Hoteles con gimnasio en Región de Marrakech-Safí, Marruecos

El día del check-in, llegué muy tarde y dije que quería una habitación tranquila, así que me enviaron al rincón más recóndito. Cuando entré por la puerta, las cortinas no estaban apretadas y sentí que era aún peor. Pedí un cambio de habitación. Afortunadamente, cambiar la habitación fue bastante rápido, pero la habitación de la planta baja se cambió porque había un bloque en el balcón del segundo piso, por lo que la iluminación no era buena en absoluto. Las tres comidas que tomé no tuvieron un día porque el desayuno terminaba a las 10 en punto. El almuerzo y la cena fueron similares y no hubo nada para comer. No vi ningún marisco excepto pescado a la parrilla. Las fotos eran engañosas. Hay bastantes lugares para jugar, pero el agua en otra piscina con tobogán está fría, por lo que solo se puede mostrar.

Vuelvo a la reseña. Olvidé tomar fotos, así que solo tomé una del vestíbulo. Instalaciones: ¡El precio fue sorprendentemente bueno! Las habitaciones eran bastante grandes, e incluso la cama individual de nuestra habitación triple era normal, lo cual fue una grata sorpresa: no era nada pequeña, mucho mejor que las literas metálicas de otros hoteles. Casi todas las habitaciones tenían balcón privado. El hotel también cuenta con muchas piscinas al aire libre, pero no pudimos disfrutarlas en invierno. También hay un gimnasio grande con buen equipamiento. El desayuno estuvo bastante bien, con tortitas de huevo y té de menta. Y lo más importante, incluso te sirvieron zumo; es raro encontrar un servicio tan bueno a este precio en un desayuno buffet. Limpieza: Era relativamente normal, considerando que el hotel no es nuevo. Las alfombras del baño eran un poco oscuras y las sábanas de la cama individual no estaban muy limpias, pero está bien por el precio. Por cierto, este hotel es muy grande. Nos alojamos en la zona del Sol, y había que caminar bastante desde el vestíbulo. Además, los ascensores son viejos y inestables.

Great resort for active families who like their sports. Includes paddle ball, full size football pitchel, basketball, volleyball, table tennis and lots of aqua activities. Good gym & indoor pool. Heated outdoor pool as well as a number of other outdoor pools. Includes VR/ gaming and arcades. Variety of entertainment. Lovely aqua park and water ropes course included for over 150cm people. The lobby bar is brilliant for coffee and amazing bakery. Also great for watching football. Rooms are large, modern and well equipped. Food is varied. Nice choice of non - veg like king prawns, smoked salmon, chicken kebabs, turkey steaks but can get repetitive after a few days. All inclusive drinks are good. Free shuttle bus to Medina is useful. 30 minutes away. Negative points is mainly really poor customer service, bad communication and some rude staff! Not 5 star service or attitudes! This is a number of staff from reception porters, ,bar & restaurant staff

El servicio es muy bueno, puede hacer spa y caliente, el servicio es muy bueno, los empleados hablan básicamente inglés

非常值得的酒店，可以説是整個摩洛哥之行的高光時刻，每個房間都是一個獨立的Riad 庭院，服務親切但不過分熱情，除了餐食一般，環境可以説是無可挑剔。馬拉喀什其實整體都比較臟亂差，酒店內和酒店外可以説是兩個世界，如果下次再來馬拉喀什，仍舊考慮住在這裏！

My first time for me and my wife with the 2 kids to try All inclusive Hotel. This serves to commend on the excellent service rendered by your friendly hotel’s staff during our stay from 5 February through 9 February 2025. The room allocations were done with effortless ease as we arrived there. The Superb Facilities start from Warm Swimming Pool, Aqua Park, Footbal Field, Tennis Court,Basketball Court, Mini Golf, Table Tennis, Kids Playground. And also standing applause for All of Entertainment teams. The chambermaids did and outstanding job in ensuring that the rooms were in order and cleaned. Additionally, the buffets served for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack time were highly sumptuous as we had a hearty time indulging in the array of varieties. Thankyou, we will definitely come back to this hotel.

Elegí este hotel porque tiene una gran zona para tomar el sol, el diseño interior es bueno y es necesario tomar un taxi para recorrer la ciudad. Lo único que el hotel puede mejorar es que los huéspedes del hotel dejan la tumbona para tomar el sol sin llevarse la toalla, por lo que los huéspedes del hotel que llegan al final de la tarde pueden confundirse al no encontrar la tumbona libre. Espero que el hotel pueda mejorar para controlar mejor esto en el futuro.

バスタブがあって、オールインクルーシブなホテルを探していたらこちらを見つけました。 市内からはタクシーで80MADで、約20分かかりました。 ホテルから市内へ向かう場合のタクシーは150MADとのことです。 市内へはホテルのシャトルバスもありますが、片道1人15MADで、時間も決められているのと、当日予約は埋まっているので、タクシー利用をおすすめします。 バーカウンターやレストランにいたスタッフの方は皆さんとてもフレンドリーで、仕事もてきぱきされてました。 アメニティは、スリッパや歯ブラシ、バスローブなどは全てないです。 また、電源がヨーロッパ仕様なので、変圧器をホテル内にあるショップで80MADで購入しました。 レストラン会場は、朝食、ランチ、ディナー全てビュッフェ形式で、ワインも白、ロゼ、赤が飲み放題でした。 日本の感覚からすると、この値段でこの施設やサービスはあり得ないので、日程に余裕があるならぜひ一度宿泊することをおすすめします。

Dear Sofitel Marrakesh Team, As a loyal guest who has been staying at Sofitel Marrakesh for the past 15 years, I want to express my continued appreciation for the high standard of service, comfort, and hospitality your hotel consistently delivers. My experiences have always been thoroughly enjoyable, which is why I continue to return year after year. I wanted to share some constructive feedback regarding the pricing for non-resident guests visiting the pool. I was surprised to see the cost set at 1000 MAD for an afternoon visit. Having recently visited several top-tier 5-star hotels in Dubai — including venues such as the Aura Skypool — I found their pool access prices significantly more reasonable, despite offering similarly or even improved premium experiences and amenities. fully appreciate the need to maintain exclusivity and quality, but I believe a more accessible pricing structure would be more suitable for guests visitors while still preserving the luxurious experience that Sofitel is known for. The hotel’s location is excellent as it is walking distance to most of the tourist attractions in Marrakech. Has a huge swimming pool where you can enjoy and relax. However, service is very very poor. On the night that I arrived I requested a slippers by calling the reception, as there were no slippers in the room, but none came. Again the next day I requested again at the front desk and the staff promised to send it to my room, but nothing came. Once again on the 3rd day, I requested the same, as usual nothing came. Three different personnel at the front desk promised to send the slippers to my room but never keep their promise. So much bad service. Another issue with the hotel is the aircon system, it was not functioning during my stay. Only fan is working and it was hot inside the room. And I complained at the front desk and the staff said that the airconditiong were disabled as it still winter or spring season. I tried to open the window and door to the balcony to let cold air inside but unfortunately the road noise was terrible, so I have to close it. Had a really bad experience with Novotel Marrakech.
