Was extremely pleased with the room - in fact, I have just booked the same for my next work trip. Very comfortable, stylish room. Small wardrobe for hanging clothes (seems obvious, but I had just stayed in a Hilton Hampton a few days before, and there was not so much as a coat hook). Great bathroom, with nice fragrance toiletries. Robe & slippers for relaxing. Important for me - desk / work place (although desk lamp didn't work) And of course, hotel is perfectly located near Utrecht Central, an important transit point. Thank you, team

Stayed here lots of times mainly for location and for cost. Serving area though needs enlarged as there is always a Que at any time. This time my table was gone by the time I returned!!!

La ubicación es inmejorable. La entrada está directamente en la planta baja de un centro comercial, lo que es súper conveniente para hacer compras y llevarlas directamente al hotel. Además, está a solo unos 5 minutos de la Estación Central. Eso sí, desde la estación hay que ir al segundo piso del centro comercial y luego buscar el ascensor para bajar a la planta baja donde está la entrada del hotel. El personal fue excelente y el desayuno, por lo que veo, ha sido subido en las fotos por otros. El único inconveniente del hotel es que el aislamiento acústico es realmente malo. Se escucha claramente a la gente caminar arriba, e incluso el sonido de la puerta de al lado al cerrarse hace vibrar la mesa de la habitación. Si el ruido no es un problema para ti, este hotel es sin duda la mejor opción en Utrecht.

I stayed here while visiting Utrecht for a rave, and honestly, it was the perfect choice. After an incredible night out, coming back to such a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel was absolute bliss. The bed deserves a mention — it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! Especially after hours of dancing, it felt like laying in heaven. The room was spotless, the staff were friendly and professional, and the whole place had a really calm, relaxing vibe. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to recharge after such a great event. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Utrecht — especially if you’re here for a night out and want somewhere peaceful and pristine to crash afterwards!

This hotel is far from the city centre, but there’s a bus from Utrecht Central Station (Bus 73). The hotel was cheaper than hotels in the city centre, that’s why we chose this instead, haha. The room style was retro 1980s, but everything is fully functional, so it doesn’t matter to us. The room size was big too, and there’s a bathtub. Breakfast was quite OK, and since it’s not easy to find anything to do in the morning in Holland since most shops and restaurants are still closed before 10 a.m., we just added this last minute for €19.50/pp. Next time, it’s better to book a room with breakfast when staying in Holland. I always forgot this.

La ubicación es perfecta, justo al lado de la estación central de Utrecht y de un gran centro comercial. Pase el centro comercial y estará en el centro de la ciudad. Tiene piscina y un pequeño gimnasio en el último piso. El único problema que tuvimos fue que una de nuestras toallas tenía algunas manchas marrones, lo cual no parece muy agradable, pero se las mostramos y nos consiguieron unas limpias de inmediato. Además, no había acondicionador para el cabello, pero en otro de sus hoteles Inntel en el que nos hospedamos allí sí. Intenta conseguir una habitación que dé a las vías del tren, creo que tendría una mejor vista.

Aunque al principio me preocupaba que el hotel estuviera al lado de la estación de tren, lejos del centro, la verdad es que no importó. Aun así, era muy práctico. Me encantaron los detalles, como el agua con limón en recepción. El personal es mucho más amable que en otros NH en los que me alojé en los Países Bajos.

Nice, clean hotel in a great location for the train/tram and football stadium. Check in was quick and got a nice g&t welcome drink. Service was quick and the staff were friendly. The room was nice, but the view wasn’t the best. No kettle facilities in the room which is a must for me! However, they serve hot and cold drinks downstairs. The outdoor area on the canal was lovely in the sun! Would definitely stay again.

La habitación estaba muy limpia e higiénica. Me alojaría aquí de nuevo si tuviera la oportunidad. El precio era muy bueno. El centro de la ciudad está a solo 15 minutos en taxi. Puedes visitar fácilmente todas las atracciones de los alrededores.
