I stayed at this hotel in preko for one night and had a good stay there. All of the front desk staff were warm, friendly, and spoke excellent English, which made check-in and communication very easy. The room was spotless and well equipped, with everything I needed. I also really liked the dining area on the ground floor — it’s a comfortable space to relax or chat with friends. The outdoor seating is especially nice, with a lovely sea view and a peaceful atmosphere. There are, however, a few small areas that could be improved. The pool, sauna, and massage services are only available until 8 p.m., which makes it hard for guests staying just one night to enjoy them — especially if they spend the day exploring outside and return later in the evening. Another thing is the balcony. While the room itself was excellent, the balcony faced nearby residential buildings rather than the sea, so the view wasn’t as great as expected. A sea-facing view would have made the experience perfect. Regarding the food, I tried both breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was generally good, with a decent variety and acceptable quality, though not particularly impressive for a four- or five-star hotel. Dinner, on the other hand, felt overpriced. Although the restaurant has a perfect Google rating, I personally wouldn’t give it five stars. Most of the dishes tasted fine, but the portions were quite small and the flavors didn’t really justify the price (over €20–30 per dish). That said, the environment was lovely and the service was great, so overall, I would still rate the restaurant four stars. In summary, I had a pleasant stay and really appreciated the hospitality, cleanliness, and relaxing atmosphere. It would be even better if the spa facilities had longer opening hours and the dining experience offered better value for money. I’d still recommend this hotel, especially for those who plan to stay more than one night.

Sehr luxuriöses Hotel mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders positiv: barrierefrei und somit auch für Gäste mit Handicap bestens geeignet. Das Essen war hervorragend, das Personal durchweg superfreundlich. Getränke sind, wie in Kroatien üblich, recht teuer, dafür gab es für Hotelgäste tolle Sonderkonditionen am Strand (Liege + Schirm für 5 € statt 20 €). Strand typisch kroatisch mit Steinen, aber sehr gepflegt. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!

El hotel está justo al lado del mar, a 20 minutos a pie del casco antiguo. También se puede tomar una barca de remos (2 euros por trayecto) directamente a las murallas del casco antiguo desde el faro que hay en la entrada del hotel. Las habitaciones son nuevas. Las que dan al mar no tienen balcón, pero ofrecen vistas directas al mar, dos ventanas y mucha luz natural. Las habitaciones de un lado dan al mar, pero las vistas son diferentes; por lo general, se puede ver el mar desde ambos lados, mientras que desde el otro lado no. Daria, de recepción, fue increíblemente amable y nos ayudó muchísimo. Aunque tuvimos un pequeño problema, nos ayudó a encontrar una solución sin problemas. ¡Le estamos muy agradecidos! Sin duda, merece la pena visitar Zadar.

El hotel estaba muy bien. Muy tranquilo, muy agradable. También la comida era deliciosa. Los gerentes eran muy amables. Espero visitarla otra vez.

La ubicación es excelente, a tres minutos a pie del Órgano del Mar. Situado al final de la ciudad vieja, es un lugar tranquilo en medio del bullicio. Aunque es un hotel pequeño, cuenta con instalaciones completas y el baño es amplio, luminoso y confortable. Especialmente el servicio matutino es muy considerado y el espresso recién molido sabe muy bien. También hay varios especiales de desayuno cocinados con huevos hechos al momento. Como estaban tan deliciosos, pedí huevo frito con tostadas de aguacate para el desayuno dos días seguidos. Fue una muy buena experiencia. Volveré a elegir este hotel la próxima vez. El único inconveniente es que Ctrip publicó un aviso que decía que hay un servicio de recogida gratuito. Hicimos una reserva con Ctrip con anticipación. Luego, cuando llamamos al hotel con una noche de anticipación para confirmar, nos dijeron que no tenían. este servicio en absoluto. Sólo pudimos tomar un taxi hasta el hotel nosotros mismos. Espero que Ctrip verifique más a fondo si la información que nos proporcionó es incorrecta.
