Very comfortable stay here, good sized bedrooms very well equipped. Staff very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

In my opinion, this InterContinental doesn’t measure up to others I’ve stayed at across China and the world. While the staff were excellent—accommodating late check-out and communicating well in English—the hotel itself felt old and worn out. My biggest letdown was the massage place (not hotel-operated), which was downright disgusting, offering inappropriate services that tainted my entire experience. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet was very good (especially the pork sandwiches), though overcrowded—avoid peak times if possible. The gym was decent, and the views/location were great for my trail run. A special shoutout to some outstanding staff, like Karl and Vincent—wish I could remember the others' names!

La ubicación es buena, muchas tiendas y restaurantes a una distancia a pie. La habitación era espaciosa y agradable. La temperatura estaba bien. El desayuno era principalmente chino local, casi nada como un estilo occidental. En general, el personal era agradable, aunque hablaban un poco de inglés, pero trataban de manejarlo.

La unidad de estilo condominal era increíblemente espaciosa, limpia y muy cómoda. El personal del escritorio del frente? Absolutamente sorprendente. Yo había enviado más de 10 parcelas antes de nuestra llegada (sí, compras de taobao en línea pre-excursión 🙈), y las habían ordenado bien en un troleo, listo para ser enviado a nuestra habitación en el momento que nos inspeccionamos. ¡Habla de un servicio pensado! El desayuno era más que suficiente buena variedad y fresco todos los días. En días nos desplazamos al buffet para visitar el mercado de la mañana, el personal incluso preparaba bebidas, frutas y sandwiches para que nos tomas en el camino. En general, nos sentíamos muy bien cuidados. espacio limpio, servicio caliente y gran hospitalidad. Seguramente quedáramos aquí otra vez y lo recomendaría sin hesitar. 💯

Incredible stay at this beautiful hotel! From the moment we checked in the service was impecable. Lena made us feel at home and took care of every detail to make our stay pleasant. Our children enjoyed the pool and play area. The suite was very comfortable and the staff left some sweets, toiletries and slippers for the kids. Lena helped us with our dinner options and even helped us with translation at the restaurant. She was there for our checkout as well and even accompanied us to our taxi. We were very impressed with the customer service and will certainly be back. Thank you!

去芭莎拍婚紗照去住了兩晚，很讓我驚喜。 居然跟五星級酒店服務差不多，還有開夜床的時候服務，跟服務員走了個尷尬的碰頭，很負責的還刷房卡驗證了一下。 送東西很快，借了個指甲刀還讓我簽字，避免不必要的糾紛，很多酒店都可以借鑒一下，入店送的兩個蘋果挺好吃的哈哈 停車特別方便，停車場很大 房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全 早餐好吃，種類多

Excellent hotel across the street from a new Wanda Shopping Mall. It's modern, clean, and friendly. The breakfast is good serving both western and Chinese style food. The coffee is delicious, and the floor managers give excellent service. The front desk is very helpful and friendly. This is our second time to stay there, but it will not be our last. Oh... The bed is very comfortable. I'm not sure I ever turned over the first night we slept there.

Durante mi estancia en el Fushun Friendship Hotel, quedé profundamente impresionado con la experiencia general de servicio. El profesionalismo y la atención al detalle del personal fueron evidentes en todo momento, con eficiencia y calidez. La experiencia gastronómica en el restaurante chino fue particularmente admirable. 酒店工作人員辦理入住，很快給免費升級了，房型是兩張1米五的，住着很大很舒適，衹要續住的話，都會給你打掃的。非常不錯，我們用品和水這些衹要沒了，都會給你補齊的我，不需要跟前台説就行，酒店也位於市中心，去哪兒都挺方便的，非常不錯，還會再次來他家入住的

El hotel es grande con buenas instalaciones. Sólo no puedo entender que este hotel caro no ofrece jugo fresco para el desayuno. El ingrediente natural y de calidad debe ser un must. Para el resto todo perfecto. Será de vuelta
