Their warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness are the reasons I always return. Yes, the hotel is older and may not offer the trendy facilities or “internet-famous” features that newer hotels in big cities provide. However, what Hualian Hotel offers is something far more valuable: genuine hospitality, consistent 5-star service, and a team of people who really care about their guests. This is something no other hotel can replicate. Highly recommended and sincerely appreciated. I am extremely satisfied with my stay.

新開的酒店，地裏位置很好，訂的山景房，直接就能看到首山的烽火台，日落很美，房間也很乾凈，服務人員也非常的熱情，衹要在酒店看到工作人員，就會主動打招呼問候，很親切，樓下很大的免費停車場，前台在七樓，正好趕上平安夜和聖誕節，佈置的很温馨，特別適合打卡，早餐也很豐富，還有很多外國友人用餐，感覺到了國外一樣， 24h自助DIY花式咖啡:，有打印機，辦公的區域，挺合理的設計，每個沙發下面都會有usb插口，這是萬萬沒想到的，出行很方便，出酒店幾百米就會有公交車，如果坐車來，有直接到葫蘆島北站或者興城西站的公交車，興城消費也還可以，特色美食也很多，酒店對面有個渤海船校，有一條美食街，都很好吃，不願意出酒店，外賣也很方便，一樓有個機器人能給送上去，涼了也沒事，房間裏配備了微波爐，還有小冰箱，專門洗水果的水盆，真的很不錯，最主要的是，能帶寵物入住，總之，入住體驗很好，下次來訂個海景房，聽説能看到美麗的日出

去芭莎拍婚紗照去住了兩晚，很讓我驚喜。 居然跟五星級酒店服務差不多，還有開夜床的時候服務，跟服務員走了個尷尬的碰頭，很負責的還刷房卡驗證了一下。 送東西很快，借了個指甲刀還讓我簽字，避免不必要的糾紛，很多酒店都可以借鑒一下，入店送的兩個蘋果挺好吃的哈哈 停車特別方便，停車場很大 房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全 早餐好吃，種類多

We enjoyed a lot the stay at this hotel. Nice location beside a large park, excellent food and service. Wang Jing, service manager at the reception, was especially helpful to book tickets for our visit at the Imperial Palace. The ladies at the Horizon Club Lounge made us the spent time there pleasurable.Thank you all!

Good room: big, clean and comfortable. Chinese breakfast but some salad, bread, eggs, fruits and cereals and me and my family enjoyed it, plus the view in the breakfast room was nice. Finally, with a nice playground inside and outside. We could not use the outside one. I believe then we would have to pay for it.

Although my stay in the hotel for two days was for business trip and I did not tell anyone about my birthday, I was quite impressed that the hotel arrange a quite big and tasty birthday cake with candles for me during my stay (free of charge). Also the breakfast is nice, and the female chef making Jianbin / Chinese pancake is quite friendly and enthusiastic.

Incredible stay in a great family room. My son couldn’t believe how awesome it was. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Breakfast was always crowded, but the staff did a great job at quickly finding us a table. Excellent service. The clown in the lobby was a big hit and did a great job interacting with the kids!
