Vond bij het diner de maaltijdsalade minimaal terwijl ik een grote besteld had. Daarbij had ik nog een extra broodplank besteld en die kwam pas toen ik de salade al op had. Toen we om 23.00 bij het hotel kwamen wilde we nog een drankje doen maar de bar was al dicht. Erg jammer. Verder was het oke

Was extremely pleased with the room - in fact, I have just booked the same for my next work trip. Very comfortable, stylish room. Small wardrobe for hanging clothes (seems obvious, but I had just stayed in a Hilton Hampton a few days before, and there was not so much as a coat hook). Great bathroom, with nice fragrance toiletries. Robe & slippers for relaxing. Important for me - desk / work place (although desk lamp didn't work) And of course, hotel is perfectly located near Utrecht Central, an important transit point. Thank you, team

Stayed here lots of times mainly for location and for cost. Serving area though needs enlarged as there is always a Que at any time. This time my table was gone by the time I returned!!!

Room is not big but with high ceiling, I don't feel it too small. Mini bar in room offer free coffee capsule x 6pcs!! I finished 5 for the 2 evenings. 😁 Room is a bit cold with aircon, and started getting too warm after a few hours of heating. Common problem for hotels. It will be better if the shower bracket can be adjusted. But already feeling satisfied with the steaming hot water + good water pressure. In general, the stay is a good experience.

I stayed here while visiting Utrecht for a rave, and honestly, it was the perfect choice. After an incredible night out, coming back to such a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel was absolute bliss. The bed deserves a mention — it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! Especially after hours of dancing, it felt like laying in heaven. The room was spotless, the staff were friendly and professional, and the whole place had a really calm, relaxing vibe. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to recharge after such a great event. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Utrecht — especially if you’re here for a night out and want somewhere peaceful and pristine to crash afterwards!

This hotel is far from the city centre, but there’s a bus from Utrecht Central Station (Bus 73). The hotel was cheaper than hotels in the city centre, that’s why we chose this instead, haha. The room style was retro 1980s, but everything is fully functional, so it doesn’t matter to us. The room size was big too, and there’s a bathtub. Breakfast was quite OK, and since it’s not easy to find anything to do in the morning in Holland since most shops and restaurants are still closed before 10 a.m., we just added this last minute for €19.50/pp. Next time, it’s better to book a room with breakfast when staying in Holland. I always forgot this.

Sehr schönes Hotel, direkt am Bahnhof und dem historischen Zentrum von Utrecht. Das Hotel verfügt über einen schönen Innenhof, wo man Fahrräder abstellen kann aber bietet auch Plätze im Hotel selbst. Das Zimmer war neu renoviert, aber ohne Badewanne, was für ein Hotel dieser Klasse etwas unüblich ist. Es gab eine kleine Panne mit der Wäsche, die zu spät gewaschen wurde und teilweise verloren ging, aber das Hotel war kulant, fand die verloren gegangene Kleidung und schickte sie nach. Wir haben im Cafe (im Freien im Innenhof) sehr gut gegessen. Auch das Frühstück war lecker.

Personal muy amable. Pedí un cambio de habitación porque la mía daba a las vías del tren y ningún problema. Hotel muy cómodo, muy cercano a la estación de tren y al centro de la ciudad. Camas muy cómodas y habitación muy limpia. La.tv no era smart. Volvería a alojarme en este hotel pero solicitaria una habitación que diera a la.plaza y no a las vías.

Nada de qué quejarse, excepto las camas, que podrían ser mejores. Después de 3 noches me dolía un poco la espalda. Ubicación perfecta, personal muy atento, la habitación era igualita a las fotos. ¡Y tenían un sho horn, muy bueno! ¡El desayuno era magnífico!

Reservé un tour con Kaiyuan Hotels y, para asegurar una conexión fluida con el tour, reservé dos días allí. Al llegar, descubrí que estaba bastante lejos del centro, así que quise cancelar mi estancia de un día, pasar una noche en la ciudad y volver al tour al tercer día. Por capricho, tras explicarle la situación, una recepcionista me dijo que confirmara con Ctrip, diciendo que si Ctrip aceptaba un reembolso, era posible cancelar. Ctrip respondió que si el hotel aceptaba, no había problema, y ​​le pidió a la recepcionista que contestara la llamada. Sin embargo, llegó un recepcionista, intercambió algunas palabras con la recepcionista y, de repente, cambió de tono, diciendo que no había mencionado nada sobre la cancelación. La recepcionista, quizás sintiéndose culpable, evitó seguir hablando. Solo estaba probando suerte y no tenía muchas esperanzas; la cancelación sería una grata sorpresa, y no cancelar sería comprensible. Pero mentir es un gran tabú en el sector servicios. El tono seguro al responder la llamada de atención al cliente de Ctrip me hizo parecer que mentía. Si tienes poco tiempo en Ámsterdam, es mejor reservar un hotel en el centro. Aunque las afueras son más económicas, el tiempo y el coste del transporte hacen que no merezca la pena.
