I chose to stay at Dunyo Palace as it had positive reviews by Trip members and it had an outdoor swimming pool. It was also great value for money for solo travellers. I arrived early than expected at check in and staff were ready to greet me! Wonderful reception staff! The hotel was bigger than expected and the reception area was very modern and clean with nicely decorated interior. I was shown to my room which was on the second floor. I stayed in a single persons room 205. It was bigger than expected with a big bathroom. There were extras like a bath, comfy chairs to chill. I had a fridge, kettle and a full size mirror. I like a full size mirror. The room also had air conditioning which was very good and very quiet. I had a view of the front of the hotel from my window that was pleasant. My room smelled very pleasant and was a non smoking room. My bed was very comfortable for my back. Breakfast was a buffet with a lot of Uzbekistan food which I had never tried before. It was a very busy breakfast area. There was a big range of different foods including fruits and cheeses. I liked the spinach parcels they were very tasty. A lot of the food was homemade. I thought it was delicious. There are a range of buses that offer great service to solo travellers arriving on the train. I caught a Marshuktra from the train station number 378. The Marshuktra dropped me at the bus stop on the road for No 1 bus that stops right outside the hotel. You can also take bus 7/33 All very easy and cheaper than a taxi. I would definitely stay at this hotel again because it has a very nice swimming pool that I used in the afternoon after a long morning sight seeing. I would highly recommend visiting Sitorai Mohi Hosa which is a short distance from the hotel and you can take bus 7/33 or walk. It’s an amazing visit if you are interested in art, culture and architecture. The hotel is very convenient for solo travellers who are a bit too old for Hostels! And like a cold swim after a long day sightseeing without breaking the piggy bank! The first pictures are of my hotel room and the front on the hotel. Wasn’t a very pleasant stay. On the first day we felt like a scam. We booked the room with an open window door but when we checked in, they gave us an accessible room next to the lift. Nothing looked like the picture on trip.com nor on Mercure website. The accessible bathroom design was also a huge miss. We tried to talk to front desk but they said that’s the last room they have and there were twin beds in the room, so that’s the correct room. They in the end asked us to request for room change the next day if we don’t ‘like’ it. We waited the manager until late morning next day and explained the issue which was more than a room change request. The manager admitted there are only a few rooms that actually look like the picture on their website. They finally gave us the room that we actually booked after a long argument, and compensated us on the first night issue. Beware of what you booked. They mixed a lot of different rooms into one room category and charge the same price point. The room amenities were basic also.

Wonderful staff, but the hotel is a compromise The staff here are genuinely lovely — warm, attentive, and always willing to help. That's the highlight of the stay, and it deserves real credit. But the hotel itself is a compromise. The main draw is the outdoor pool, which is excellent — and honestly, there's nothing of this quality anywhere else in the city. The problem is everything around it. The hotel sits far from the historic center, so you're dependent on taxis to get anywhere worth seeing. The views from the rooms look out onto old Soviet-era buildings with little charm, and there's a layer of dust over everything. The pool is where the real frustrations begin. It's open to non-guests for a fee, which means it's frequently overcrowded — especially on weekends, when there's often simply no space. Many of the local visitors behave with little regard for others: jumping in, shouting, treating it like a public party rather than a hotel pool. Some show up and drink heavily. During our stay there was a man who was completely, falling-down drunk — he stumbled and nearly cracked his head open several times. The staff had no idea how to handle it. They let him lie around, swim, even dance, while children of paying guests were right there in the water nearby. For a spa team, this is real unprofessionalism — there was no intervention, no sense of safety, no management of the situation at all. On top of that, Sundays are women-only days, with men not allowed in at all. I understand the intent, but if you've traveled here and paid specifically for the pool, that's a significant loss - because without the pool, the hotel is honestly rather grim and uninteresting. In short: the people who work here are kind, and the pool is the best in town. But the location, the surroundings, the overcrowding, and especially the spa staff's inability to maintain a safe, professional environment make this a place you choose despite its flaws, not because of them.

This is a very nice hotel. I found it very clean and comfortable. The workers are also nice and friendly, and they speak English very well. The price you pay here is worth the services it offers. If I were to return or visit Bukhara again, I would definitely feel okay to spend the night here. The pictures show the type of room I booked, and some parts of the environment inside this hotel.

En general, está bien. El hotel es muy nuevo, la principal desventaja es que la habitación es un poco pequeña, yo estaba más lejos de la ciudad. El resultado no queda espacio para nada más que la cama grande. El hotel tiene ATM en la capa, el desayuno es muy bueno, el estilo gauu occidental, las frutas son muy bonitas. El coche está a pocos kilómetros de la antigua ciudad. El hotel tiene una caja de alfombras al otro lado, un restaurante a un kilómetro, que se puede llamar venta.

Un buen hotel, situado con éxito, puede caminar al centro, pero es más fácil llegar a un taxi, es barato y la aplicación Yandexgou funciona. El desayuno no le gustaba mucho. El personal es amable y habla ruso. El primer día el agua en la piscina abierta fue de 33 grados, fue fría, luego el agua se congeló y se hizo imposible de usar. En la noche de la salida durante el limpieza, los cojines del hotel desaparecieron del armario, no entendíamos por qué era al menos subir al armario y por qué sacar de allí los cojines que estaban bien cubiertos en el armario y es visible que No los usaban? Notaron accidentalmente que iban a ir al spa y querían usarlo. Declarados en el respiratorio, para que no se necesitan con nosotros más tarde. El personal del bar de registro ofreció una transferencia a la estación, pero su precio está aumentando.

距離老城500米左右，會穿過一個很臟的工地。旁邊就是温德姆。設施很差，澡水也衹能開熱水，否則就是忽冷忽熱。網絡很卡。隔音很差，夜裡兩點也有人趴體。前台服務特別好，好幾次幫我給出租車打電話。每次叫車，這裏好像定位不準。早餐不太好，沒有牛奶。

El hotel es un hotel muy bonito y ofrece un servicio excelente, en un paseo de la antigua ciudad. El hotel dispone de todo lo necesario, de buenas reparaciones y de muebles cómodos. La única cosa que estaba un poco molesto - bastante modesto en comparación con el desayuno Hiva y Samarkand, las platas calientes eran pocas, pastele en el envase de fábrica, pero no mal café.

Отличный семейный отель! Расположен очень удобно - в пешей доступности от старого города, ближайшая достопримечательность - Ляби-Хауз. До входа в отель можно доехать на такси, хотя до некоторых объектов в старом городе можно дойти только пешком. Персонал гостиницы очень дружелюбный, гостеприимный. Хозяин гостиницы включил отопление, поскольку на улице ночью уже стало холодно. Можно оставить вещи в гостинице после выселения, погулять по городу еще несколько часов до поезда. Понравились завтраки. Особенно запомнилась восхитительная домашняя выпечка, дыни, арбузы!

Оценка: 10/10 ”Этот отель — настоящая восточная сказка! Как только открываешь дверь, попадаешь в удивительный мир восточного колорита. Отель новый, но при этом оформлен с большой любовью к традициям — каждая деталь продумана до мелочей. Номера оформлены в аутентичном восточном стиле, при этом очень удобные и комфортные. Кровать просто отличная — выспались замечательно. В отеле есть уютная зона отдыха, где можно просто полежать, расслабиться и выпить чашечку ароматного чая. А бассейн — это отдельный бонус, особенно в жару! Отдельное спасибо хозяину — невероятно гостеприимный человек, показал настоящее восточное гостеприимство. Он пошёл нам навстречу и разрешил остаться в отеле на 3 часа после выезда, чтобы мы могли спокойно дождаться поезда. Бесплатно! Это дорогого стоит. Персонал тоже очень внимательный, всегда готов помочь с советами — и где вкусно поесть, и куда сходить, чтобы увидеть самое интересное. Завтрак — просто восторг! Огромный выбор: разнообразные восточные сладости, орехи и сухофрукты, халва, блинчики, свежие фрукты, каши, йогурт, творог — каждый найдет что-то по душе. Особенно поразило внимание: завтрак с огромным выбором восточных сладостей, фруктов и домашней выпечки. Хозяин и его команда — душевные люди , показали нам что такое восточное гостеприимство. Всем советуем этот отель. А мы когда уходили даже монетку бросили чтобы вернуться.
