En general, todavía estoy satisfecho con este hotel ya que la ubicación es muy estratégica, hay muchos restaurantes, bares bistró y pubs cerca en un radio de 10 minutos a pie. Solo es necesario mejorar la limpieza de la habitación, me estaba quedando en el estudio de la habitación king, pero la alfombra estaba muy sucia, el resto es aceptable.

El lugar es agradable y limpio y su sala de estar para comer es buena. La comida es sencilla y deliciosa. La vista junto a la piscina es hermosa. El mostrador es gente amable. Especialmente como amante de la naturaleza, tuve un momento maravilloso afuera de su edificio para contemplar la puesta de sol justo en el puente. Y teniendo un poco de tiempo para tomarse una foto frente a su hotel. Todo lo demás está bien. Que está cerca del aeropuerto y tienen contacto para conseguir un buen taxi para que puedas ir al aeropuerto de forma más segura. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar.

El lugar es muy agradable. Es realmente limpio y cómodo. Bueno para las familias también. Lamentable que no pudiéramos disfrutar de la piscina durante la estancia debido al mal tiempo. Espero que pronto tengan aparcamiento de motocicletas y tiendas más cómodas.

Grand Westside está convenientemente ubicado cerca de la Terminal 3 de NAIA, lo que lo convierte en una opción práctica para vuelos con origen o destino en la T3. El desayuno buffet es decente, aunque el precio de ₱1500 parece un poco elevado en comparación con la variedad que ofrece. El personal es generalmente joven, amable y atento. Algunos son becarios de diferentes universidades, lo que le da un ambiente fresco y agradable. El vestíbulo es luminoso, espacioso y acogedor, con amplios pasillos que le dan al lugar una sensación de amplitud. En cambio, las habitaciones estándar son más bien pequeñas. Las comodidades son adecuadas, aunque no encontré loción. Como punto positivo, el wifi es rápido y la televisión por cable es una ventaja, especialmente si se aloja con niños. Otra ventaja es su accesibilidad: el hotel está a un corto trayecto del centro comercial Mall of Asia y del Ayala Mall by the Bay.

The bonus was we arrived very early. Like 8am. She told us we can check in early but it would be 2k pesos. We declined and hung out at the lounge. She told us we can check in for free at 10am. We had a visa appt, and originally booked a cheaper hotel. We saw the reviews of the other one and decided to cancel. We saw H20 had a kiddy area with slides and splash pad, so we decided to splurge and enjoy it. We booked for 4 days. Only to find out the splash area was under construction. The pool was freezing, so my 8 month didn’t want to get in. We went to the outside one and it was smelling like a septic tank or sea lions, or something.. and could use a cleaning. we didn’t stay long. Our fish tank was nice when the fish came, in our room But it was rare. We were the last room, so maybe they didn’t come down as much.. staff was friendly and accommodating . But when I asked if we could walk in the Aquirum since the kiddy pool was not working. They said no, it’s an extra payment. Trip gave me $39 in trip coins, that we used. But the feeding of penguins were the same price or more to do then the actual ticket to get in.

We arrived earlier than expected so we weren't sure if we could check in yet but we were able to do early check-in which was awesome. We stayed from July 19 to July 23 of 2026 They prepared a small amentity cake for us when they were informed we were traveling to celebrate us. At the front desk, everyone greeted us warmly and helped us a lot throughout our stay. Concierge left us a little confused because they struggled to answer back in English and gave us the wrong information on where to buy sim cards. We had the breakfast package for two. You were given meal cards that you had to present when you went to eat breakfast. Once you do, the lovely servers would guide you to a table and asked if you would like any coffee or tea. They would walk around and clear any empty plates to make sure you don't feel crowded at the table. We ordered drinks at the pool bar and the bartender was lovely to talk to. Despite it being just us there he welcomed us to the hotel and asked what we wished to do in Makati. Once we talked about food he began talking about many restaurants around the hotel that he believed we would enjoy. Please give him our thanks because we went to the restaurant (Manam) he recommended for good Filipino food and we absolutely loved it! The security at the hotel was very friendly and made sure everyone was safe and okay. Overall, our stay was fantastic and would recommend any of our friends and families to stay at the Makati Diamond Residents!

The receptionist who assisted me during check in was very friendly and accommodating. I appreciate the upgrade to my room that I didn't expect. All of the staff are nice. The breakfast buffet is also good. There's a minibar inside the room and the price for the items are reasonable. Really enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend this place.

Es un hotel bien equilibrado en general. Me he alojado aquí varias veces, pero esta es la primera vez que tengo el desayuno incluido. Estaba delicioso. Estuve de viaje con compañeros de trabajo, y como éramos 6, habíamos reservado 3 habitaciones dobles, pero cuando fuimos el día del viaje, nos dijeron que habría una habitación doble y las otras habitaciones. Serían camas extragrandes, ¿y qué? se han convertido. Como había hombres en la habitación, les dije que sería un problema, así que decidí tener dos habitaciones dobles, pero eso fue lo único que fue un poco decepcionante.

Fue mi primer viaje a Filipinas. Disfrute de una vida hotelera sin preocupaciones y con perfecta seguridad era. Un poco decepcionado con las comodidades insuficientes. El personal del desayuno era sonriente y eficiente. Quedé muy satisfecho con la respuesta. En el desayuno del segundo día, recuerde su nombre a la recepcionista. Por favor hazme sentir muy feliz con lo que recibí. Hice.

Great place!!! Place is more of a hotel combined apartment. It has an induction stove, coffee maker (top brand), fridge, kettle and cutleries and pans and stuff making your stay more comfortable if you just want to chill and stay indoors. Hotel is located near ayala malls making it more interesting. Hotel is clean and room is very spacious. I requested a single bed and queen bed but they offered me 2 queen beds making my 2 kids comfortable in their stay. I would really recommend this hotel as it looks very new.parking is amazing. Pool is wide and very nice but also water is cold. Buffet breakfast has few little choices and offers sharing seats with pther guests. Staff were friendly and helpful. Elevators are fast but also has a very fast closing times (please check on that-my daughter had near missed) room is quiet and so as hallways.
