We recently celebrated our son's birthday at Shangri-La Singapore, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel is very family-friendly, with beautiful facilities, spacious rooms, and plenty of activities for children. The highlight was seeing how much our son enjoyed himself throughout the stay. Thank you to the Shangri-La Singapore team for creating such a special experience for our family. We look forward to returning again soon!

Este hotel sanó mi alma, corazón y mente. Sí, es un poco caro, sí, está fuera de la ciudad... Pero pocas veces me sentí tan bien simplemente ESTAR en un lugar. El paisaje que lo rodea es de otro mundo y te dejará maravillado (y hablo desde la perspectiva de un europeo que ha viajado mucho tanto dentro como fuera de las ciudades). La estructura es interesante, atrevida y acogedora, y me enamoré literalmente desde el momento en que entré en la sala de espera hasta el último paso que di. El edificio es nuevo, moderno, limpio por todas partes, elegante y asombroso en todos los aspectos. Incluso si este hotel no estuviera en medio de la selva tropical, seguiría siendo un hotel increíblemente hermoso... Pero lo está, y estás en uno de los hoteles más hermosos, rodeado de la madre tierra y su exuberante naturaleza. 😍 Podría seguir presumiendo, pero es difícil explicar lo hermoso que es nadar en la increíble piscina mientras contemplas con asombro el bosque. 😱🎉 La habitación también era increíble (estaba en la planta 3), con un tamaño considerable, servicios y muebles increíbles y una cama increíblemente cómoda. Ah, la comida del restaurante también era increíble, aunque un poco cara, pero definitivamente valió la pena cada centavo. La tienda de souvenirs también estaba bien, un poco pequeña, pero los productos que compré eran muy buenos. De nuevo, un poco caro, pero es lo esperado. Gracias, personal del Hotel Mandai. De verdad que se ganaron un cliente fiel si alguna vez vuelvo a estar por aquí y definitivamente me ayudaron a sanar mi alma después de un agotador viaje de trabajo. ❤️

Drove to the entrance and staff helped with picking up my bags and luggages and ensured they were sent to the room after we checked in. Requested for a change of room and the staff immediately assisted without questioning. We had a Twin View Room. Kai received us at the entrance and made us felt welcomed and ensured checking in went smoothly. Again, he was there when we were checking out and assisted us with express check out assuring us that the bills would be settled correctly and receipt emailed to me. The room was clean when we checked in and the service staff ensured they were taken care of during the 2 days stay.

¡Quédate en el Hotel Capitol Kempinski! - El personal del hotel fue amable - La habitación era limpia y cómoda - El desayuno era muy bueno. No sólo se disponía de bufete, sino también de varios menús a la carta (incluidos en un desayuno) - La ubicación fue muy conveniente Y, lo que es importante, aprecio que hayan proporcionado una experiencia especial para el cumpleaños de mi madre. Fue una lástima que su visita de herencia se canceló, pero espero poder asistir a la visita de herencia en mi próxima estancia :)

The service and the architecture/ design of the hotel and its rooms & restaurants are outstanding! The beddings are very comfortable, so is the luxurious bathroom. Love the hair product brand in the shower. Nice infinite swimming pool on the roof top. The roof top restaurant is really delicious and the service was great. It is adjacent to the pool. -＞ I highly recommend the hotel. Walking distance from shopping center; just across the street from Edition hotel. Note that the plugs are either singapourien plugs or old USB style; the hotel provides adapter but was it was quasi impossible for me to charge my MacBook using the provided adapter.

I was already confident that I wouldn’t make the wrong choice. And it turned out to be true — when I arrived, everything met my expectations. The room was very spacious with two balconies and a living room, plus a beautiful view facing Marina Bay Sands. Opening the window was such a lovely experience, both during the day and at night. The swimming pool was also quite large, and the service was very friendly. Most importantly, the location was very strategic and convenient. 저는 이 호텔을 선택한 게 절대 후회되지 않을 거라고 이미 확신하고 있었어요. 그리고 실제로 도착해보니 기대했던 그대로였습니다. 객실은 매우 넓었고 발코니가 2개나 있었으며, 거실까지 갖춰져 있었어요. 특히 Marina Bay Sands 방향의 뷰가 정말 아름다웠고, 창문을 열면 낮에도 밤에도 너무 멋진 풍경을 감상할 수 있었습니다. 수영장도 꽤 넓은 편이었고 직원들의 서비스도 친절했습니다. 무엇보다 위치가 매우 좋아서 이동하기에도 정말 편리했어요.

What I really like are the size of the room and breakfast. The local cuisines are authentic, like laksa & pranakan food. During our stay, our toilet was severely clogged a few times which caused water leakages. Otherwise, the stay would have been much better.

Had a very enjoyable stay at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was how cold and refreshing the air conditioning was, especially considering how hot the weather outside was. The location was also very convenient. The hotel provides a free shuttle service every 30 minutes to VivoCity, which made getting around very easy. There are also many restaurants within walking distance, along with supermarkets like Cold Storage and Little Farms nearby, so it was very convenient for food and daily necessities. Breakfast was enjoyable as well, with good variety and accommodating service. I especially appreciated being able to request a customized fried rice without soy sauce and gluten, which was a thoughtful touch for dietary preferences. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay with great convenience and excellent service. Would definitely consider staying here again.

El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad de Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa, desde el 20 al 24 de julio, y nuestra experiencia no es de extrañar. El hotel es un hotel de 3 estrellas, donde se encuentran los más pequeños de los que se encuentran en el centro de la ciudad. Además, compramos un paquete de mesa para dos adultos, y el hotel era generoso y acomodable lo suficiente como para no pagar por nuestros dos niños. ¡Nos encantará el momento de nuestra estancia y sin duda volveremos!
