and comfortable and has a very convenient location in the center of Baoding. Xiao Li at the front desk was great in helping me check in! It is honestly unbelievable that such a great hotel is available at such a low price point! At first I thought it was too good to be true but it lives up to the pictures and all the amenities promised online!

My family sent a box of sports drinks before I left. I made sure to make sure it was delivered on the day of the game. The result was that I, a road ******, filled in the wrong district address. The courier was sorting from the south of the city to a novice post office in the north of the city. Just after the race ended at 4 p.m., the logistics information showed that ”the post office is already at the post office,” but we had to leave for the next city at 5 p.m, and looked at the postoffice address 10 kilometers away on the map, stamping our feet in a hurry. When she heard this, Ms. Park comforted me by saying, ”Don't worry, I'll find a way,” grabbing the keys to her electric car and running out. She returned 20 minutes later, sweating and panting, saying, ”The sorting officers had the wrong zoning area. Puedes tomar el ferry Princess caminando por la costa, hay que pagar las termas y las piscinas para entrar, y es solo un boleto por el día. Pero el precio no es caro ** puedes comprar un boleto. El tipo de habitación que reservamos también tiene sopa privada. Lo más importante es que puedes pedir para llevar 🍗, y puedes recoger pedidos rápidamente donde quiera que vayas. La falencia es que el desayuno tiene pocas variedades y mala calidad🤦♀️espero mejorar
