Hotel muy recomendable. Tenga en cuenta que hay dos hoteles Royale Chulan: The Curve y Damansara, en el que nos alojamos. Están muy cerca uno del otro. Elegimos Damansara porque nos pareció que valía la pena y estaba a solo 4 minutos a pie de The Curve. De hecho, nos impresionó mucho este hotel tan bonito a un precio razonable. Los recepcionistas fueron muy amables. El aparcamiento es práctico y el coste por entrada era de RM4.

Stayed on New Year’s Eve. The room rate was high, but the service and organisation were unacceptable. Check-in was extremely slow and chaotic. Despite multiple counters and staff, bookings could not be located efficiently. Counters were reduced mid-way, no queue management was provided, families crowded together, and the lobby was hot due to poor air-conditioning. I queued for about 40 minutes. Staff also repeatedly confused my booking and issued the wrong number of room keys. Buggy service was consistently slow, with long waiting times throughout the stay. The room was uncomfortable — loud, non-adjustable air-conditioning, poor soundproofing, and dirty corridors with rubbish left unattended. The New Year’s fireworks were not at the location stated in the schedule. After the countdown, there was no hot water for showering. Breakfast arrangements were poorly handled. We were redirected to an Event Hall with a canteen-like environment and cold food, while other guests were dining in a better restaurant with different food options. The hotel map was also misleading, as the Lobby is marked as R1 but not shown on the map. Overall, this stay was not worth the price and fell far below expectations for a New Year’s Eve booking.

La habitación es buena camas son cómodas y no hay quejas sobre el servicio y otros aspectos del hotel It is slightly ageed and the surrounding roads may have some traffic, but if you are looking for a place to stay to wake up and head to the Marriage Registration Office, ITS RIGHT ACROSS THE ROAD

Recientemente me alojé en el hotel ibis Styles Sepang Kuala Lumpur International Airport y fue una experiencia muy agradable que añadió comodidad y confort a mi viaje a Kuala Lumpur. Primero, déjame hablar sobre la ubicación del hotel. Como hotel de aeropuerto, su ubicación es ideal, a pocos pasos del Aeropuerto Internacional de Kuala Lumpur, lo que hace que la llegada y salida sea muy conveniente, especialmente para aquellos viajeros que tienen vuelos de conexión o llegan tarde por la noche. overall good. this is the 3rd time i stay. but so sad that no more disposable indoor slippers supply for this time. i didn't bring own because the past 2 times all had supply but not this time. but generally everything good.

I had a wonderful stay at Bangi Resort Hotel. The check-in process was smooth and pleasant, thanks to Mr. Aizat, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He even upgraded my room from a Deluxe to a Premium room, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Special thanks to the team for the complimentary birthday cake for my wife — it was a thoughtful surprise that made our celebration extra meaningful. Overall, great service, beautiful environment, and a memorable experience. Highly recommended! 🎉🏨✨

Had a wonderful stay at Espira Kinrara! The breakfast was really good with a nice variety of food and friendly service. We were lucky to get a room right in front of the kids’ pool, which was perfect for our family — the kids had a great time! The environment was clean, peaceful, and family-friendly. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we’d definitely love to come back again!

spent a nite due to overnight flight transit. arriving late afternoon and need to unload 2 heavy luggage by myself as the security and another staff just stand at the entrance and watch. not a good welcoming first impression. receptionist was good and nice to be given the signature cookies. however noticed that the way it was given to guests not really sincere, is more like a SOP to follow. guests were only being asked if they were allergic to nuts after being given the cookies ! room is nice but shower cubicle design need to look into seriously as water is seeping out easily despite the door being closed properly. got a torn bath towel as well....:( location is good adjacent to central mall. breakfast spread is very good with choices of western, malay, chinese and indian fare. overall is good only softskills needs improvement.

I had a really pleasant stay at Mövenpick Hotel & Convention Centre KLIA. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and well maintained, giving a premium and comfortable feel from the moment we arrived. We initially booked a Twin Room, but requested an upgrade with extra payment, and were upgraded to a Deluxe King Bed room. The room was spacious, elegant, and very comfortable. The bathroom design was excellent—there is both a bathtub and a separate shower, and the bathroom doors are accessible from two directions, which made it very convenient. As we were travelling with a baby, we requested a baby cot, and the hotel provided it. We also needed a place to store ice bricks since the room fridge did not have a freezer, and the staff assisted us with that request. Breakfast starts at 6:30am, but unfortunately we were unable to have it even though it was paid for, as we had to rush for an early morning flight. The hotel provides an airport shuttle service to KLIA. Although we had made a booking, my name was somehow misplaced. Thankfully, the shuttle van driver was very helpful and still assisted us and sent us to the airport even though my name was not on the list. However, there was one major downside. The shower water heater had an issue, where the water became extremely hot even after adjusting, making it difficult to bathe my baby in the early morning. While we could have reported it, it was around 4am, and changing rooms at that hour would have been very difficult due to the amount of luggage we had and our early airport transfer at 6am. Unfortunately, this really spoiled part of the experience. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and comfortable, with helpful staff and good facilities, but the shower heater issue needs attention, especially for families travelling with young children.
