Sinceramente, un lugar increíble, 10/10. Excelente servicio de transporte al haram y de vuelta. El personal y el servicio de habitaciones son muy amables y serviciales. La mejor persona si necesitas algo es Arman. ¡Que Alá (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) lo ame! Es un gran hombre que te ayuda con todo lo que necesitas.

Recientemente me quedé en este hotel con mi amigo y familia durante cuatro noches, y nuestra experiencia fue excepcional. El hotel es moderno, con habitaciones amplias, baños bien mantenidos y vistas impresionantes de las montañas, incluyendo la icónica montaña Uhud, un sitio muy visitado en Madinah.
El desayuno ofrece una amplia variedad de opciones, incluidas las opciones para los vegetarianos, y es constantemente fresco y agradable.
El hotel está situado a unos 15 minutos a pie del Masjid, a unos 20 minutos a pie del hotel y a unos 20 minutos a pie del Masjid.
En general, recomendo muy bien este hotel para cualquiera que visite Madinah y me gustaría quedarme aquí de nuevo en las visitas futuras.

Rooms were a bit small but clean. Staff was hospitable, polite and well mannered. Not too far but far for those with small kids and who don’t like to walk much 😄 or in the hot sun.
Breakfast was in adjacent building and was reasonable. Same menu for the two days we stayed.

I came alone and Masjid al-Nabawai, Masjid Quba, and the other important locations are all close and walkable. The location is nice and they have a restaurant.

The room is spacious, super clean but there is one fly inside my room which a lil bit annoying. There is no reception and you need to just follow the instruction given to check-in (interesting experience and easy to follow). Tho inside the hotel is very clean, the surroundings is a bit the opposite, as a female solo traveller, i did not dare to walk alone in the area so i booked taxi (10 to 20 Riyal) to Nabawi mosque. Ok the last day, i tried to walk and turns out it’s not so bad, if you are a female solo traveller like me, i think it’s pretty safe to walk during the day. Overall, i had a great 2 days stay there

Housekeeping is average. Elevator access from individual floor is worse with the waiting area for elevator is filled with smoking stinks and vacuum and other cleaning accessories are spotted here and there that block the corridor. Getting an elevator to your floor from ground floor sometimes takes half an hour to have access to them.

AAllam ashOverall, my stay was good. The staff were generally friendly, though the check-in experience was a bit unpleasant at first. Thankfully, things improved afterward thanks to Ms. Bayan’s excellent assistance. However, the hotel feels overpriced compared to other options located very close to Al Haram in Medina. One major downside was the corridors — they were often full of leftover food left outside rooms, which was unpleasant and gave a poor impression. Security personnel needed further training to be more customer friendly

Mi experiencia personal es más cómoda que la de los hábitats y la relación entre el hardware y el área del piso es mejor.
La Sala de Conciertos de Malaya se puede ver directamente desde la ventana de la habitación (puede reservar este tipo de habitación enviando un correo electrónico al hotel. La privacidad es muy buena y el lujo salvaje es total).
Puedes encender un fuego al aire libre para mirar las estrellas por la noche, ¡lo cual es ideal para parejas o parejas!
El único inconveniente es que el autobús lanzadera es un poco lento durante las horas pico.

From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations in every possible way. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its excellent location, just a short and convenient walk from the blessed Masjid Al Nabawi. This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances.
The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable.
As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram.
Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times.
Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. The breakfast spread is generous, varied, and well organized, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit different tastes. From fresh and hot options to lighter choices, everything was prepared to a high standard. The dining area is clean and pleasant, and the breakfast staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable start to the day.
Overall, Makarem Burj Al Madinah delivers an outstanding hospitality experience. Its close proximity to Masjid Al Nabawi, combined with its new and pristine condition, friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, well-designed gym facilities, and high-quality breakfast, make it an ideal choice for visitors to Madinah. I would gladly stay here again so long as prices remain reasonable God willing and confidently recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and quality during their visit to this sacred city.

One shocking encounter is when I called the reception early in the morning as my old father had fallen from his bed and I needed someone to help me pick him up. The heartless man at the reception said there is no one to help.
Later he did send someone and then I called again to ask them to help me call an ambulance and he said ‘isn’t the guy there already’?
And i was like yes, but that guy is not a doctor! I need a doctor
That cruel guy didn’t offer any help and said i’d have to call the ambulance using my own phone. Luckily, it was not a serious emergency for my dad at the end but imagine what could have happened.
Maybe the staff needs to show more humility and be human instead of thinking about their reputation only! Absolutely traumatized by this experience.

The location is excellentjust a short walking distance to Masjid Nabawi, which made it very convenient for prayers, especially during peak times.The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with some offering beautiful views of the Haram. Housekeeping was generally good, and the atmosphere in the hotel felt calm and suitable for a spiritual trip. Many guests also highlight cleanliness and comfort as strong points. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. Breakfast had a good variety, and the service in the dining area was efficient.

UUsuario invitadoWe had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced. We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage.
The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery). Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us. The view outside was heavenly mashAla. Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t. It such an experience and you have to do it. Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house. Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud. All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk. Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all. And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.
Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.
They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44. It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at. You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel. If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.
The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family. Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

MMichaelLocation is perfect. Short walk to the Mosque and easy to organise walking to all the shops.
Staff are exceptional, always looking to enhance your experience.
Breakfast was good with a good selection but did lack variety day in day out. Staff here are very good and are always willing to help. Downside would be the coffee machines that never seemed to be working correctly.
We had a couple of maintenance issues, but staff were sent promptly and most were rectified in a good time.
A tip would ask for your room to face the mall, the otherside had a lot of traffic noise which was constant.

UUsuario invitadoEl caballero de la recepción nos permite hacer el check-in temprano, *************. Saludó y atendió nuestra solicitud cortésmente. La habitación es espaciosa, limpia. Ubicación estratégica muy cerca de la puerta de entrada de Damas en Masjid Nabawi. Hay bastantes ascensores, lo cual es importante, especialmente cuando los jemaahs van a la mezquita durante el tiempo de oración al mismo tiempo. Hay un centro comercial en el nivel 1 vinculado al hotel y un Bin Dawood más pequeño en el sótano. En general, fue una experiencia agradable alojarse en este hotel y consideraré alojarme aquí nuevamente en el próximo viaje a Medina.

La ubicación es inviable, a pocos pasos de Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, con acceso directo a las puertas de oración de las damas y los hombres, lo que lo hace increíblemente conveniente, especialmente durante los tiempos de oración.

En general, el InterContinental Dar Al Iman se encuentra en una situación de primera calidad, hospitalidad de clase mundial y atmósfera tranquila, donde se puede visitar a Madinah, ya sea para Umrah, Hajj o para la reflexión personal.
