Don’t let the 31 years of age hotel fools you. It is in IMMACULATE condition. Pool and gym are really nice. Breakfast is amazing and has wide selection. Concierge, reception, and housekeeping all did a great job. For the price it is (much cheaper) than hotels within the same caliber, this is a steal. One odd thing is since the hotel is in the transitional period from Igh to Marriott, most of its products like keys, pens, slippers, etc are non branded

We recently celebrated our son's birthday at Shangri-La Singapore, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel is very family-friendly, with beautiful facilities, spacious rooms, and plenty of activities for children. The highlight was seeing how much our son enjoyed himself throughout the stay. Thank you to the Shangri-La Singapore team for creating such a special experience for our family. We look forward to returning again soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at Oakwood Premier Raffles Place. Location-wise it was a great choise since all the main spots of attraction were nearby and we could literally walk there. Marina Bay Sands, Lau Pa Sat, Chinatown, you name it! Hotel facilities were also top-notch. Especially the pool on the 9th floor! Staff was helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Fue una experiencia agradable alojarnos en Mandai Rainforest Resort. Es un lugar recomendable si buscas un lugar relajante para desconectar. Nos despertamos con el canto de los pájaros y la vista al lago es fantástica. Realmente está a la altura de la descripción de la vista al santuario. Por último, agradecemos que el hotel nos haya proporcionado una habitación superior gratuita con vista al santuario, lo que hace que nuestra estancia sea aún más memorable. ¡Estamos deseando volver!

Drove to the entrance and staff helped with picking up my bags and luggages and ensured they were sent to the room after we checked in. Requested for a change of room and the staff immediately assisted without questioning. We had a Twin View Room. Kai received us at the entrance and made us felt welcomed and ensured checking in went smoothly. Again, he was there when we were checking out and assisted us with express check out assuring us that the bills would be settled correctly and receipt emailed to me. The room was clean when we checked in and the service staff ensured they were taken care of during the 2 days stay.

Habitación excelente y ubicación genial, cerca de todo. El desayuno tiene mucha variedad y no es la típica comida fría. Las vistas desde la ventana dan directamente a un monumento emblemático. Un consejo: en la azotea hay vistas panorámicas a Marina Bay Sands.

I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Singapore Orchard. The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the heart of Orchard Road, making it very convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring Singapore.The room was modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping everything fresh and tidy.What impressed me the most was the outstanding service. Every staff member I met was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. They always greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food, with both Asian and Western options. The quality and freshness of the food were excellent. The hotel’s facilities, including the swimming pool and gym, were also well maintained and enjoyable.

El hotel está decorado al estilo Nanyang. El servicio de recepción es muy atento y se habla chino con fluidez. El depósito se puede pagar en RMB. Aunque la variedad de té de la tarde en el Crystal Club no es muy amplia, el sabor es muy bueno. El desayuno se sirve en el salón ejecutivo. Hay varias opciones de huevos. Los lunes y martes se sirven fideos, y los miércoles y jueves, costillas con arena. La piscina del hotel también es muy cómoda.

Had a very enjoyable stay at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was how cold and refreshing the air conditioning was, especially considering how hot the weather outside was. The location was also very convenient. The hotel provides a free shuttle service every 30 minutes to VivoCity, which made getting around very easy. There are also many restaurants within walking distance, along with supermarkets like Cold Storage and Little Farms nearby, so it was very convenient for food and daily necessities. Breakfast was enjoyable as well, with good variety and accommodating service. I especially appreciated being able to request a customized fried rice without soy sauce and gluten, which was a thoughtful touch for dietary preferences. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay with great convenience and excellent service. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Calvin y el equipo fueron fantásticos: súper amables y serviciales durante toda nuestra visita. De hecho, cometí un error con la reserva y seleccioné la fecha equivocada, pero el servicio de atención en línea fue increíblemente flexible y atento, a pesar de haber reservado a través de una aplicación externa. La historia detrás de The Bus Collective es genial, y nos sorprendió enormemente lo bien equipados que estaban los autobuses: ¡mucho más cómodos y elegantes de lo que esperábamos!
