El hotel es de tipo empresarial, bueno, sencillo, pero de todo disponible, aparcando 20 cuchillos al día. Junto al mar, es muy bueno para caminar, también es un atractivo turístico, y está muy animado en el mercado del pueblo. También hay una iglesia relativamente grande en la ciudad. La pintura de vidrio en el interior es muy atractiva para mí. Los lugareños son muy amables, el marisco es super delicioso, las ostras no están demasiado cansadas, el mercado de langosta por la mañana, 9,9 cuchillos. Ciudad inolvidable de Portland

Quiet, clean, good price point, easy highway in and out, easy walk to downtown. The room we had this last trip (10B) was exceedingly small, but manageable for a one-nighter.

La habitación es bastante grande y la cocina está muy limpia. El letrero del hotel está relativamente oculto y el precio fluctúa mucho.

I spent 4 nights there. It's located in the outskirts of Portland, thus it takes 30-40 minutes to get to the downtown on foot. Friendly staff. There's a decent gym inside. The only downside is the breakfast that could be better.

Decent breakfast. Comfortable bed, excellent shower, microwave, coffee maker, ironing board and iron, functional mini-fridge. No safe that I could find. My room at the north end of the building was quite noisy all night from the Maine Turnpike just a couple hundred feet away, and from aircraft passing overhead starting around 5:30 AM. A constant fan setting on the A/C could have helped, but it seems that they've done away with that. Hallway carpet needs cleaning badly (room has hard floor). Lavatory is outside bathroom, and the bathroom itself is so tiny that I kept hitting my toes with the door when opening it to exit. One small bar of soap to share between the lavatory and bath tub/shower.

Served it's purpose. The beds were horrible, not comfortable at all! Relatively clean except for the floor, it definitely needed to be swept and washed. It was quieter which was a plus. Would book again if they replace the mattresses.

The stay itself served its purpose ,but: Door between adjoining room would not lock took three people to lock it Direct Tv only worked sometimes kept rebooting then finally no signal had to get another remote from front desk still did not work gave up No tongs for buffet when told front desk they argued there was we showed him that there where not any for the two food warmers and he goes over to the bread and says yes here is one When we tell him that is unsanitary he finally admits they broke a day or so again and they have not replaced them The public restroom on the first floor at 6 30 am the men's room had no toilet paper or towels and ladies room was locked with no one using it feels like they where just waiting for housekeeping to do it but remember continental breakfast was being served The front desk personal where dismissive and to check out sign said to jut put key cards on counter there where already half dozen pretty lazy and unprofessional when asked for receipt told they cant print one because booked thru third party out but did not offer the other ways that he could give me a receipt, reprinting check-in and marking paid or giving me itemized bill for room for the stay the front desk clerk was either unknowledgeable or lazy
