HOTEL STAFF were very excellent and courteous. Always helped with any problem encountered. Management and ownership were very professional and acted like they cared about your stay. Concerning the hotel accommodations and Staff interaction I would rate this hotel an EXCELLENT. However, my reason for selecting a 3//5 rating is THE FAULT OF WINDHAM HOTEL CORPERATE for the low score. I would rate them a 1/5. Here's why: 1. They don't seem to care about any customer that books through a non Windham agency. No rewards given at all. (We did stay in their facility didn't we???? Only if booked though them will you get any ”points”. At least give ”some points or rewards”. 2. Their policy on no accepting a virtual card for payment per their ”Out of Country Reservation System” (Real AMERICAN Supporting Corporation, HA!). Most people use virtual cards for safety and security. 3. The facility does not have a ”NO BACKING IN” Policy for parking. That leaves them liable if some one succumbs to Exhaust fumes from vehicles that are parked in backwards with the tail pipe very close proximity of the A/C unites in each room. We were in our room for over 2 hours to take a nap, and when we got ready to leave we had extreme headaches and felt very light headed and woozy. We realized that a vehicle had been backed into the space in front of our room while the engine ran the whole time we were in the room sleeping. The A/C had ****** in exhaust the whole time we had napped. VERY DANGEROUS. When advised the owner HE immediately told us that he would initiate a strict policy against backed in Parking. In talking with some of the staff during the more than sufficient breakfast of scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, huge waffles, and very delicious breakfast sausage, along with what is often standard for Economy Lodging of other companies of cold breakfast cereal and toast, rolls and perhaps some fruit and yogurt. Nothing too fancy but just what a traveler wants to start the day. Several indicated after we thanked them for the great breakfast that WYNDHAM was indicating that ”breakfast was being phased OUT???? !!!!!. That is probably the one thing that is a determiner of whether to stay or not. NO Breakfast!! NO STAY! I realize that it is probable to say that most of the WYNDHAM Hierarchy has NOT ever stayed overnight in the Days Inn Facilities across the country. I'm sure they stay in the HIGH CLASS hotels instead who have excellent breakfasts usually. Eliminate a good breakfast and eliminate a great many of your patrons. You will for sure get a big -1 rating for that. 4. There is NO place to hang your clothes while staying there overnight or for an extended few days. One likes to be able to hang up the clothes and relax instead of living out of the suitcase. No closet in the room. Only a colored board on the wall with two extremely large L shaped hooks that will not let a shirt even be hung without falling down. Hangers if you have them will not fit on them either. When asked about why the staff personnel simply stated that WYNDHAM removed the closets and replaced them with the ”two useless deformed hooks” (that's last part is my rendition” not what they really said.) When asked why, they said they have no answer simply lots of complaints about it. MY PLEA is: ”WAKE UP WYNDHAM” and stop being like so many corporations are who seem to only care about the ”ALMIGHTY DOLLAR” instead of being there to REALLY serve the public who may not be so wealthy and for whom the ”Economy Hotels” were made for. They still need to be comfortable and usable. l

El lobby estaba lleno de huéspedes durante más de 3 horas tratando de entrar con sólo 1 en el escritorio frontal, parecía que algunos huéspedes tenían reservas reservadas en línea y no estaba en el sistema después de 1 hora. La habitación era muy buena, pero el lector de tarjetas de habitaciones no estaba funcionando. El desayuno era muy débil y una cafetería de desayunos. El hotel está abierto a la hospitalidad de Krank.

Much better than the last time and I am absolutely grateful that we could work things out and the staff was amazing and the communication has definitely gotten so much better and what a blessing may all are so from my last review till now please exclude that I was disrespectful I wasn’t understanding And they have things going on that they had no control over and I should have been a better person which I was not absolutely amazing staff blessed by God and a heart of gold and I’m thankful that they took my apology for my rudeness of the last review. It was an all God trip this time and that’s the only way I can say it is Love God first and the things that we do wrong he’ll help correct even if we’re stubborn old mules, and I’m just thankful that they forgave me and what a blessed visit it was I’m cleaning this was 100%. They went above and beyond on all levels and just so much more so don’t question when you stay here I never will again they are very forgiving people even when we make mistakes and get misconstrued and I’m grateful for that, I thank God for this visit again and the ability to have a safe place to stay and very caring and loving people All ages  and hearts of gold so the one thing I can say I’ve learned all this before we use our sharp tongues and source to tear somebody down or tear a place down. Remember our wrongs cause no one is perfect even if we have to eat the crow at least do it with learning and understanding that the next time that could actually hurt a business and take away from them and that’s not right beyond lovely people people of God I’m grateful for everything and anything and I can’t say in detail, but I just can’t say enough that treat him like gold. They deserve it. Don’t treat him like crap. We’re all human. Please remember that God gave us a chance to love and cheer people up. Remember, they have good days and bad days too like we do. They deserve respect, honor, and being treated like class not beneath our feet, and these people are way above and honorable and classy, and I’m thankful for them! y’all have a blessed day just remember who you tear down you may not get a second chance to fix it hope and pray that God will let you fix it his way not our way. Thank you to the amazing staff the building and everything I was truly blessed to just be in the presence of y’all and magnificent of being around y’all and your nice building and I thank God for people like you have an absolutely blessed day and trust God with your life you’ll fix what we can’t fix!

Esta es la peor destrucción que he tenido, las fotos no engañan nada como un resort y o Hotel, este es más probable un motel de nivel 5 tan engañan tan alto precio por la calidad real de las habitaciones. El ambiente es bueno, el personal de servicio es entusiasta y hay un gimnasio en la planta baja. Desafortunadamente, no supe cuándo me fui. No hay centros comerciales cercanos, pero no está lejos de centros comerciales como Galleria.

Hotel muy funcional con desayuno básico y un parque tranquilo y agradable cerca, a 20 minutos del centro de Austin. Me alojé en una habitación básica con cama tamaño queen y en una suite (resultaron ser idénticas), cerca del eclipse de Texas en abril de 2024. Ventajas: * Incluso la habitación más básica es muy funcional: escritorio y silla ergonómica para trabajar con la computadora, mininevera, microondas, sofá, cama cómoda * Desayuno básico hasta las 9 a. m.: burritos y galletas para microondas, huevos duros, leche y cereales, manzanas, naranjas, café, jugo * Personal muy servicial (guardaron mi equipaje, recibieron paquetes, imprimieron etiquetas, ampliaron mi reserva varias veces) * Parque tranquilo y agradable para caminar o trotar, a 3 minutos a pie (el sendero para caminatas y bicicletas del MetCenter). Casi no había nadie allí cada vez que fui. * Pequeña sala de fitness con 3 máquinas cardiovasculares * Servicio de traslado al aeropuerto por 8 USD, más recogida gratuita desde el aeropuerto * El ascensor ahora funciona Contras: * El wifi era extremadamente rápido en el vestíbulo, pero en el tercer piso era inestable y se desconectaba brevemente varias veces por hora. Como en la mayoría de los otros hoteles, el wifi también te desconecta más de 2 veces al día y tienes que iniciar sesión (con la misma contraseña). Realmente no entiendo el sentido de esto, y si el cierre de sesión ocurre durante una videollamada, estás en problemas hasta que te vuelvas a conectar 💥, O si estás en tu teléfono, se conecta a los datos y consume ancho de banda para manejar el video. Microtel, por favor, detén esta práctica tonta. * El wifi del televisor funcionó solo el primer día (para que otros dispositivos pudieran conectarse y transmitirle contenido), y nunca más desde entonces. * La zona no tiene nada interesante a 5 minutos a pie, pero está a unos 15 minutos en Uber del centro de Austin. Los Ubers tardan unos 5 minutos en llegar. Así que considera 20 minutos para llegar al centro. * Las paredes no son las más gruesas, así que podía escuchar a los vecinos chocando cosas contra ellas, pero en general ambas habitaciones eran silenciosas. * El colchón crujía un poco. * El desayuno termina a las 9 a. m. Very good customer service and very clean environment, keep it up. It's also fair priced even though it's best location. I definitely use this hotel on my next trip, thank you once again.

La habitación era muy agradable y actualizada. La ubicación era excelente y a pocos pasos del concierto Kid Rock.
