Location is great, very close to Har ki Puri. All the famous food shops are walking distance from hotel. Hotel staff, hospitality and food is excellent. Overall hotel vibe is great and this is value for money at this location.

if you come with couple, mostly group of boys are coming here for stay, in night hosteller start dj around 8 pm and all peoples are come here, even people are drinking their at same place so for couples it little become uncomfortable. at least you can separate the people who want to drink they can party in another zone of your hotel and those who don't want join them please arrange a descent place for them. me nd my partner, we don't enjoy because boys hooting there, and they give room us and boys' room just near us all night they were create noise. my trip on hosteller was not good. for couples hosteller is not perfect.

This was the fifth hotel I stayed in, in this current trip to India, and it was by bfar the least satisfactory. Truth be told, it was the cheapest, too, but I did not choose it solely for the price; it had a lot of great reviews. The day I arrived I was chocked, because it looked run down: paint coming off the bedroom walls, stained walls and floors on the bathroom, stained towels and bed sheets. I believe the towels and bed sheets were clean, but they looked dirty from the stains. Most serious hotels would have discarded them. In fact, this hotel feels more like a hostel (a run-down hostel). I couldn't believe that it had so many positive reviews on Trip.com. Lots of people giving it a ten! Crazy! And very suspicious! I should have read the negative reviews more carefully, because all the warning signs were there. Anyway, I can't in good conscience reccomend this hotel, and I feel bad for the staff, because they were friendly enough. The owners should make major investments in renovation. Finally, I shouldn't forget to mention that the bedroom had a door window, but with no view, except for the wall of the building next door. So, no view and no sunshine getting into the room. The location is good, as far as the attractions are concerned, but the hotel street is very noisy. If you go, ask for a room away from the front.

Excellent hospitality and very affordable tariff, if you are looking for a budget stay in the heart of the mussoorie than this property must be the first choice. The taste of the food served was next to perfect as everyone likes.

La habitación era muy buena. El personal era bueno y también nos ayudó a entrar con el check-in precoz. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena muy cerca de la estación de autobús o taxi. El único problema es que el baño no ha olorado mucho y también ha habido una fuga en alguna parte del baño.

La estancia era tan memorable. Personal muy amigable. Personal Kanchan es excelente para ser recompensado. La primera vez en Rishikesh nos perdimos poco pero Kanchan fue cuidadosamente asistido desde el momento de la reserva hasta el último día de estancia. Casi todos los empleados asistieron y estudiaron nuestras necesidades, incluyendo el conductor y el guía. Tenemos nuestras bendiciones en esta tierra espiritual. I was wonderfull stay breakfast was awesome and Rooms were neat and clean. Staff was quite cooperative.

Beautiful hotel, good food, and great views. Whilst located ***** mall road, access to hotel via car has some restrictions (subject to timing etc.) so better to connect with hotel to understand. Staff were very helpful.

The male at the reception who wear spects is not very friendly. Tvs in their rooms don't even have basic news channels. Wifi is very slow i. E 10 mbps per second. It is still manageable there is no basic facility for drivers to even bath with hot warm water. Drivers are also humans, but you have below average facilities for them. At-least provide them hot water in winters to bath.
