Like the last few trips, The hotel overall was excellent as always. The bed was really comfortable, the shower and bathroom were nice despite the small size. The room service was wonderful, came back to find the bed fully cleaned and tucked after coming back from a walk. Plus the staff were also really helpful when it came to helping with my reservation and what my other friends needed during the last four days there. Really looking forward to coming back here again in August

Room is basic but that's all that was needed for 1 night. Some mould on blind but for the price I can overlook little things like that. Staff in bar very friendly and accomidating. Loud music can be heard from pub until late but my 6yr old still managed to sleep through it so didnt cause any issues. I would recommend for a cheaper stay over for Drayton Manor as its so close to the park.

We really like staying here, if only for a single night to break up the evening drive from the south to the north west, picking our trip up again the following morning. Our most recent visit was the first using our new (to us) EV, so charging on site proved anxiety calming and very effective - albeit pricey! Thanks again to all concerned with our stay, we'll be back again - that is for sure! Best, M&C

Good location for a trip to Alton Towers. It takes about 35 minutes in the morning. The bed is not that comfortable and the water pressure for shower is quite weak. I was woken up by the sound of the door closing outside in the morning.

¡Qué bonito estancia hemos tenido! ¡La limpieza está en el lugar, gran desayuno con mucho para elegir, hemos visitado la piscina también, muy caliente y limpio, es una vergüenza que sólo está disponible en 45mins de ranuras

A good location close to motorway North ,plenty of food options on site. A very polite and helpful lady at reception. Great night rest for onward journey North tomorrow

Great location amd staff are helpful

This place was nice. The room was a little out dated but it was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The wi-fi wasn’t the best and the tv was blocked from connecting to the wifi so no Netflix etc. The staff on reception were very friendly. We didn’t take breakfast but we ate dinner in there restaurant, reasonably priced and some good meal options and deals, it was a bit loud as it’s also a bar.

El hotel es muy agradable. Las habitaciones y las camas estaban muy cómodas. El personal estaba amigable y amable y el estacionamiento estaba disponible gratuitamente. El hotel está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable. La ubicación era justa para nosotros como un parada de 1 noche a través de nuestro viaje pero no hay mucho en la zona si permanecer más
