Simply Wow! My family and I stayed at this gorgeous place for over a week and enjoyed our stay. The owner, Mr. Abhinav Singh, personally takes care of every need of the tourists and goes the extra mile to make sure that the tourists are comfortable and are having a pleasant experience. The property is very immaculate, and all the famous places in Varanasi are nearby. Mr. Abhinav Singh helped us organize our amazing trip to Varanasi, and also our awesome journey to Ayodhya Dham and Vidhyavasini Dham Shaktipeeth. The staff and drivers are always willing to help with a pleasant smile on their faces, they all are very kind, cooperative, respectful and warm people. I recommend this Hotel Golden Lotus Varanasi to everyone. I am grateful to Mr. Singh, all the drivers and the staff. Many blessings to all.

Довольно не плохое месторасположение отеля, вид на Тадж-Махал, ну и конечно на трущобы г.Агра Комната хорошенькая, санузел в приятной плитке, есть душ и ванна. Единственный минус, что давление воды низкое, приходится долго ждать, чтоб вода стекла и пошёл хороший напор. Ну и пока ждёшь с бойлера теплую воду можно уже успеть помыться в холодной)) Приветливый и очень адекватный хостес, сходил и все нам показал, а ещё помог нам разобраться с ситуацией с такси, что он вымогал дополнительные деньги за платные дороги, хотя приехали из Дели на uber. Единственный минус - это завтраки... Скудный выбор, да и для европейцев не особо подходит. До входа на площадь Тадж-Махала где-то 800 метром пешком

The location of the hotel is god if you want to live near Ganga ghats and get there by walking. The room wasn't clean, in the wardrobe was a dirty sheet, one bottle with shampoo was half-used. We left hotel early in the morning (between 5-6 a.m.) to have a sunrise boat ride. There was a sleeping staff member near the reception and we didn't want to wake him up. But when we returned we was asked to say if want to go early and had to return to the hotel before 22-30. And we were extra charged for 157 rupees during checking out, even though we had prepaid the whole amount of money via trip's app. The manager said that trip.com haven't civered the whole summ and we had to pay more.

The service at Hotel Sun Grand was excellent. The staff were very attentive and made every effort to provide prompt and friendly service. Their smiles and willingness to help added to the overall pleasant experience. The food was tasty, and the service was timely too. The staff also provided excellent late-night vehicle service. They ensured that we had a convenient and safe transportation option, which was especially helpful during our stay. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Overall, my experience at this hotel was enjoyable and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and support. Great location, near the main ghat. This is a guest house, not a hotel. So you have to be prepared to stay with minimal amenities. But it is enough for a spiritual tour. The owner is was very helpful and took care of me well. He is always reachable when you need help. This whole place are full of stairs and you have to be prepared to walk up and down the stairs. It is also away from the main road just like all other guesthouses near the ghat.
