The place is far more beautiful than how it is described online. A good view of Taal is what makes it magnificent for visitors and couples who want to escape the noise of Metro. Excellent quality service for a decent price. Complete amenities and the room is very spacious. It has its own TV, refrigerator for storing food and a large mirror. The toilet is also separated from the shower. Free breakfast is also great. The hotel has its own parking lot for guests. Overall, the place is great. Will probably get back here. Will also recommend to friends.

I’m happy that they granted my request to transfer to another room. The price is reasonable, and the location is excellent. This is one of the reasons why I always choose this hotel whenever I need to stay in Laguna.

Nos quedamos en Sulyaps durante 3 noches mientras que en San Pablo y tengo que decir que nos sorprendió absolutamente lo hermoso que es allí. Desde el momento en que llegamos (precozmente para el check-in) y fueron saludados y bienvenidos con el mayor de sonrisas y entusiasta y cuidadoso personal. I recommend to improve your water system. There was no hot water on my 7 nights stay. The toilet is old , need to refurbish. Improve your room scent , toilet smells stinky.

The bed was super comfy, the WiFi was fast, and even the little touches, like the complimentary coffee and charming decor pieces, made a big difference. The location is also ideal—peaceful, safe, and just a short drive to Cavinti’s scenic spots. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive, making sure everything was perfect during my stay. They’ve truly created a space where guests can unwind, recharge, and feel cared for. If you’re looking for a serene escape with boutique vibes and modern comforts, Ysabella Suite at FYLL Homes is the place to be. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending it to friends and family!

Scandi Scandi Square room was cozy, quiet, peaceful, and very secure. The room is complete with everything you need—microwave, ref, utensils, mugs, plates, glasses, table, extra chairs, even toothbrush, toothpaste, and tissue. The staff are super friendly and very approachable. Kinda wished there was a hair blower and iron too lol, but overall it was a super great stay. The location is very convenient with easy access to immediate needs—there’s a pharmacy just outside the compound, sari-sari stores, karinderyas, and O’Save is just around the corner. Transportation is also very accessible since the property is near the highway, with a tricycle terminal at the subdivision entrance. Grab is easy to use as well. Will definitely book again!

I recently stayed at Urbantel in Lucena and overall, it was a very good experience. The location is perfect — right at the heart of the city, close to restaurants, shops, and key landmarks. The air conditioning worked well, the bed was cozy, and the Wi-Fi was reliable, which is a big plus. The bathroom was also spotless and well-maintained, with strong water pressure and hot water available. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I also liked that they had security in place, which made me feel safe during my stay. One small area for improvement might be the parking, which can be a bit limited especially during peak hours. But overall, my experience at Urbantel was very pleasant, and I would definitely consider staying here again when I return to Lucena. Highly recommended for those looking for clean, affordable, and conveniently located accommodations in the city!

Just one problem the staff forgot the towels inside the room. They apologized with their mistakes for not providing towels in the room. I hope there will be no more mistake next time.
