最驚喜的是服務，前台全程微笑接待，辦理入住高效又貼心，有任何需求都響應迅速，甚至會分享本地遊玩攻略，親切感拉滿。早餐品類豐富味道正宗，吃飽喝足開啟行程超滿足，部分房型還有特色設計，性價比直接拉滿。 不管是出差還是旅行，這裏都是理想下榻地，已經推薦給朋友，下次來一定還選天興酒店！

Great location, across from Zhongshan square and 15 minutes walk to Russia street. The marina is a short 10-15 mini taxi ride. This hotel is like an old style China hotel, it’s kind of grand and is kept in relatively good condition, but it is dated with dark wood furniture and not in keeping with the high expectation of an InterContinental, especially compared with other cities. Also, there is a weird smell in the room, and the breakfast spread is limited, even in the club lounge. Also, there was no acknowledgment of my milestone birthday, which was disappointing. On the positive, the executive room is a nice size, bathroom is huge, shower is powerful, the condition is ok, bed and pillows are comfortable, no coffee machine, but free access to lounge with afternoon tea on both days and happy hour where food is served. The pool is large and up to 1.8m deep. The price is relatively good, so overall it was enjoyable. Thanks also to Grace who gave me a late check out and a magnet. I hope they refurbish the hotel soon, as it could be better, through it ain’t that bad ether.

We enjoyed our stay in this centrally located property. Although the reception attendants were unable to interact in English, they took time to understand our concerns and provide solutions. Breakfast was available with a large variety of items but few vegan options to select from.

The location is good, it is near to TaiYuan Walking Street, literally just next to it. Close to the train station as well, though we didn't use the train at all. Many shopping and local eateries nearby. The hotel itself is quite old, but everything is workable! Room cleanliness is not top notch, but very much clean and prompt response from the team whenever request is made. They also helped us to receive and store our parcels from TaoBao, this is a very good service that we like. The washing and drying machine is working great as well, we wash and dry our clothes almost each day! Hot water is also always available. The gym is good, breakfast we didn't take much as we prefer the other restaurant food around the area. Overall, we really like this hotel. It's one of the best hotel that we stayed especially on this pricing.

Good room: big, clean and comfortable. Chinese breakfast but some salad, bread, eggs, fruits and cereals and me and my family enjoyed it, plus the view in the breakfast room was nice. Finally, with a nice playground inside and outside. We could not use the outside one. I believe then we would have to pay for it.

去芭莎拍婚紗照去住了兩晚，很讓我驚喜。 居然跟五星級酒店服務差不多，還有開夜床的時候服務，跟服務員走了個尷尬的碰頭，很負責的還刷房卡驗證了一下。 送東西很快，借了個指甲刀還讓我簽字，避免不必要的糾紛，很多酒店都可以借鑒一下，入店送的兩個蘋果挺好吃的哈哈 停車特別方便，停車場很大 房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全 早餐好吃，種類多

1. 位置： 離商場特別近便。 2. 服務： 前台小姐姐Nina笑容很甜，主動幫我們升級了房型。服務響應也很快。 3. 房間： 床墊和枕頭超級舒服，拯救了我的頸椎！洗浴用品品質很好，不是那種廉價的。 4. 景色： 房間的落地窗視野超棒。強烈推薦給注重細節和體驗的朋友！

Me alegro de volver. Me alojé hace algunos años, así que esta estancia fue sentimental. En aquel entonces, el Hotel Friendship era sin duda el mejor alojamiento disponible en la ciudad. En la mayoría de los aspectos, sin duda sigue siéndolo. Mi habitación de negocios, limpia y bien equipada, tenía todo lo necesario, con una cama cómoda. No había ningún olor a humo en el suelo. El conserje del vestíbulo fue muy servicial. El personal estuvo atento y acudió enseguida cuando pensé que tenía un problema con una bombilla en la habitación. Un interruptor oculto. La selección de la cena buffet fue bastante justa esta vez; quizás un poco aceitosa y, en mi opinión, demasiado cara, pero la selección del desayuno lo compensa con creces. El ambiente de hotel más elegante que he visto aquí. La verdad es que no tuve oportunidad de probar la sauna ni los masajes. Ahorraré y volveré algún día. Xie xie.

We enjoyed a lot the stay at this hotel. Nice location beside a large park, excellent food and service. Wang Jing, service manager at the reception, was especially helpful to book tickets for our visit at the Imperial Palace. The ladies at the Horizon Club Lounge made us the spent time there pleasurable.Thank you all!

️⃣ 家人們誰懂啊😆！這次住的酒店太讓人驚喜啦！房間佈置温馨又時尚，設施齊全，智能馬桶用起來超爽🚽。隔音效果也槓槓的，晚上睡覺一點不受外界干擾。酒店的早餐種類豐富，味道超讚，每天都能吃得飽飽的開啟新一天🥪。工作人員熱情周到，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。住這兒真的太舒心了，必須給五星好評🌟！
