Stayed 2 nights, front desk staffs are very helpful. Our room view over looking the harbour that’s beautiful. The issues we had was the first night we wanted dine in the hotel the Buffet restaurant was full, then the 2nd floor Japanese restaurants also full. We booked 2nd night dinner at buffet restaurant. We were told it’s full can only have it at 8pm. Guess what, when we arrive at the restaurant at 8pm. that’s not much food left no refill. My recommendation staying at the hotel is good but better not dine in the buffet restaurant for dinner.

This place is roughly 10mins drive from Takamatsu station/Ferry Pier, free parking is available. The room is not the most spacious (of course it depends on the room type!) but all staff are exceptionally helpful to make my stay pleasant! Their breakfast is amazing, they offered both western and Japanese food and even local delicacies too!

Toyoko Inn ha sido siempre una estancia fiable para mí. Cuando no quieres hacer un hotel de amor o albergue pero por cualquier razón no te parece razonable reservar algo más de lujo puedes encontrar un hotel de marca como Toyoko a un precio razonable. Los que se quedan con regularidad conocen las percas (free face wash haha) - pero esta en particular tiene una muy bonita vista al sol sobre la bahía.

El hotel es relativamente nuevo y está muy limpio. El aparcamiento está en el sótano, pero no hay muchas plazas. Cuando volvimos la segunda noche, no había plazas disponibles, así que tuvimos que aparcar en otros aparcamientos cercanos.

Excellent location for train, buses and ferries. Room clean if somewhat dilapidated (peeling wallpaper). Windows are sound proof so it’s very quiet. Breakfast consists of your choice of drink and two buns/sandwiches in a good bakery in the train station. Wifi terrible, needed to be switched on and off to boost about every 30 seconds. Tea/coffee for the taking in the lobby.

El hotel es un hotel brillante en el pasillo de Konpira Yama. La comida también fue un espectáculo para nosotros, una cena de estilo japonés muy tradicional que fue complimentar con un buen baño!

The room is specious for keeping 2 medium sized suitcases. The location is convenient with a Lawson and a supermarket downstairs. Staff are friendly. The only imperfect thing is the public bath is so small which could allow 4-5 guests to use.

The hotel has free parking. We arrive very later after 9 pm, parking was still available. There was free curry serving during evening and free welcome drink till very late. Receptionist can speak English. The building itself is old. I hope it can do some renovation.

El hotel está situado en una zona de 2 noches, en la que se puede disfrutar de la Trienal Setouchi. No se ha utilizado la cena porque nos fuimos temprano por la mañana para tratar de golpear a la gente a la isla de Naoshima (debe visitar y ir a alquilar bicicleta electrónica!). Takamatsu es una ciudad agradable, recomenda dos días de visita para incluir otra isla para explorar a otra que Naoshima.
