酒店位置很好，步行就可抵達廣場，還有早飯非常好。整個酒店沒有空調，特別説明一下。我在攜程預訂時，看見付款方式為信用卡付款。到底後前台説衹能現金，我聯繫攜程，攜程客服全程都是説代理商聯繫酒店，酒店前台電話沒人接，我就全程坐在前台，還要了酒店電話給攜程發過去，攜程説代理商説無人接聽，前台服務員就在全程刷Tik Tok。我自己和酒店協商後先入住第二天再付款。期間聯繫攜程依然是代理商無法聯繫酒店，後來我自己溝通酒店小哥騎摩託車帶我去了別家刷了卡交了房費，向攜程反應，攜程説退我150元人民幣，以上情況真實，我衹是陳述事實。酒店不錯，推薦入住。

No estaba lejos del centro de Thamel, era cómodo y tranquilo. Como su nombre indica, era como alquilar una habitación en una casa en Katmandú, y resultó muy confortable. Mi habitación estaba en el cuarto piso y no había ascensor, así que subir y bajar era un poco complicado, pero el personal me ayudó llevando mi equipaje. El agua caliente siempre disponible en la ducha es otra ventaja que recomiendo en Nepal. En general, quedé muy satisfecho, sobre todo por el bajo precio del alojamiento. Me gustaría volver a alojarme aquí si tengo la oportunidad.

We really enjoyed our few days at this hotel. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, cosy, quiet and airconditioned. The food is diverse and nice. Breakfast selection is small, but good. It is located in one of the best locations in town, centrally located between main sites like Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan Durbar Square, and the airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the latter. The hotel’s pool, spa and gym are also recommended.

The staff is very accommodating. They even change our room because my hair dryer doesn’t work with the outlet. So they moved us to the higher floor that have a built in hair dryer. The service is good the food also is good. And the place is infront the airport very accessible to everything. It is not the standard type of cleanliness of the room but it is reasonable with the price. I think the price is very cheap.

以下都是本人當天入住酒店拍的真實圖片和視頻，當天入住的是103房間。酒店位置：加德滿都交通不是太方便。酒店設施：自己看一下圖片，是當天入住拍的。床品和布草看圖。酒店裝修：自己看圖。洗手間：不是乾濕分離。早餐：自己看圖，還可以，現做的。酒店服務人員：個人覺得很有服務意識，入住期間挺蠻意的。酒店的圖片與實際入住的房間圖片相符。

La habitación era limpia, cómoda y bien equipada con todo lo que necesito. Aprecié especialmente la tranquila atmósfera y la atención a los detalles en todo el edificio, y la ubicación era muy conveniente, cerca de las tiendas y el transporte. ¡Me quedaría aquí de nuevo y recomendaría que cualquiera que busque una estancia relajada y sin problemas!

Sinceramente, este es el hotel más económico en el que me he alojado. La ubicación es excelente, la habitación es cómoda y, lo más importante, está muy limpia. La ducha tiene una presión de agua muy fuerte, lo que es muy refrescante. El desayuno es delicioso. Lo más destacado es que el dueño del hotel es muy servicial y nos organizó todo para nosotros, ya que visitábamos Katmandú por primera vez. Ya hemos planeado regresar a Nepal en diciembre y nos alojaremos nuevamente en este hotel. ---

El hotel está cerca del aeropuerto, el viaje puede llegar a cinco minutos en coche, no puede oír el sonido del avión en la noche, tampoco puede oír el sonido del vehículo en la carretera, está muy tranquilo, es demasiado mejor que vivir en la zona turística. El hotel es muy nuevo, la decoración es el nivel del hotel de negocios interno, muy bueno, muy cómodo vivir. La actitud del servidor es muy buena, proporciona ayuda eficaz, el hotel es gratuito y la tarifa de envío. El hotel está rodeado de residencias locales, el hotel ofrece desayuno y servicio de comidas de espera todo el día. ¡El paseo en Nepal es genial!
