Durante mi estancia en el Fushun Friendship Hotel, quedé profundamente impresionado con la experiencia general de servicio. El profesionalismo y la atención al detalle del personal fueron evidentes en todo momento, con eficiencia y calidez. La experiencia gastronómica en el restaurante chino fue particularmente admirable. Los platos tenían un sabor auténtico y estaban meticulosamente preparados, lo que reflejaba una clara dedicación a la calidad de los ingredientes y la artesanía culinaria. Cada plato era un testimonio de la maestría de la cocina. Mientras disfrutaba de nuevas mezclas de café y refrescos en el bar del vestíbulo durante mi tiempo libre, el joven personal femenino mantuvo un comportamiento educado y cortés, participando en conversaciones amigables y naturales que realzaron el ambiente relajado. Durante varios días, el hotel demostró altos estándares en todos los aspectos: servicio, gastronomía y ambiente, creando un ambiente confortable y reconfortante. Espero con ansias la oportunidad de volver a alojarme aquí en el futuro.

La habitación es muy grande, hay instalaciones para tener, hay demasiados mejores condiciones que el hotel de platos, el precio es muy alto, si vaya a platos de automóviles puede vivir más lejos para el campamento, puede elegir más espacio

酒店距離古城約6公里、距海邊約3公里，周邊沒有商業配套，處於開發階段，有一些工地。 酒店主體位於一棟公寓樓的7層以上，大堂設在7樓，而下方則是洗浴場所，這種商住混合的結構比較混亂，進入一樓完全沒有酒店的感覺，有免費停車場，但由於與洗浴中心共用，車位在高峯期會比較緊張，對於自駕遊客來説需要提前做好心理準備。 作為一家較新的酒店，其硬件設施有其亮點。8樓的洗衣房和健身房為長住客人提供了便利。客房採用公寓式設計，配備了微波爐等簡易烹飪設備，帶有觀景陽台，營造出居家旅行的氛圍。不過，從細節來看，房間的裝修做工略顯粗糙，許多明顯的工程遺留問題尚未妥善處理，淋浴噴頭堵塞水流小，影響了整體的居住質感和體驗，陽台外的景觀沒什麼亮點，應該可以看到日出。這家酒店在管理和服務細節上仍有較大的提升空間。它具備便利的地理位置和公寓式酒店的硬件基礎，但若想真正匹配希爾頓的品牌標準，需要在工程精裝細部和服務品質上投入更多精力，讓客人的入住體驗更加完善。

為了看遼河，特意選了河景房，房間不大但是很舒適，空調很足，還有加濕器，水果，望遠鏡，床品很舒適，晚上有人在河邊放🎆，順着遼河溜達，空氣新鮮，看着河裡的冰凌順溜而行，河對面就是盤錦，蘆葦盪茂密。早餐非常豐富。

We enjoyed a lot the stay at this hotel. Nice location beside a large park, excellent food and service. Wang Jing, service manager at the reception, was especially helpful to book tickets for our visit at the Imperial Palace. The ladies at the Horizon Club Lounge made us the spent time there pleasurable.Thank you all!

Incredible stay at this beautiful hotel! From the moment we checked in the service was impecable. Lena made us feel at home and took care of every detail to make our stay pleasant. Our children enjoyed the pool and play area. The suite was very comfortable and the staff left some sweets, toiletries and slippers for the kids. Lena helped us with our dinner options and even helped us with translation at the restaurant. She was there for our checkout as well and even accompanied us to our taxi. We were very impressed with the customer service and will certainly be back. Thank you!

Lovely experience. The staff were helpful, I arrived early and they managed to give me a room. The breakfast spread is amazing! It’s right in front of the subway station and I could walk to the theatre opposite, which worked out really well as I was there to attend a concert. There was even a little rooftop garden at the restaurant level. Didn’t have time to use the amazing fitness facilities. Would love to stay again.

The hotel is very pleasant, the apartment style makes it comfortable with children. Kitchen is equipped with the most necessary items, which is ideal when you have picky eaters so you can cook quick and easy meals. The hotel also have a restaurant that serves western food. The location is next to a lot of shopping centres, and underground malls. The train station is around 10 minutes walk, also it’s between two metro stops which both around 8-10 minutes walk. The gym is great, a lot of good quality equipment. The playgym for the kids also nice, maybe a few more toys would be good but overall it’s a good place to burn some energy for them. I highly recommend this hotel. My children enjoyed the Cinema too.
