The hotel sits on Central Road, within walking distance to St Andrew’s Cathedral, Old Hill Street Police Station along this sightseeing route, Merlion Park and the F1 Marina Bay Street Circuit. Marina Bay Sands and the Flower Dome are around a 10-minute drive away. Right next to the hotel is a shopping mall with plenty of dining options, making shopping and meals extremely convenient. Visa cards are widely accepted here. It is a boutique classic hotel. Though compact in size, it features exquisite design, and the guest rooms follow the same aesthetic. The hotel staff demonstrate high professionalism; they are observant and proactive to identify and attend to guests’ needs promptly. There are two drawbacks to note. First, the toilet and shower area are not separated, so two people cannot use the bathroom simultaneously. Second, there is no clothesline in the bathroom, which is inconvenient for guests staying for an extended period.

We recently celebrated our son's birthday at Shangri-La Singapore, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel is very family-friendly, with beautiful facilities, spacious rooms, and plenty of activities for children. The highlight was seeing how much our son enjoyed himself throughout the stay. Thank you to the Shangri-La Singapore team for creating such a special experience for our family. We look forward to returning again soon!

El hotel está muy bien situado. El hotel dispone de una habitación con vistas a casa y una habitación con vistas a casa. Kai nos recibió en la entrada y nos hizo sentir bienvenidos y asegurarse de que el check-in fue bien. Una vez más, estaba allí cuando nos estabamos check-out y nos ayudó con check-out explícito para asegurarnos de que las facturas se liquidaban correctamente y recibo me envió un correo electrónico. La habitación estaba limpia cuando se inspeccionó y el personal de servicio se aseguró de que se cuidaban durante el 2 días de estancia.

We really enjoyed our stay at Oakwood Premier Raffles Place. Location-wise it was a great choise since all the main spots of attraction were nearby and we could literally walk there. Marina Bay Sands, Lau Pa Sat, Chinatown, you name it! Hotel facilities were also top-notch. Especially the pool on the 9th floor! Staff was helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature, making it a perfect place for a relaxing family getaway. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and we really enjoyed the unique rainforest atmosphere. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the family-friendly environment and the beautiful surroundings. It was a lovely experience for both the adults and the children, and we would definitely consider coming back again. Overall, a wonderful stay and a great place to enjoy nature while still having the comfort and service of a beautiful resort. Highly recommended!

Este hotel está en pleno centro, dentro del bullicioso centro comercial Funan, lo que ofrece muchísimas opciones para comer, jugar y hacer compras. Además, es muy fácil ir a los sitios turísticos de moda. La higiene es excelente, las instalaciones están completas y son muy prácticas. ¡Es una gran opción para viajar!

La habitación es bastante húmeda y se siente húmeda. Sin manta, hace frío, pero con manta, se vuelve húmeda y sofocante. El aislamiento acústico es deficiente: se oyen las puertas de las habitaciones contiguas abrirse y cerrarse durante toda la noche, así como el movimiento de otros huéspedes en el pasillo. Es difícil dormir con tanto ruido. La almohada tampoco tiene el soporte adecuado y se aplana por completo al poco tiempo, lo que provoca rigidez en el cuello y la parte superior de la espalda. También hay algunas manchas negras leves en la sábana del colchón. Aparte de lo mencionado, el resto está bien. El registro de entrada y el de salida fueron muy fluidos.

El entorno es muy agradable. Se tarda unos 400 m a pie hasta el Museo de Arte de Singapur y aproximadamente 1 km hasta el Parque Merlion. Como miembro Crystal, me registré directamente en la novena planta. El té de la tarde y el desayuno se sirven en un espacio independiente en la novena planta. Aunque no se presenta la comida, el pedido se sirve en la mesa. El espacio es independiente y tranquilo. Todo el edificio es muy clásico, de estilo Nanyang, muy adecuado para Singapur. Reservé dos hoteles con mis hijos y una persona mayor. Este es muy económico.

Had a very enjoyable stay at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was how cold and refreshing the air conditioning was, especially considering how hot the weather outside was. The location was also very convenient. The hotel provides a free shuttle service every 30 minutes to VivoCity, which made getting around very easy. There are also many restaurants within walking distance, along with supermarkets like Cold Storage and Little Farms nearby, so it was very convenient for food and daily necessities. Breakfast was enjoyable as well, with good variety and accommodating service. I especially appreciated being able to request a customized fried rice without soy sauce and gluten, which was a thoughtful touch for dietary preferences. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay with great convenience and excellent service. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Me he alojado varias veces en el Robertson Quay Hotel de Singapur, y su mayor punto fuerte es su buena relación calidad-precio. El hotel está estratégicamente situado en el centro de Singapur, ofreciendo una ubicación muy cómoda. Desde allí, se puede ir andando a Clarke Quay, a la estación de metro y a una amplia variedad de restaurantes cercanos. Es una opción ideal para aquellos viajeros que buscan disfrutar de una buena conectividad de transporte y un ambiente céntrico sin salirse de un presupuesto razonable. Aunque las instalaciones del hotel son sencillas y las habitaciones de tamaño modesto, cuentan con todo el equipamiento básico necesario para una estancia cómoda. Las zonas comunes están limpias, el servicio es eficiente y, en general, el hotel mantiene un buen estándar de funcionamiento. Gracias a mis múltiples estancias, considero que el Robertson Quay Hotel es muy competitivo por su combinación de ”ubicación céntrica y precio asequible”.
