Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Check in and out was smooth, although there was a queue for check in, probably as it was a long weekend. Very accomodating to.our requests (we had a total of 6 rooms). Room was clean with usual amenities. Good water pressure and cold aircon, except for one room which was at the end. That one was a bit warm so suggest don't take end rooms unless you get cold easily. Walking in you'll find a mini sitting room with a couch & tv. Partial glass partition between this and the bedroom. Breakfast was alright, quite a big space and nicely done up. Appreciate that the mains were double sided so people were spread out. A bit slow on the plate clearing but understood it was a busy period. This is a non-smoking hotel so if you need to smoke will have to go to front of hotel or to the 9th flr car park. There's a 7-11 on the ground floor as well as a nonya restaurant and a 'kopi tiam' sort of eatery with nice nasi lemak. Overall it was a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again.

Great experience staying there. The hotel front desk is very helpful and the staff are always friendly and helpful. We booked two rooms for our family trip. The front desk gave us two connecting rooms, which are very considerate. The breakfast is very authentic and a combination of western and Chinese style food. The location is also very convenient, walking distance to Joker Street.

Registro tardío con muchos visitantes de China continental. El mostrador de chicas fue muy bueno en el manejo del check-in. Nada muy malo, pero MITC realmente debería actualizar o reparar la fuga del lavabo en el inodoro. Esta no es mi primera estancia pero ya llevo allí unos 3 años. El fregadero nunca fue reparado. La habitación, rebajada de habitación con congelador a sin congelador. Realmente malo para los negocios. Quedarme allí porque no tuve otra opción. Más cercano a mi lugar de interés.

El hotel es grande, limpio y bien mantenido. Puedes caminar fácilmente desde el hotel hasta el centro turístico. O coger un coche barato. La piscina es grande y bonita y buena para relajarse o tomar el sol. La habitación es grande y tiene mucho espacio. La cama era grande y muy cómoda. El baño también era enorme. ¡Tenía una ducha separada y un jacuzzi! Muuuy agradable para desestresarse en el jacuzzi. ¡Tenía un refrigerador que funcionaba estupendamente y que realmente mantenía los alimentos fríos! ¡Las toallas eran bonitas y realmente suaves! El agua estaba caliente con mucha presión. ¡Vale la pena!

I absolutely love staying at 1825 Gallery Melaka! The environment is calm, comfortable, and very clean—perfect for families with babies. The staff are attentive and the housekeeping is thorough. Every month when I visit Melaka, this is my go-to hotel. Highly recommended!

Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel’s facilities and family-friendly environment. However, I would not recommend staying during peak season due to the long waiting time for room allocation. Although check-in was at 3:30 PM, we only received our room between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM. While guests were allowed to enjoy the facilities and complimentary light refreshments while waiting, the delay was challenging, especially for young children who were already tired after travelling. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness was below expectations. It appeared that housekeeping was rushing to prepare rooms. There was visible dust and small pieces of rubbish on the floor, the shower gel bottle was completely empty and had not been refilled, and the balcony had not been swept. Most concerning was finding a Charlie ant near the curtain. That said, I would like to compliment the hotel manager for the prompt response when we requested additional bottled drinking water. The service recovery was appreciated. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was delicious. Parking was convenient, and the facilities were excellent, making the hotel highly suitable for families with young children. In conclusion, the housekeeping standards and room waiting time require significant improvement. However, the food, parking, and facilities were excellent. The location is slightly outside Malacca city centre, with most tourist attractions approximately 15–20 minutes away by car.

El transporte es muy conveniente, el autobús en la entrada del hotel lleva a Kuala Lumpur, Genting Highlands y Singapur. El hotel está muy cerca de varios lugares pintorescos importantes y se puede caminar. Tomar en el centro de Malaca generalmente cuesta solo 5-8 MYR. La habitación del hotel es bastante satisfactoria, limpia y cómoda, y es más rentable. Vale la pena probar el Lesa en el primer piso del hotel y el cercano restaurante Nyonya.

Pro: Un buen alojamiento en un punto de precios muy asequible. Habiendo permanecido en otros hoteles en este rango presupuestario, no esperaba mucho, pero el servicio y el desayuno realmente colocado este lugar aparte.Me impresionó el desayuno spread.Esperaba una comida simple como nasi lemak desde su hotel presupuestario, pero la variedad ¡Mantenga el gran trabajo! Cons: Cuando llegó, había un olor desagradable que vino del baño.Sin embargo, aprecio la rápida respuesta del personal en enviar un limpiador inmediatamente para resolver el problema.

Cleanliness of the room was superb. King size bed is really comfortable. View is amazing! Definitely will stay at Hilton again. Highly recommend!!

We came for a 2 night stay at Dusit Princess Melaka to compare the hotel standard with the building past occupant being Ramada Renaissance.  Dusit Princess Melaka had certainly improved much on the grandeur of the hotel building.  Its welcome perk was a 50MYR food voucher to spend at its eateries and valid only for the day of issue.  Eating at the cafe and Long Feng Chinese restaurant were equally pleasant.  The food menu choice and cooking at Long Feng were excellent but somewhat pricey.  This hotel location would be comfortable for persons familiar with the old town of Melaka.  Room was spacious, bright, neat and clean.  The elevator worked well and fast  enough and would need the room card to access on going up.
