Sinceramente, un lugar increíble, 10/10. Excelente servicio de transporte al haram y de vuelta. El personal y el servicio de habitaciones son muy amables y serviciales. La mejor persona si necesitas algo es Arman. ¡Que Alá (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) lo ame! Es un gran hombre que te ayuda con todo lo que necesitas.

The hotel was very clean and well presented.
For a three star hotel everything was a good standard.
The location was the best . Only 15 minutes walk to masjid Nawabi. They provide shuttle bus to drop off and pick up every 30 minutes.
The food was an additional, complimentary with the room. The breakfast during Ramadan is replaced by Iftar.
Overall house keeping was very good and very attentive to your needs. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard with good quality towels and the bed sheets were 100% cotton. The bed were firm and very comfortable.

Rooms were a bit small but clean. Staff was hospitable, polite and well mannered. Not too far but far for those with small kids and who don’t like to walk much 😄 or in the hot sun.
Breakfast was in adjacent building and was reasonable. Same menu for the two days we stayed.

La habitación es muy espaciosa, muy limpia, pero hay un vuelo en mi habitación que un poco molesto. El hotel está muy limpio, el entorno es un poco lo contrario, como una viajera solitaria femenina, no me atreví a caminar solo en la zona, así que me reservaba un taxi (10 a 20 Riyal) a la mezquita Nabawi. En el último día, intenté caminar y no es tan malo, si eres una viajera solitaria femenina como yo, creo que es bastante seguro caminar durante el día.

Muy bueno, lo que Dios quería, limpio, temprano, e incluso los suplementos, estabas en un hotel de cinco estrellas, rodeado de todo lo que necesitabas de toallas, madera de tejido, incluso una madera de cuay con una mesa de cuay, y todas las demás cosas naturales como toallas, El hotel está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable. La experiencia con un lugar Shoi, a media hora caminando por coche cerca, dijeron que estaban rodeados de un autobús, y yo he tenido una excelente experiencia en todo, y vale la pena la experiencia y vale la pena la experiencia si siguen su excelente nivel.

Honestly, this hotel is a great deal for the price. It’s way cheaper compared to other nearby hotels, but you still get a really comfortable room. The bed was cozy, everything felt clean, and it had a nice, relaxing vibe.
The location is super convenient too—easy to go Haram and close to everything you need. What really stood out was the service. The staff were quick, helpful, and made the whole stay smooth and hassle-free.
Definitely a solid choice if you’re looking for something affordable without giving up comfort.

الاطفال راح ينبسطو جداً و فيه اكثر من فعاليه لهم داخل المنتجع
بس شدني انه النادي النسائي ما يفتح الصباح وهذا شي غريب

AAllam ashOverall, my stay was good. The staff were generally friendly, though the check-in experience was a bit unpleasant at first. Thankfully, things improved afterward thanks to Ms. Bayan’s excellent assistance. However, the hotel feels overpriced compared to other options located very close to Al Haram in Medina. One major downside was the corridors — they were often full of leftover food left outside rooms, which was unpleasant and gave a poor impression. Security personnel needed further training to be more customer friendly

Regresé por la noche y descubrí que el aire acondicionado aún no estaba reparado. Un miembro del personal vino y se quedó por un largo tiempo y finalmente me pidió que esperara. Después de esperar casi media hora, vino otro miembro del personal y dijo. que quería cambiar de habitación. No me malinterpretes, no me ascendieron de categoría, seguía siendo una casa del mismo tamaño y esta vez ni siquiera tenía una tarjeta de habitación, solo usé una llave. Pero me gustaría agradecer sinceramente al Sr. Salah Albluwi y su equipo y al Sr. Saad por su ayuda. Mi auto se pinchó el segundo día y me ayudaron a repararlo bajo el sol abrasador. ¡No por su ayuda, definitivamente le daré al hotel una crítica negativa de un punto! Una cosa que decir, ¡el ambiente es muy bueno! ¡Pero estas dos cosas, la llave y el aire acondicionado, realmente me decepcionaron! ¡Lo que originalmente era un viaje perfecto se convirtió en un viaje normal y corriente!

From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations in every possible way. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its excellent location, just a short and convenient walk from the blessed Masjid Al Nabawi. This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances.
The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable.
As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram.
Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times.
Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. The breakfast spread is generous, varied, and well organized, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit different tastes. From fresh and hot options to lighter choices, everything was prepared to a high standard. The dining area is clean and pleasant, and the breakfast staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable start to the day.
Overall, Makarem Burj Al Madinah delivers an outstanding hospitality experience. Its close proximity to Masjid Al Nabawi, combined with its new and pristine condition, friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, well-designed gym facilities, and high-quality breakfast, make it an ideal choice for visitors to Madinah. I would gladly stay here again so long as prices remain reasonable God willing and confidently recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and quality during their visit to this sacred city.

The location is excellentjust a short walking distance to Masjid Nabawi, which made it very convenient for prayers, especially during peak times.The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with some offering beautiful views of the Haram. Housekeeping was generally good, and the atmosphere in the hotel felt calm and suitable for a spiritual trip. Many guests also highlight cleanliness and comfort as strong points. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. Breakfast had a good variety, and the service in the dining area was efficient.

UUsuario invitadoWe had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced. We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage.
The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery). Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us. The view outside was heavenly mashAla. Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t. It such an experience and you have to do it. Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house. Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud. All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk. Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all. And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.
Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.
They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44. It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at. You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel. If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.
The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family. Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

MMichaelLocation is perfect. Short walk to the Mosque and easy to organise walking to all the shops.
Staff are exceptional, always looking to enhance your experience.
Breakfast was good with a good selection but did lack variety day in day out. Staff here are very good and are always willing to help. Downside would be the coffee machines that never seemed to be working correctly.
We had a couple of maintenance issues, but staff were sent promptly and most were rectified in a good time.
A tip would ask for your room to face the mall, the otherside had a lot of traffic noise which was constant.

Ubicación estratégica muy cerca de la puerta de entrada de Damas en Masjid Nabawi. Hay bastantes ascensores, lo cual es importante, especialmente cuando los jemaahs van a la mezquita durante el tiempo de oración al mismo tiempo. Hay un centro comercial en el nivel 1 vinculado al hotel y un Bin Dawood más pequeño en el sótano. En general, fue una experiencia agradable alojarse en este hotel y consideraré alojarme aquí nuevamente en el próximo viaje a Medina.

HhamRDefinitivamente regresaré para hospedarme en este hotel. El hotel en sí es muy satisfactorio en términos de limpieza y comodidad. Los alrededores también me resultaron muy útiles para quedarme, ya que hay muchas tiendas y lugares para comer. El autobús lanzadera también es muy útil.

IIshak lotfiThe InterContinental Dar Al Iman Madinah is an excellent choice for anyone travelling to Madinah with worship in mind, who values being as close as possible to Masjid al-Nabawi, wants full service, and is willing to pay a premium for convenience and comfort. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, the staff are strong, and the location is hard to beat.
If, however, your stay is more about casual tourism or you’re budget-sensitive and willing to be a little further from the Haram, you might find better value elsewhere. But if proximity and spiritual atmosphere matter to you — this hotel definitely delivers.
