One of the staff in reception was so rude. We came 2 hours earlier for early check in so later at 2pm we will just take the card. But at 2pm, another staff which is the rude one didnt said anything regarding the room either ready or not. She just busying herself with the phone. So we ask, why need to wait? She answered with a little bit high note, ”tiada bilik ready skg. Sy tunggu housekeeping update bilik kosong.” No appologies at all. We understand if no rooms available, but please inform guests & use your manners. Need to wait another 30 minutes to get a room. 🥲🥲

OK, nice and clean room, nice for rest a while, and it in mall so just out if look for food or shopping.

The hotel is near to attraction places which is craft market and have dobi service beside hotel. The view is excellent which is ocean view. The breakfast should have improve to have more variety. Amenities room is excellent and have more spaces. The problem is WiFi is very slow.

Love the stay! 😍 We stayed at Studio Premier Queen Room and it was perfect for my husband and I as they have literally everything! From the kitchen utensils, pots & pans, toaster, chopping board, knifes, they even have microwave! They even have iron & iron board! It really feels like home ❤️ Oh, also they have complete facilities too such as public washing machine, gym, swimming pool, meetinh room & more ~ Citadines Waterfront Kota Kinabalu is just located at the city centre, it's so convenient! Thank again for the pleasant stay, love the friendly staffs too 💞 Definitely will be back again with my family next! 🥰

Disfruté mucho de mi estancia en Cititel. El hotel está cerca del mercado de alimentos y de la zona de negocios, por lo que podemos encontrar diversos alimentos en los alrededores del hotel. No preparan una jarra de agua hirviendo, pero podemos usar el dispensador que está cerca del ascensor.

Muy buena ubicación. Cerca del mercado filipino, Gaya Street (mercado nocturno en sábado noche y mercado húmedo en domingo mañana), tiendas, restaurantes convenientes. Todo en la distancia de caminar. También, karaoke, salon, masaje (rm50/hr) también en la distancia de caminar. Angkut Van está enfrente del hotel que puede llevarte a muchas otras ciudades como Kota Belud, Ranau, Marudu, etc. También hay autobús a Uitm & UPM. La única cosa es el tablero de hierro es una habitación exterior (localización compartida en la parte delantera del ascensor) y el secador de pelo está acoplado al baño y lleva tanto tiempo para secar el pelo)

I initially stayed 2 nights January 2025, climbed Mt Kinabalu, and came back for another night. Different but similar rooms. Very comfortable bed, great shower; mini-fridge and safe also available. Restaurant served good food. A pity the Spa wasn’t open as after my mountain climb I could hardly walk and my legs and back badly needed a massage! Hamizam Bin Ismail, the Front Office Manager, was always very friendly and eager to assist wherever he could.

Hotel berdepan dengan suria sabah which is nice la senang nak shopping or beli emergency things... Parking ada (reserve RM15 per day) and the staff soo goooodddd boleh tengokkan our cars. For the room, okay aje, not too modern but not an old style too.. standard. Will stay here again 👍 Boleh book bilik 812 ada sea view. Boleh book bilik 820 ada town view.

Situación en KK city, justo delante del mercado filipino. Habitaciones espaciosas y cómodas, aunque les falta algo de mantenimiento, en la nuestra había algún desperfecto sin importancia y al entrar por primera vez un trozo de falso techo en el suelo…(lo limpiaron rápidamente en cuanto avisé). Desayuno excelente, occidental y asiático, gran variedad y calidad. La piscina bonita, pero no la utilizamos: tapada del sol con un gran toldo y con el agua turbia…la gente (por cultura), se baña vestida. Pedimos habitaciones contiguas por viajar con nuestros dos hijos menores adolescentes. Al llegar no las tenían preparadas, nos las dieron pero a nosotros nos adjudicaron, sin consultar, una habitación para minusválidos y no nos gustó ya que resulta incómodo por la altura de las picas en los baños y la ducha sin mampara. Amabilidad “selectiva” del personal de recepción. Al hacer el check in a las dos personas (asiáticas) de al lado que estamos haciendo el mismo trámite, les obsequiaron con un upgrade. Al preguntar si a nosotros también nos lo daban, la persona que me atendía me miró con cara de pocos amigos y me dijo: usted recibe lo que ha reservado y pagado.

¡Excelente instalaciones 😁! La limpieza es buena. A las 15.00 horas, no hay chico de campanilla en el hotel para ayudarnos con el equipaje. La recepción que nos ayudó con nuestro cheque es muy poco profesional. 2 de ellos tienen keropok en su escritorio y comen en mi frente. Después incluso intercambian el keropok unos a otros. No la vi lavar la mano antes de manipular mi chave/documento de la habitación del hotel! Otro servicio, para la cuestión de aire acondicionado y agua caliente, después de aplastarlos, vinieron bastante a tiempo para resolver el problema. La única razón por la que regresaré es su tamaño de hotel, excelente vista de habitaciones y vista del desayuno.

Hyatt Regency hace honor a su marca en Sabah. Hospitalidad ejemplar, habitación ultra limpia, excelente ubicación, desayuno maravilloso y personal increíble. No me arrepiento de haber elegido la opción del club lounge con vista al mar, incluso la comida del lounge era excepcionalmente deliciosa. ¡Felicitaciones al chef! Un poco antiguo en términos de mobiliario, pero conserva el estilo clásico de principios de la década de 2000, lo que me trae buenos recuerdos de mis viajes y de mi estadía en varios Hyatt.

The location was good as all the eateries and convenience stores were within walking distance. However, I could only give as little as 1 star to its cleanliness. My wife found out that there was a blood stain on the bedsheet and we requested it to be changed to the guy at the reception. We requested it while on our way out for dinner and the receptionist notified the housekeeper to handle it before we got back. When we returned, the bedsheet was still where it was, so I called reception again and I was appalled that he told me they got to the wrong room. The room number was mentioned to the reception earlier, but I was just shocked they could make such a silly mistake as tedious as this one.

Overall our 2-night stay at Hyatt Centric KK was comfy n relaxing. The lobby n top floor lounge ambience is excellent~feeling of calmness. Rooms are spacious n clean with beautiful sunset seaview. We especially like the bathroom with sitting bench~ a considerate design for guests who prefer to sit n shower. Restaurant staff were very well-mannered n helpful. The hotel is well located just opposite the Sabah Suria shopping mall, so it's very convenient if you wish to dine out or shop around…

Stayed two nights in a seaview room. Room was clean, mattress and pillows fresh and comfortable, and the view was outstanding. Food and service at the hotel restaurant Cafe Boleh and the poolside restaurant was good. We had thin-crust pizza by the pool both days. Only disappointment, Cafe Boleh ran out of fish for ”fish and chips” on the 2nd day when we tried to order it for dinner.

it was a beautiful spot to see the sunset. Unfortunately during our stay the weather was not so great, we couldn't see the famous sunset. The breakfast was great and room was great. I will visit here If I am ever in town again. I love the swimming pool. The package was somewhat useful but can be better. The only complaint I have is the snorkeling aera. After a long trip arrived at hotel and quickly signed in. We were upgraded to a fantastic room, however phone and TV not working but a great balcony view of the South. China Sea and to the left the jungle. It was lovely to sit and watch the various birds and fireflies. Malaysia Airlines had lost one of our bags and did not seem concerned however after no success we spoke with James at reception who soon sorted it out and it arrived at 9pm. One day wasted Thanks Malaysia Airlines. The next day we had a leisurely breakfast plentiful and good choices of Malay and Western. Very courteous staff. Saw our first monitor lizard and had a garden tour by. a very informative employee Roy. Decided against the nature walk as advised not much to see this time of year. Spent most the day on the empty beach ( Some jellyfish but otherwise a nice dip) and in empty swimming pool. 3 linked pools lovely and warm but needs some maintenance and jacuzzi not working. Only a couple of restaurants were open and although quality of food was good the menus were similar. On our last day we had a very good Chinese style meal in The Noble House (Only open until early evening). As with most meals we were the only ones in the restaurant. All meals were very reasonably priced. The advertised firefly. tour was cancelled due to low tide but Christina arranged a private trip to see them and also the proboscis monkey. Well worth it. . Points to Note Low occupancy with the majority of guests staying overnight only, meant we had pools and beach to ourselves and the restaurants were virtually empty. Disadvantage was that some restaurants. and snack places did not open. Lovely remote location fantastic view , beach and garden walks however nothing in walking distance of the resort so unless taking a. taxi or day trip would not see or meet other local people restaurants or shops. Note the hotel shop has very limited souvenirs and only a few crisps and drinks. We had a great relaxing time, the hotel needs some updating and maintenance but that did not affect our.enjoyment. Staff were helpful and courteous and room clean and well stocked with water tea and coffee. A/C fine. So if you want a relaxing beach and pool holiday with good food and when we were there tranquility we recommend Nexus. PS book trips at the hotel as the one we booked through our agent was about 3 times more.

看到標了五星級選的，總體來説，跟國內真正的五星級酒店比較，還是有一丟丟差距的，不過也不妨礙這個酒店是仙本那鎮上最好的酒店。 先説好的： 1. 因為酒店是新的緣故，設施什麼都是新的，無邊泳池景色超讚，小童樂園對親子游的遊客來説是加分項 2. 酒店自身環境舒適，房間也乾淨，酒店周圍環境就不要太期待了，遠處的海景和日出日落可以期待一下。 不足之處: 1. 早餐不夠豐富 2. 泳池底部小朋友説比較臟

Muy amable y muy limpio. Se preparó una cena muy agradable a pedido y antes tomamos unas cervezas heladas. Se encuentra a 15 minutos en coche de Semporna. Una ubicación encantadora y tranquila en el medio de la nada, pero que sirve como base excelente para ir a la isla de Mabul o a Lahad Datu. ¡Excelente relación calidad-precio!

El entorno aquí es realmente bueno, el super-exit 📸 El personal es de Malasia local, el director es chino, la comunicación está libre de obstáculos, especialmente entusiasmo 🤗 El cuarto está limpio y limpio, el tiempo de estacionamiento es gratuito para transportar el autobús al puerto, y el viaje es muy conveniente

Good location near the Seafest jetty. Decent hotel with decent sized rooms. Nice sunset view from the room window. However, the rooms are quite old and the air conditioner is not cold at all. Otherwise the shower water pressure is great. The breakfast buffet has limited options and the food is below average. The egg counter gives pre-cooked eggs instead of made-to-order

Overall I enjoyed our stay in sky water villa. When I was booking I read the reviews also worried that they are a bit old, so that the houses might not be well maintained. But during my stay I feel like the houses are used but still in okay manner. The best thing for this hotel is that I think they have the best house reef, and you can see turtles at night from your balcany. I went snorkling a few times during my stay I saw quite a few clown fish aka nemo and many fishes and even a sea eel one day. They also provide “galss” kayak which you can watch sunset on it. And the best thing they offer is that the tours you book with the villa starts around 10 am, you can just get ready and wait in your room, and when the boat is here the staff will get you from your room, and you’ll finish the tour around 3-4 pm which is the afternoon tea time at the villa. Instead of in the town area you need wake up early and meet and wait at the jetty around 8:15 am . And power supply is stable just may be ocassion blackout but it would turn back on very soon. However I do think they need to clean their air con as the one in our room seems very dusty, we had to clean the filter ourselves, they were very dusty. And during the afternoon coz our villa faces the sunset direction the air con feels a bit not strong enough. And the aircon outer unit is installed right at the room’s wall so it’s a little bit noisy, I’d suggest why not just use a more powerful window unit instead. The food is so so, but it’s difficult to cater everyone’s preference for food. The hotel is not cheap and maybe not very cost effective compare to hotels in other places, but to be fair i think if you want to go to semporna, this might be a reasonable option as overall semporna and malaysia is very expensive for tourists. And i higly recommend to stay at least 2-3 nights instead of 1 night to fully enjoy and relax yourself.

Investigué mucho antes de ir allí y finalmente elegí esta casa de agua de mar gelatinosa recién inaugurada. Después de tomar el barco durante 20 minutos y llegar, ¡el paisaje estaba más allá de mi imaginación! Las instalaciones generales de la casa de agua son buenas. Hay una gran área de actividades.
