¡Tuve una estancia increíble en este hotel! El servicio fue excelente: todo el personal fue amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. El alojamiento estaba limpio, acogedor y bien cuidado, lo que lo convertía en un lugar muy cómodo para relajarse después de un largo día. El ambiente en general era cálido y acogedor. Realmente aprecié la atención al detalle y la magnífica hospitalidad.

Check in was fast. Parking was available. Room was ok in size. Tv remote was not working. WiFi password was. It working. I had to call reception to have it fixed. There were small cockroach in the room.

From the moment I walked into Astrotel Monumento, I knew I’d made the right choice — this place really delivers more than you'd expect for the price. First off, location: Superb. It’s right in the heart of Monumento in Caloocan, just a short walk from the LRT station and tons of food and shopping options. Being able to get around easily without fuss makes a big difference. Staff & service: Friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile. Check-in was smooth, and they were very responsive whenever I had questions. They seemed genuinely invested in making sure I was comfortable. Room & theming: One of the most fun parts is the themes — space, galaxy motifs, even pop culture touches like “Iron Man.” It adds personality that you don’t usually find in budget hotels. The bed was cozy, the TV worked well, WiFi was decent, and little touches like complimentary bottled water and toiletries helped. Cleanliness & comfort: Overall clean, though not perfect. The room I had looked well maintained; linens fresh, bathroom tidy. Some wear here and there, but nothing that spoiled the stay. If you compare cost and value, it’s really strong. Amenities & basic comforts: Air-conditioning worked well, showers were reliable (hot and cold), free wifi throughout. For a budget stay, they checked all the essential boxes. Things to keep in mind (just so expectations are set): Rooms are not huge — cozy, but adequate. Some guests reported minor issues like slow wifi speed in certain rooms or occasional delays with room service. Sleep-quality might be affected if you are super sensitive to noise; being so central, some street sound is possible. Overall: This was one of the best budget stays I’ve had in Metro Manila. If you’re looking for something affordable, well-located, and quirky, with good service and a clean, comfortable room — Astrotel Monumento delivers. It’s not luxury, but for the cost, it punches way above its weight. Would absolutely stay again.

Great location near Terminal 3, less than 10 minutes by taxi from the airport. Perfect for a long layover or a short rest between flights. Rooms are very small but sufficient for a few hours or an overnight transit stay. There is air conditioning, 24-hour check-in, and the area feels safe. Cafés are within walking distance, which is very convenient. There is also a 4-hour stay option available, which is ideal for short transit stops. There is no complimentary bottled water in the room, but you can request it at the reception free of charge. Overall, a practical and convenient airport option.

La peor experiencia de mi vida en un hotel. Reservé este hotel por 3 días y 2 noches. La estancia del primer día es excelente. Sin problemas en absoluto. El servicio es bueno. El segundo día hasta el check out es el peor. El aire acondicionado del segundo día estaba empezando a calent****. Salimos del hotel por la tarde y volvimos por la noche. Para nuestra sorpresa, el aire acondicionado de repente no funciona. Tiene un mensaje de error de FO. No soy técnico, pero en una explicación sencilla, es necesario que lo arregle un técnico. Como regresamos en la noche, intenté comunicarme con el cuidador de este lugar pero entiendo que no pudo responder más porque ya era de noche. Lo único que hice fue abrir las ventanas porque ya no había ventilación adentro. Todavía hacía calor y estábamos todos cubiertos de sudor. Tampoco pude dormir en toda la noche ya que cada 30 minutos pasa un avión y hay mucho ruido desde que abrimos las ventanas. Estoy muy decepcionado porque se suponía que esta sería mi última noche aquí en Pasay antes de regresar a casa. Ahora estoy a punto de irme a casa sin dormir nada.

Para mí, ¡el mejor hotel cerca del NAIA! Su servicio de transporte gratuito al aeropuerto fue una ventaja (unos 10 minutos en coche con poco tráfico). Lo único es que la ducha caliente no salía muy caliente y su teléfono necesitaba mantenimiento, ya que no los oíamos, pero ellos sí. En general, ¡un servicio excelente a un buen precio! Gracias por recibirnos. Sin duda, volveremos pronto. 💗

We had a great stay at this hotel. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The room had everything we needed, and we really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better. The location was also good and easy to find. Overall, we were happy with our experience and would definitely stay here again.

What I liked most about this inn is that they allow guests to leave their belongings and come back later, even after the 2 PM check-in time, without worrying about their luggage. The waiting area is separate from the main lobby and front desk, and it has its own doors, which makes it feel secure to leave your bags there. They also have a small balcony area where guests can hang newly washed clothes to dry, which I found very convenient. Another thing I liked is that they use duvets instead of thin blankets similar to flat sheets, which made the bed more comfortable. The only downside is that there’s no elevator, and they require a security deposit upon check-in, but the deposit is refundable. Overall, it was still a comfortable and convenient stay.

Sé que probablemente obtendré lo que pagué, por eso no esperaba tanto. El lugar te da un ambiente muy hogareño, es como si acabaras de visitar la casa de tu abuela, ya que es una casa ancestral convertida en una casa de familia. Usé mis monedas de viaje por un monto de 487 pesos y solo pagué 507. Es curioso porque justo después de confirmar la reserva, las tarifas bajaron. No habría reservado la habitación doble económica si el precio solo hubiera cambiado antes de reservar. Solicité que lo cambiaran, sin embargo, dijeron que habría un costo adicional. La habitación está caliente, como dije, obtuve lo que pagué. Aún así, en general estoy feliz, permitieron que mi hijo se quedara gratis y disfrutó mucho. Conoció a algunos compañeros de juego y siguió corriendo por la casa. También tomamos muchas fotografías. El lugar está bien cuidado y el personal es servicial y agradable, el baño olía bien todo el tiempo y nos dieron una toalla para usar.
