La habitación era pequeña, pero el baño era grande. El hotel no proporcionaba cepillos de dientes, y cuando contacté con recepción, me dijeron que no los había. Me sentí muy frustrado. El hotel está cerca de la playa, así que es agradable caminar hasta allí y tomar un café por la mañana. El hotel recomendó dos restaurantes: OGINA y el que está a 50 metros a la derecha del hotel. Olvídate de OGINA; no es muy bueno. El otro restaurante de mariscos estaba bien y el servicio fue bueno. Comí allí todo el día, pero a la mañana siguiente tuve diarrea. Quizás sea porque soy intolerante a la lactosa y comí demasiado queso. El desayuno del hotel era muy básico: 25 euros más 5 euros de impuestos, lo que dejaba 29 euros para la comida, lo cual no me gustó nada. En general, por 2000 euros la noche, disfruté de un hotel de 3 estrellas en una ciudad de primera categoría de China. Una ventaja de este hotel es que los taxis son gratuitos.

One of my favorite hotels in Venice, hits a great balance between price, location and room levels. The cannareggio area where the hotel is located is somewhat quitter and less crowded than San Marco and other touristic hotspot while being well connected in terms of footbridges and overall most touristic destinations and museums are less than 30 mins away on foot. Also few great bacari in the surroundings (typical venetian bars where you can enjoy a class of wine and have small bites) and a phenomenal artisanal gelato shop. Room was nice and relatively spacious by Venice standard, the hotel also offers an early check in service at a reasonable price that was particularly welcomed.

Our room was beautifully appointed, combining classic Venetian style with modern comfort. It was comfortable, well maintained, and thoughtfully prepared—perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The attention to detail and cleanliness were excellent. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, just steps away from St. Mark’s Square, making it incredibly convenient to explore Venice while still enjoying a sense of calm and refinement inside the hotel. Despite the brief stay, Baglioni Hotel Luna delivered a truly luxurious and authentic Venetian experience. Timeless elegance, exceptional hospitality, and a prime location make this hotel highly recommended. We would absolutely return on our next visit to Venice.

Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel and the island are absolutely beautiful — a real gem. However, there’s a big but: catastrophic lack of staff. The service level is very weak. You can see the staff are trying their best, but there are simply not enough people. In the morning, all hands are on deck for breakfast. The reception and concierge desks are empty — when we asked where everyone was, we were told: ”Sorry, they're all serving breakfast.” Breakfast itself was a struggle: huge queues for coffee, and tables were left uncleaned. That said, this is the only downside of this beautiful place. Everything else we really enjoyed. Tip for future guests: Don't be afraid to book a room in the separate building overlooking the lagoon. Yes, it's a long walk, but the view from the room is absolutely worth it.

The hotel is conveniently located, just outside the city centre. The hotel is beautiful designed and decorated. The staff is very friendly and forthcoming. The only downside is that the hotel at a busy road. The rooms are soundproofed, but you can hear the traffic. The reception and bar / restaurant staff speak perfect English. However other staff speaks no English. That resulted in one of the staff tried to deny me parking and couldn’t understand I was a guest.

This hotel has a private pier, making it very convenient for guests to arrive directly by water taxi. The hotel garden is beautiful, and the rooms offer open, scenic views that perfectly capture the charm and atmosphere of Venice. The staff are friendly and welcoming. There were a few minor issues, such as bottled water not being replenished in one of the rooms, but overall, the atmosphere was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

No hay otro hotel con el que esté más satisfecho. Sin duda, volveré la próxima vez. El hotel ofrece un desayuno abundante, y una taza de café después de cenar es reconfortante. La decoración de la habitación es tan bonita que podría ser un éxito de taquilla en cuestión de minutos.

The hotel and room are very good. Free shuttle was provided between hotel and San Marco at the time of my visit. The staff is very helpful and handle my request promptly. I also enjoy the time in blue bar which has excellent service and food. Highly recommended.
