Aquí nos disfrutamos de una estupenda estancia. El alojamiento era espacioso, limpio y cómodo, lo que le facilita la descanso. Muy bueno para una pausa tranquila y tiempo de calidad. Altamente recomendado.

Por el precio de una habitación, es una opción de hotel bastante decente, pero sólo para estancias cortas. La habitación estaba limpia cuando llegamos, pero el edificio tiene cucarachas y hormigas que encontramos en nuestra habitación el segundo día. Algunos miembros del personal fueron muy amables, mientras que otros fueron bastante groseros. La ubicación era estupenda, muy fácil llegar al aeropuerto.

Yet, you're only a short, manageable walk away from major hubs like SM Megamall, Capitol Commons, and Shangri-La Plaza. If you rely on public transport, the proximity to the Shaw Boulevard MRT station is a huge plus. It’s an ideal base for shopping, working, or accessing neighboring Ortigas Center. The Staff deserves special mention. From the security guards to the front desk, everyone is genuinely friendly, accommodating, and quick to address requests. In a large metro, great service makes all the difference, and the team here is absolutely the highlight of the stay. The Rooms are surprisingly spacious, especially compared to newer, smaller budget studios. Many units come equipped with a small kitchenette (refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave in some), a comfortable desk for working, and good air conditioning. It’s a clean, safe, and functional space that is easy to call home for a few days or weeks. Areas for Improvement (Why It's a 7/10) The main drawback lies in the execution of the property's facilities and basic comforts, which occasionally feel a little dated or incomplete. * Facility Consistency: While some units might offer a full suite of amenities, the overall facilities rating tends to lag. Simple things like having a reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi connection that never drops, or ensuring basic bathroom items (like a foot rug or consistent soap refills) are always present, are areas where the residence can be hit or miss. * Accessibility Check: For those traveling with a lot of luggage, prepare to handle it yourself. There’s a noticeable lack of luggage ramps or a dedicated doorman to assist upon arrival, which can be a hassle, especially on check-in day. * Evening Access: While the gated community setting is safe, the convenience gates nearest popular dining spots reportedly close around 10 PM. This means if you are out late, you might have a longer walk back through the main gate, which can be inconvenient. Verdict: If your priorities are location, safety, and having a good, functional space with excellent staff—and you're willing to overlook some minor facility and logistics kinks—The Studio 18 Residences is a smart and affordable choice. It provides far better value than many nearby hotels. It’s not a luxury experience, but it’s a perfectly reliable home base in Pasig. A strong recommendation for budget-conscious business travelers and long-term stayers.

Astrotel Cubao: The Ultimate Hub for Convenience If you are looking for a place that is literally in the middle of everything, Astrotel Cubao is a top-tier choice. Its location makes it one of the most accessible budget hotels in Quezon City.  1. Transportation at Your Doorstep The biggest win for this hotel is its proximity to major transit lines. • MRT-3 & LRT-2: You are just a 1 to 3-minute walk from the MRT Cubao Station and about 5–9 minutes from the LRT-2 Gateway Station. This makes traveling across Metro Manila incredibly easy. • Bus Terminals: Since it’s near EDSA, you are walking distance to provincial bus terminals like Partas and Isarog, which is perfect if you’re heading out of town.  2. Shop & Dine with Ease You don’t have to go far for food or errands. The hotel is surrounded by the Araneta City hub:  • Malls: Farmers Plaza is practically next door, while Gateway Mall, Ali Mall, and SM Cubao are all within a 5 to 10-minute walk.  • 24/7 Access: There are convenience stores and fast-food chains right outside the entrance, so grabbing a late-night snack is never a problem.  3. A Comfortable & Thematic Stay The stay itself is very convenient because: • Themed Rooms: They have fun, ”galaxy-inspired” rooms that give the place a unique vibe. • Great Service: Guests often praise the staff for being very accommodating—they even offer free room upgrades when available!  • Amenities: You get the essentials like strong WiFi, hot and cold showers, and smart TVs in select rooms.

Para mí, ¡el mejor hotel cerca del NAIA! Su servicio de transporte gratuito al aeropuerto fue una ventaja (unos 10 minutos en coche con poco tráfico). Lo único es que la ducha caliente no salía muy caliente y su teléfono necesitaba mantenimiento, ya que no los oíamos, pero ellos sí. En general, ¡un servicio excelente a un buen precio! Gracias por recibirnos. Sin duda, volveremos pronto. 💗

Me gustaría compartir mi excelente experiencia con Mel de Gemstones. Desde el momento de la reserva hasta el check-in y el check-out, Mel fue increíblemente servicial y atenta. Hizo que todo el proceso fuera sencillo, sin estrés y realmente agradable. Mel me proporcionó actualizaciones claras y constantes, respondió a todas mis preguntas con prontitud y se esforzó al máximo para asegurarse de que todo estuviera bien preparado antes de mi llegada. Su cálida actitud y profesionalismo me hicieron sentir realmente bien atendido durante toda mi estancia. Gracias, Mel, por tu excelente servicio. Just quite run down, so didn’t appear super clean. Really central location for the old part of the walled city but local bar was right outside and quite noisy. Though it did not run too late.

The location is very accesible, the place is clean and above all, the staffs are friendly and accomodating.

Los niños estaban muy emocionados cuando llegamos al vestíbulo. Especialmente cuando ven la piscina. La habitación y la cama son realmente adecuadas para nosotros. El único problema que tuvimos es que la televisión no funciona. Pero aun así lo gestionaron bien y lo cambiaron por otro. La recepcionista del frente. El mostrador fue muy educado y atento a mis detalles. Ella es muy buena y amigable con mis hijos. En general, disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia y volveremos pronto.

Si el MOA/ SMX Arena es donde está su destino, este lugar es a sólo 15 minutos a pie. Muchos restaurantes en la parte inferior de la residencia y Alfa Marzo en todas partes. Situación muy conveniente. Sin embargo, esta unidad tiene una máquina de lavar, pero no proporciona una rack seca. La regla de residencia no permite poner ropa en los rejillas. También encontró un par de pequeños perros en la unidad. Aparentemente, esto es bastante normal para esta residencia, ya que se publican advertencias sobre la infestación de los cachorros en los ascensores.
