Отель с виду выглядел неплохо, но, живя в номере, видно было, что отель старый , не хватает ремонта . В самой комнате не горел свет , крышка чайника была сломана. Мы были в Измире проездом только на одну ночь , поэтому переночевать сойдет. Персонал отзывчивый, мы вылетали рано утром и для нас завтраки открыли раньше , хоть и 10 минут, но уже плюс 👍.

I had the most comfortable stay during my trip to Turkey at this hotel. It is conveniently located within a commercial complex, right next to a modern, large shopping mall. The mall’s basement houses a food court with a variety of delicious options. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from metro and tram stations, providing direct access to the city center. The rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. To top it all off, the hotel's breakfast was absolutely delightful. Highly recommended for both convenience and comfort!

Nos ayudó mucho que nos dejaran guardar el equipaje antes del check-in. La ubicación era conveniente, muy cerca de la estación de Basmane en Esmirna. Al estar en el centro, no hay problemas con supermercados ni restaurantes. El desayuno era abundante y delicioso, así que quedé satisfecho.

Just right next to Basmane Gar Station. Nearby Agora Open Air Museum and Konak Pier and Clock Tower. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was good with stable hot water. There is a tv but couldn’t get it to the right channel to watch anything as it was in Turkish. No water bottle provided in the room but you can get a drink at the lobby with hot tea and coffee for free as well. Used the laundry service, it was on the very expensive side as they charge by number of clothes. Breakfast was good, very Turkish style. Overall, will come again.

Hotel location is very good. Hotel staffs are very friendly and polite. Meanwhile hotel facility is quite old. I’m living just next to Renaissance hotel in Shanghai, Putuo. I was expecting such a similar experience but disappointed with facilities. I’d recommend you to pay a bit more and stay at Marriott hotel which is at walking distance for a better experience. They’re the same group company.

В номере были длинные тёмные волосы на полу, в целом старая и уже протёртая мебель. Цена завышена как по мне, за старый номер. Балдахин над кроватью был закреплён только с одной или двух сторон, частично, местами отвалился и болтался. Было прохладно спать, кондиционер не дул тёплым воздухом. Самым главным плюсом отеля является расположение и администратор.

Always good service always good stuff always good welcome… perfect rooftop restaurant… very good service kind welcome and perfect cocktails and foods… Air conditioning wasn’t working well unfortunately wasn’t acceptable from 5 stars luxury hotels … maintenance should work more hard !!! And managers!!!

Estacionamiento gratuito, habitación triple estándar, llegó al hotel muy tarde, el gerente de recepción se mostró muy entusiasmado y ayudó con el check-in. Instalaciones: Habitación triple estándar Higiene: limpio y ordenado Servicio: Al desayunar, el abuelo de servicio vio las bolsas de agua caliente que trajimos e inmediatamente supo que éramos chinos y queríamos agua caliente, y se mostró muy entusiasmado de ayudar.
