Front desk was super smelly , toilet smell.. with flies.. check in process was slow.. Swimming pool water was smelly and too much chlorine.. Breakfast was average, not tasty Kids bed was not cleaned properly, itchy.. toilet small and door was not done properly... View was good, deco room okay

🌟 A Relaxing Escape with Top-Notch Hospitality I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hospitality stood out immediately—every staff member I met was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the entire stay feel effortless and enjoyable. One of the biggest highlights was the beautiful view. Whether during sunrise or sunset, the scenery from the hotel was simply breathtaking. Overlooking lush greenery, a spacious pool area, and the city skyline in the distance, it offered a calming atmosphere perfect for unwinding. The facilities were another strong point. The swimming pool was stunning—surrounded by tall trees and comfortable seating, it felt like a peaceful retreat both in the day and at dusk. The gym was well-equipped and clean, making workouts convenient during the stay. I also appreciated having access to the sauna, which was a great way to relax after exploring the city. Dining by the pool was such a treat too. Enjoying a delicious burger under the warm sun with the pool just steps away made for a perfect afternoon. Overall, this hotel provided a delightful blend of comfort, excellent service, and great amenities. I left feeling refreshed and satisfied, and I would gladly return for another stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with great hospitality and facilities.

This is my first time staying at the One World Hotel, which is recommended by my friend. It’s a very grand and clean 5-Stars hotel, which is located away from the usual busy Bukit Bintang. The hotel is directly link to the 1-Utama shopping mall, which is very convenient if you need to buy or eat anything. Upon arrival, there is bellboy helped to load the luggage and placed aside till check-in. The service is fast and efficient. The check-in is hassle free. However, it is not for the check-out, as you need to join together in the same queue as those who check-in. There is no quick and fast self check-out. The room comes with two Queen beds, which is good and ideal for a family stay. It is clean and tidy. It also comes with some complimentary drinks, snacks and also bathtub which my kids love to bath in. For the breakfast, it is just located directly near the lift at a lower floor after the lobby. The spread is amazing, the quality of the food is great and it tastes really nice and delicious. One of the highlight is the prata, which is freshly made on the spot and it is crispy and tasty. Next is the pastry, especially the Pain au chocolat, the chocolate is so rich and creamy. Likewise for the buttery croissant. They do sell them in their bakery too. It is definitely a breakfast not to be missed! They have amazing swimming pools which has the normal usual one and another is for the kids to play in. The overall experience is great and we have a wonderful time staying in One World Hotel. We will definitely come back again next time. Thank you One World!

La piscina de lavabos en mi habitación estaba parcialmente cerrada, lo que resultó en un drenaje lento. Además, las ventanas del gran lujo están completamente selladas, por lo que es imposible obtener aire fresco. Sin embargo, debido al ruido de una familia con niños en el octavo piso y a una mejor protección sonora, necesito cambiar las habitaciones debido a un frío grave, su posterior disposición del décimo piso. Durante mi estancia, me di cuenta de una tendencia en la que la mayoría de los huéspedes extranjeros, especialmente los occidentales, fueron asignados típicamente a pisos superiores. Espero que no sea mi sensibilidad y que el hotel no discrimina por diferentes etnias, especialmente dado que pague por mi estancia!

Dust bin and the rubbish outside room not properly keep. Rubbish messy on the floor. Shower gel empty. Housekeeping might be forget to refill. Front receptionist so kind & polite. Staff at restoran so helpful. Attractions so find and the price tickets affordable. Highly recommended

Had a wonderful stay at Espira Kinrara! The breakfast was really good with a nice variety of food and friendly service. We were lucky to get a room right in front of the kids’ pool, which was perfect for our family — the kids had a great time! The environment was clean, peaceful, and family-friendly. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we’d definitely love to come back again!

Wasn't my first time here and they didn't disappoint. Promptly delivered my request for room amenities. Recommended if you have things to do around Petaling Jaya (and even KL!)
