La ubicación es excelente, especialmente para quienes viajan desde el aeropuerto, ya que el Skybus te deja en la estación Southern Cross. Las habitaciones están limpias, pero la cocina y el comedor tienen un fuerte olor, por lo que no es agradable comer ni cocinar dentro del albergue. Además, hay que pagar por las taquillas, mientras que otros albergues juveniles suelen ofrecer consigna de equipaje gratuita. Como aspecto positivo, el personal es amable y servicial.

Esta fue mi segunda estancia en Melbourne City Backpackers y, en general, fue otra experiencia positiva, al igual que mi última visita. La única pega esta vez fue una de mis compañeras de piso. Llegó al dormitorio muy tarde y era bastante ruidosa. Alrededor de la medianoche, estaba masticando patatas fritas ruidosamente, y cuando le pregunté amablemente si podía dejar de comer porque el ruido me estaba afectando el sueño, simplemente dijo que era mi problema. En ese momento, me di cuenta de que no era alguien dispuesta a una comunicación razonable, así que decidí evitar una discusión y dejarlo pasar.

No hay ascensor, así que quienes se alojen en habitaciones del segundo o tercer piso tendrán que subir sus maletas por su cuenta. Los colchones de las literas eran gruesos y suaves, lo que garantizó un sueño muy confortable. Fue el mejor hostal en el que me he alojado. Cada habitación tenía su propia cortina, por lo que se mantenía la privacidad y era muy cómodo. Sin embargo, los baños compartidos estaban rotos o sucios, algo inevitable en un hostal, pero resultó un poco decepcionante. El desayuno se sirve en la cocina compartida todas las mañanas, y puedes preparar tus propios panqueques con la masa que te proporcionan. ¡Estaban esponjosos, masticables y absolutamente deliciosos! Era gratis y de autoservicio, y había dispensador de agua caliente, bolsitas de té y café molido disponibles, así que fue perfecto. También se proporcionaban toallas de baño y vajilla gratis, y había una fiesta de pizza gratis todos los miércoles o jueves, así que el servicio fue excelente.

Seacroft is undoubtedly one of the most special places I have visited in Australia. It is evident that there is a great effort to keep each piece and shared spaces in perfect condition. You can find beauty in any area of the establishment, it is impressive as the place is surrounded by mountains and at the same time has a very wide view of the ocean. If you are lucky you will be able to see whales and kangaroos. Adding that it is steps away from a beautiful path to a waterfall. I will never forget this beautiful and magic place!

We had booked a room with a queen bed, the room we were given had a double. While at a birthday party I received a call and was offered to option to change rooms which I declined as I had no idea when we were getting back which ended up being late. The heater did not work, the shower leaked water all over the floor and the cabin smelt like it had been locked up for months, a pretty disappointing stay

We stayed at NRMA Phillip Island Beachfront Holiday Park during our trip to Phillip Island and really enjoyed it. The beachfront location was excellent, peaceful, and family-friendly. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and equipped with a small kitchenette, which was very convenient for preparing simple meals for our kids. The park facilities were well maintained, and it was only a short drive to Penguin Parade and other attractions. Overall, it was a relaxing and convenient place for a family stay

It was an amazing experience. The people who run it are very friendly and we got an upgrade so we could see the bay which was lovely All round amazing place to stay at. I highly recommend

The manager was very nice, the hotel rooms are located at 2/F but he is willing to help with the luggage carry even without request. The hotel location is fantastic, only 20-30 mins to Melbourne central (one tram only after you get the skybus from airport as well). supermarket, restaurant, cafe, gelato shop around as well. Clean, big room, nice toilet&restroom, nice kitchen, nice laundry. Highly recommend that hotel, definitely my priority choice if I come to Melbourne again. The only bad side is the room at 2/F that you have to carry your stuff up and down if you buy lots of things. And watch out especially in rainy day as it’s a metal stair.
