Great hotel, very peaceful and super clean. Pool is well kept with daily cleaning. Breakfast is excellent. Staff are very friendly and super helpful.

La habitación era muy tranquila, pero parecía un descenso de nuestra habitación doble original. La habitación era muy buena, pero no se podía hacer nada si el ruido no era de su hotel. En la mañana nos despertamos a un alto ruido de construcción a unos 100 metros de distancia. La zona estaba muy quemada, así que también es bastante fumador, cuando se sienta en el restaurante o en el balcón. As a professor of tourism at a national university, I went to a quiet place for three nights and four days with my wife and Choul Chnam. What surprised me was that the place was under construction. Due to expansion work, the elevator didn't work, and the internet was cut off. Whether they were local children or not, they jumped into the swimming pool fully clothed. This is a very serious matter. Also, because of the construction, some of the food was inevitably dry, and I couldn't help but be disappointed. I wanted to cancel immediately upon arrival, but there was one thing: the room the manager showed us had a king-size bed occupying two rooms. The view was good, and the veranda was nice. My wife and I have traveled for 43 years, visiting 25 countries ranging from Africa. Everything was clear at a glance. Considering the future development of Kep... praying that Cambodia could live a more prosperous life through the tourism industry, I endured the pounding sound of concrete being drilled and returned.

2nd time of staying at this hotel and a bit of a let down this time. Not sure if new management but everything is run on a very tight budget. The reviews look good but for a hotel that's been open since 2020 and it to have less than 10 reviews that speaks for itself. My last review was not there either so looks like previous ones have been wipped. Breakfast was included in the price, but choice was very poor. Its either noodles or eggs and toast. That's it. They don't have a fully stock bar to relax in after a long day like it boasts. They do not have any spirits and don't even have any beer. All they have is red wine, and they will only sell you it by the bottle. Staff are nice pool was nice and room was clean but its a good 2 star at best and certainly not worth the price charge. To the hotel, suggest you amend your write-up of the hotel as its now misleading on so many fronts. Sorry, it's not like me to give a negative review but you have a long way to go to be worthy of a better one.

Knai Bang Chatt was truly impressive. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and full of history. Although the property has been around for many years, it has been very well maintained, with so much care and character in every corner. The staff were excellent and made the stay even more memorable. From the first day, they kindly showed us around the resort, explained its history, and assisted us with everything we needed. Even late at night, they still made sure to escort us safely back to our room, which was very thoughtful. Although the resort is not directly on the beach, staying here felt like being in a quiet, private world away from everything. The atmosphere was calm, charming, and deeply relaxing. I would highly recommend Knai Bang Chatt to anyone visiting Kep. It is the kind of place everyone should experience at least once.

Saravoan has the best location in Kep, overlooking a great little beach with excellent views of the islands,we have been staying there for holidays every year for the last nine years in which time a few managers have come and gone, the amenities have not changed much but quiet rustic and suit the rainforest environment,they now serve a free breakfast which this time was very good, service was as usual pretty good, sometimes requires patience but they are always helpful,to reception is poor and always has been but wifi is fine,pool is still clean and in great spot with views, moto rents are cheap and it’s a lovely ride to the crab market around the foreshore about one kilometre away, there are plenty of fancier hotels in Kep now but if you like location, views,close restaurants and reasonable service this one is the best hands down!

A magical and unforgettable stay! ★ We spent an incredible night at Serene Vita Kep to celebrate my partner's birthday, and everything was absolutely perfect. We stayed in room Mountain View 7-the design is gorgeous, sleek, and beautifully thought out. The absolute highlight has to be the setting. The view from the pool is simply breathtaking, offering a unique panorama blending both the mountains and the sea. It's the ultimate spot to just unwind and completely unplug. Special shoutout to the breakfast as well, which was excellent and delicious. A huge thank you to the team for making this moment so special. We will definitely be back!

Quiet bungalow near the sea. Peaceful in the day, but no nearby activities at night. Good for rest.

An oasis. Amazing stay. Staff was so friendly and Johnathon the manager went above and beyond. I wish we could have stayed longer.

El hotel está situado a unos 3 km de Kep Beach, así que es un poco lejos si planea caminar, pero la estancia fue muy agradable en general. La habitación tenía todas las instalaciones necesarias y un montón de espacio de almacenamiento, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera conveniente. El domingo por la mañana, el desayuno se sirvió de 7:00 a 10:00 en estilo buffet, incluyendo nueces, arroz, pollo, pescado, huevos fritos y cocidos, melocotones y café filtrado. También hay un techo con una hermosa vista al mar, que fue un bonito bono. En general, fue un lugar cómodo y agradable para permanecer. 🌊🏨
